Recently I had an experience with EHR 2.0 regarding Syber security for my EHR. I am very pleased with their competence and the prompt service which made all my worries go away. I have been watching webinars with EHR for several years and I enjoy them. The speakers are great and the content is spot on. I was in attendance for the Cloud Computing webinar yesterday and I truly enjoyed it. I will be back for the next one that is on the 17th.

Our office was audited for meaningful use and a security risk analysis was needed. We called several firms and attorneys for pricing and information on their services. Srini with EHR 2.0 was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. This gentleman was a Godsend. We went with an attorney originally, but the report produced was done in a very minimalistic way, and after more probing, the experience level was little to none with his firm. It was interesting, because my state optometric association recommended his firm. Luckily, I discovered Srini. He reviewed the over-priced audit report by the original attorney, gave his impression of it in a professional manner, and ultimately, recommended completely revising it. I agreed with his assessment and hired Srini to throw the original report away and start over. We were now on a time crunch due to the time wasted on the original report. Srini met with my IT consultant, myself, and my office manager/HIPPA coordinator on a holiday weekend over the phone. We knocked out all of the details and specifics needed for the report in one afternoon and Srini wrote a completely new report the next day and had it in my email box Monday morning. Amazing! This gentleman was a savior. The report was very in-depth and professionally done. It has been over 2 months since the audit and we still havent heard a peep from the CMS auditors.
