The worst service and the worst attention I have received, I arrived at 7:28 pm to print a couple of sheets and I was treated in a very bad way and they did not provide me with the service. They must respect the schedule and offer good customer service.

The employees are very helpful and responsive to customers who need assistance.

Came early to pick up some supplies a week ago. I was the only customer in the store that had to walk through the entire store to find what I needed which wasn’t even in stock. There were two people working that watched me walk through the store without asking if I needed help. I didn’t even bother going up and asking if they had what I needed in the back. I walked out and drove next door to Target instead. Absolutely terrible place for service and overly expensive office supplies.

Store manager and staff were extremely helpful. I love my new banner . They went out of their way to ensure I was pleased with my purchase and they made sure that I received a discount for Black Friday. Thank you!

I usually go here for any printing needs. I also had to ship my tax returns recently and the process was pretty simple with the help of an employee. The one downside is the lack of affordable printers in-stock. When I go, there are typically options for $150+ but the ones that are $50-75 have been out of stock.

Everyone that works in the printing section is extremely rude and not professional. I always go there to print stuff for the clinic I work at and they ALWAYS give me a hard time.

My rewards account was hacked into twice. Corproate told me they would email me a gift card. They didnt. They refuse to answer my emails. I have called the store to push this up the chain of command. They always promise they will call me back and never do. This has been going on since May. I will never step foot inside an Office Depot again. I will spend my money at a company that respects its customers

The staff here at Office Depot is great. I work nearby and often stop by to browse on my lunch break. The customer service here is amazing. The employees swoop right in and answer any questions you have. You’ll finish up with one and another will check on you and make sure you have everything you need. Great place and great location for sure!

I went to this location to purchase a computer desk after another location (Creedmoor Rd) informed me that the Walnut St. store has 3 desks in-stock. The sales associate at the Creedmoor store called the Cary store while I was there and advised me that she confirmed the desk was in stock. The sales associate even gave the Cary store my name, address and phone # and advised them I was picking the item up the same day, so the Cary store would hold the desk until I drove the 20 minutes across town. Needless to say when I arrived at Cary 20 minutes later, the store associates could not find the desk in-stock. What made it worse was when the manager of Cary called Creedmoor and said the sales associate at Creedmoor denied she called Cary even through I had a pick up order form that the associate printed and a customer code that Office Depot texted to me confirming my request to hold the item for purchase. I also spent 15 minutes listening to the Creedmoor store associate speaking to someone on the phone and taking down my personal info (including my birthday)! The Creedmoor store associate even commented that the info that they asked for was excessive for a simple hold. The store manager at Cary did not believe my account of the situation even though my mother was at both locations and verified her the same thing. The Cary manager said no one at Creedmoor spoke to anyone at Cary and basically called me a liar to my face! Frustrated, I told her I would not be shopping at OfficeMax/Depot again. She yells at me Its not my fault. on my way out. IT IS YOUR FAULT. As the manager of the store your inventory in your store should match your inventory in the computer system! If you did your job, I would have no need to step foot in Cary store because I and Creedmoor would have known you did not have the item I wanted to purchase!

I went to buy a laptop and it was on sale , when i trying to pay nobody couldnt help me they keep saying only the mansnager can do that sale , and they told me that the manager was out for lunch and come back at 3:30 it was 2pm i couldnt wait that long well nobody couldnt help with this matter , i left the store without buy anything and i call around 4;30 and i ask to talk to the manager and the same person answer the phone snd said i am the intetnal store manager i reconize his voice so anyway they lie to me all the time the customer service is awful i am not going any more there.

Fast and courteous! I had a rush on a poster for Xmas and they reprinted 2 times at no cost just to make sure it was done to my satisfaction! thank you!

I came to make larger copies of my ultrasound photos. It took them a few tries to get it right but they seemed happy to continue trying until I was satisfied. There were 2 people working in the copy area, a female and a male. The female was able to make much better copies than the male. I dont remember their names but I guess word of caution that not all employees seem to have the same training.

When I say, I love this store!!! I love this store!!! Ive never been in this locate and had to look for anything without assistance from an associate. Before I got out the car to come into the store, I mentioned to my husband they have the best customer service ever. Today, my daughter and I walked in to purchase ultrafine tip sharpies for school. Chris, an associate at the store, immediately walked up and said can I help you with something. He walked us over to the product and then took us to the registered so I didnt even have to wait in the line. This is customer service and I wanted to genuinely thank you Chris for understanding the true meaning of customer service ☺

This Office Depot branch has outstanding customer service. I went to this store to print a photo collage for fathers day. Joshuah Bruton suggested the right printing size to fit my envelope, cut the edges of the paper, and helped me locate another product in their store. I was done in five minutes and arrived in time for fathers day lunch. Very efficient! Joshuah deserves a raise!

Customer service was excellent over all but I have to give Joshua from the TV section a personal shout out. He was extraordinary remarkable! This man is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to TVs. Pay him a visit if you are in the market for a TV.

They do a decent job confirming my guesses about technology, during mydecision making process. But... makes me wonder, how can you strongly recommend a brand for electronic equip when a well known product review company who reports to consumers is cautioning that brands products due to security and hacking. Hmm

I went to their print center 1/11 at 9:40am to have some grommets installed on a banner. Pretty straightforward work order, I asked for them to place the grommets every 6 inches around the banner. The very rude girl behind the counter tells me, Im not a measurer so you will just have to show me where you want them. I clarify that this is for a business and needs to look professional and exact, she rolls her eyes and hands me a tape measure. I left promptly and drove over to FedEx office center who charged the same price she quoted me and offered to measure it and press it themselves.

This place is very, very unprofessional and whoever is in charge right now on June 17 2019 is a joke. I WAS TOLD to bring in my printer on the phone for a refund saying they “would get me right” so I drove right in and was sent to just about every register before some fat lady comes up shutting me down for a new one in a rude tone. I then said so it’s basically trash? And she proceeds to tell me she can’t do anything to help, not even look at it. I bought it from this joke of a store a month ago. Terrible business and not a cent of my money will be spend to pay terribly ran store.

We had a great experience here being helped by Miles! He helped us with finding a laptop and was able to tell us everything about what we were looking for, and answered all of our questions.

Incredibly slow business services employees. Spent 20 minutes waiting in a 1-person line. Friendly staff.. but turtle-speed. Would have rated 1 star if not for friendliness. Quality of prints was sufficient.

Online seemed to indicate the store had my item. It did not. Wasted a trip. Otherwise helpful staff and nice set up.

Trust me, if I could rate as 0 star, I would do that without any doubt. Such an incompetent and disappointing team. I went to the printing center on Wed night asking for some extra copies of material previously done in the exact same store. I even brought a sample for their reference. One assistant manager helped (after asked and with an attitude) put down all the requirements and I left. Thu night I got a notice from them telling me the project was done. I went picking them up on Fri morning finding they did it so wrong. For Gods sake, the sample was piled on the top of them. Couldnt anyone tell the difference between the sample and the new copies?! When I asked them why, they told me, the requirements were written on the sheet. Thats your job! Not mine! Fine, asked for a redo and told them I would need it around 5pm. Called at 4:30pm and they said they were under-printing still. Okay, probably youve had a busy day. When I asked when it would be done so I could schedule my Fri night accordingly, they just said they didnt know! Complained to the manager, same lame answer and not even an apology. What a HUGE disappointment and revisiting Office Depot? OVER MY DEAD BODY.

The person assisting me was extremely knowledge regarding all of the office chairs. This proved to be extremely helpful in my decision making process.

I came on the store at 6:45 and the young man in printing area (Indian with glasses) acted as though he didnt want to help me. I mentioned needing a banner printed and how I was having problems downloading my banner file thru the OD site. He saved it as a pdf file -we were finally able to access it - yay. So he walks off.... I asked about the banner again n Im told he cant print it tonight...he has 7 other jobs to complete before 9. That should have been the first thing mentioned. Oddly enough, the printer wasnt running..in fact, nothing printed the 20-25 minutes I stood at that counter! Ill take my business elsewhere... ridiculous.

Feels rather Soviet, not enough merchandise to fill the space. However had what i wanted, helpful staff. Quick service. Rather go here than other office supply store.

This store always seems understaffed, so on the rare occasion I walk in and dont know where to find that random item I need, there is usually never someone to ask. Other than that, everything is great

Pulled a bait-and-switch on me. When I try to talk to the manager about it, I was surrounded by 3 people all telling me how I was wrong and in my personal space. When I tried to talk to the store manager, or get someone in charge, the person who caused the problem just kept telling me that he was not going to let me talk to them, and I had to tell him everything. I will never go to this Office Depot again, and Im pulling my companys business from this place.

Incompetent meal delivery people take your outgoing mail out of your mailbox put it in someone elses mailbox put your incoming mail in someone elses mailbox this happen for the first two months I moved into Angier I had to go talk to the supervisor and the postmaster three times to get this taken care of

The staff here act like they would rather be anywhere other than here having to help a customer. The cashiers spiel was so rehearsed and robotic yet delivered so unethusiastically it was painful to listen to.

Copy and Print department can be a bit slow at times. Sometimes Ive even been turned away because they had large jobs that were occupying the copiers.
