Very nice place and nobody bugs you they just let you take care of your car and plus you can use your debit card if you like. Or you can use the change machine.

Bought the package online and went to NW Cary express wash but couldnt figure out how to use as the instructions in the email says license plate will be used for identification. Garter is too far and there is no EMAIL or PHONE to contact. Found the phone but despite trying many times, no one pick up the phone. Hope someone can reach out to me.

Using the bays to wash your own car is great. The machine accepts credit cards, so no getting quarters. The automatic car wash isnt good at all. Its more expensive and the bottom half of your car will be streaks of dirt.

This place used to be good, no lines, but one of the two car washes has been closed for months and now there’s always a 15 car line, it’s ridiculous. Find another place to go that’s less crowded.

I live closer to another car wash, but prefer this one because of how well it is maintained. I appreciate Mr. Hughs’ work effort at the site.

Really like the touchless wash. Should add monthly service plan which includes use of vacuum cleaners.

Self washing bays rinse mode is spraying soap. Tried it twice, had to go through automatic to get soap off.

Unreliable automated wash system. Stay away. During soap cycle no soap came our. The credit card reader was not working. The receipt did not print.

The location was clean and everything worked. The only complaint I had was related to adding more time. I couldnt figure out how to select a longer amountof time when using a credit card so I had to keep swiping for not time. Even so I would go back because u was able to effectively clean my car

This is my neighborhood stop to get a quick wash of my car. The price is right, the water pressure is good, and you can usually get in and out quickly.

I had a lot of bugs on my vehicle from a long drive down from Western NY. The car wash did an OK job. It would have been better if the sprayer was fully operational. Seemed like the sprayer wasnt dispensing soap the way it is supposed to.

*** UPDATE***I called to notify them of my issue and they sent an upgraded coupon in the mail to make it right. I will utilized it and give them another chance.I appreciate no hassle customer service!-Dont bother. It would be a better automatic wash if I threw a glass of water on my car.The auto wash sprayed my car with soap then stopped & said all done.

This car wash gets a lot of use, Generally everything works. Sometimes because of heavy use theres some mud and Debris While youre walking around your car

Just payed 14 dollars for the car wash and my car is still dirty and 3 dollars for vacuum, and my car still looks the same before getting in the wash with my cat paw prints are still there. So much waste of money! DO NOT BUY. Never had a worse wash ever I my life.

This older gentleman helped me out he advised to get exact change for the machine cause it may or may not give it back. Though he said you can call and get refunded. Overall loved it!!! My car looks great and the hospitality was really what got to me cause thats very uncommon where I am from.

The car wash only worked on one side of my car! The mechanism didnt seem to work on the drivers side.There is a number to call, but no area code, only a website, which I hope I will be able to will help me either refund my money or fix the machine and give me another car wash.

This carwash has become a Cary .landmark. its always clean and in good working order.

Their machines for the car was do not even use their own tokens half the time. It takes two weeks for a refund. I would suggest using your card.

I put in $10 and got back $5 in coins got very upset but the best is when I went back for another wash and put in the coins it didnt take. Im trying to get my money back but there is no one there ever. I will never go there again. One time I put in $10 and didnt get back the change

Did a fairly good job washing my somewhat dusty car with a few bird-drops on it.My advise: Use the $8 auto car wash, its the cheapest with drying. Dont trust their coating, I examined the surface of my car after the wash and do not feel anything you can call it coating. The water drops left on the car doesnt show any sign of hydrophobic surface. Take your own coating spray (I use TLC) and microfiber cloth, park your car at the back after the wash and apply your own coating. So your car is clean and not hot, and some water drops left on it can help when apply the coating.Oh did I say USE YOUR OWN COATING?

Clean and excellent pressure washers to get the job done for those DIY washers! The carwash it self doesnt do so great in cleaning your rims on your car, everything else was good.

Some machines dont work as expected. One of the machine stopped accepting my previous visits change coins midway and its didnt allow me to change the payment type or cancel the transaction. I lost some dollars because of this. This is total nonsense! I dont feel like visiting the place again.

Dont use a credit card. The initial cycle is fine, but when you swipe to add more time you barely get a minute before you have to swipe again. By the time I would swipe my card and get to the other side of the car I had to add more time.

Do Not Go to this business. Enough said!!

Decent place to wash your vehicle. Used both the drive thru and self serve, no problem. Didnt realized it was a manned facility until a guy handed me a savings code on one of my visits. I get done what I need to and being able to use my card instead of change is helpful.

The vaccuum works great! This is the only car wash that my family & I use!

Lost $ to the machine. Couldnt wash my truck. On a positive note, if you call the phone #, they will refund by check, in the mail.

Their auto-wash did a pretty good job. The overall site was cleaner than most non-attendant wash places.

I wish there are more auto car wash in town. This place is convenient, fast, and priced reasonably. Love to sit in the car and watch the car showered by pink bubbles.

A word of warning: the pre-wash setting produces a blue foam that permanently stains clothing. I just ruined a pretty shirt on its second wearing and some favorite pants. And my hands are blue, too.

The pink soap STAINED MY SKIN and shoes. Spent almost $10 in the self service bay and my car was still dirty. The soap brush is half the size of a standard brush. 2 of the 3 token machines didnt work and the first bay I pulled into was malfunctioning. Had to take my car to a different car wash to get all the dirt and soap residue off. Still trying to get the pink dye out of my skin :(

Its a rip off. The soap takes a minimum of 30 seconds to start to come out, and then it another 30 for pressure. Im 15 dollars into this wash and all I did was spray brush and rinse, I dont dare to vacuum out my car here because I would like to be able to afford to put food on my table this week... not impressed at all.

I went through the auto wash and my car was still dirty when I looked at it. It really didnt do a good job and a complete waste of money.
