Everyone is always so nice and helpful, they have great prices, and my pieces always turn out perfect!

I will preface this by saying A cleaner world is a great dry cleaning facility. I will use them again.However I drop off som suits almost a month ago, one of the suit pants needed an alteration. Of which they told me it’d take a little longer.That being said I’ve picked up all my clothing except for the pants that they have continuously told me are not ready yet.. it’s been about 3 weeks since then. I’ve called and have driven up and each time I’ve been told that a manager/owner would be in touch with me. I’ve not been contacted about what I assume at this point to be lost articles of clothing.I’m not upset but would love if someone would reach out to resolve this issue.I left 4 stars because a lost pair of pants isn’t the end of the world.. (I know I’m a restaurant manager) but some kind of communication about a resolution has not come forth.Thanks

Do a great job with dry cleaning and super customer service..

It was the only service I checked out that actually had specific questions about my bridesmaids dress regarding the fabric, the stain on it and even told me how they would be cleaning it. Fair priced and efficient service. Friendly young staff and quick response to retrieve your clothing. I would definitely use A Cleaner World again. Thanks for the great work!

Good place to get dry cleaning done. They are fairly quick in returning items even the king size winter comforter only took 5 days. Reasonably priced

My wife and I use them weekly as they are located near our house. We have always been greeted with a smile and received incredible service. Tale it from someone that has received professional dry cleaning services for over 30 years... This place is A+.

Incredible service! Christen couldnt have been more nice or helpful after my sister called for me after I got coconut oil on my chaffon bridesmaids dress. They got it out the same day and had it back to me 2 hours before the ceremony started!

Bad customer service and bad quality of work. They charged me $10 for a super bad job . They did not remove the lint and hair . Front desk said we are not the cleaner so we cannot help. Bunch of jokers who don’t understand quality work but just trained to swipe customer credit card and print receipts

Horrible place, I dropped my white t shirt to clean it, And when I came to pick it up, the t shirt was worse than before, Black Marks, and stains, This is the worse cleaning place in North Carolina, I do not recommend this to anyone at all.
