During this pandemic it can be stressful trying to find responsive and professional staffing services. Staffing agencies such as Adecco are a common platform to find people work in all sorts of industries. My personal staffer Soraida has done an excellent job at communicating between the company I will be working for and myself. Searching for employment can evoke an array of feelings. From fear, anxiety, frustration, the list goes on. Though there are numerous internet tools and apps at our disposal to make the process easier today, it can be very overwhelming. This has been my experience, I was receiving numerous emails and phone calls from robotic recruiters who were simply checking names of of their lists. I was at work when i received her call but due to her pleasant tone and the unexpected interest she displayed in me, i knew i needed to step away and give attention to this call. I am delighted to say that Mrs. Franco proved to be a blessing. She studied my resume and i could instantly tell that something more than a paycheck was compelling her to do her job to the best of her ability; she had a genuine love for people. And this love obviously superseded ethnicity, age, gender and even seeing me face to face.
