They didnt show up at the confirmed appointment time. They didnt show up at all. They didnt even call. I called, left a message, no call back. Is this company even real? Very unprofessional.

Not sure what the other guy was talking about when he posted a 1 star review... these guys far exceeded my expectations! Well worth the money!

The owner Tim Lee is an exceptionally honorable person. He found my wallet on a parking lot at a grocery store. He then saw the address on my drivers license and drove to my residence to return the wallet to me! I cannot thank him enough for doing that. No need to say that all my documents, credit card, and cash was there. What an honorable gesture.I have not needed the services his company provides yet. But I would trust him professionally based on this gesture.

Got my interior detailed over the summer to get some stains out of the seats and center console. Tim warned they might come back and if they did to reach out to him and he would come fix them. The stains came back along with some other details that needed fixing and I reached out and Tim scheduled a time to come out. Weather was an issue plus I believe he was having some personal issues happening as well and I told him to let me know when everything was okay and we’d fix it then. I haven’t heard from him since then (October 2019) and my interior still isn’t fixed and the windshield still has streaks on it. I will update the review if the issues are fixed.

Like an artist is with a paintbrush, Timothy is to a car. Cleaning with a meticulous stroke, Timothy goes above and beyond to ensure the true quality of customer service is offered. Working with him has sincerely been one of the best experiences I have had since arriving to Cary, NC. His personality is exceptional and reminds me of one of my dearest friends. I have gone through a few mobile details and I can definitely say, I have finally found the right one. I wish they offered a 6th star because i would give it to this company. I definitely recommend Mr. Lee to all interested in receiving a new car because essentially, that’s what you’ll be getting from him. I look forward to our next appointment Mr. Tim!

I had my detailing done today and I love the look of my car. It’s sparkling clean. Guess what, they can even come to your location to do the job. I sure would recommend them for their good work

Tim did a great job. He picked up my Cadillac CTS and dropped it back off. I had the Level One paint correction and detailing. It looks like new again.

Tim showed up exactly on time to my apartment complex and he and my wife did a wonderful job detailing my wifes car which we were getting ready to sell. When it was appraised we were offered more than I expected and I owe that partially to Tims superb detailing job.
