Big thank you to Stephanie and the service team for squeezing time in for my son and daughter in law visiting from Maryland when they realized they had a bad tire after arriving here. Sometimes the flow from beginning to end can be confusing due to the setup but amazing service and staff with ample comfortable waiting areas. Your service lead does a tremendous job keeping you informed throughout the process and will text you pictures of the vehicle in process so you know exactly what is going on.

Were longtime Autopark Honda customers,we bought both of our Hondas here. theres never a time we dont get superior service. My husband discovered a large bolt or screw in a tire, we drove in and it was repaired in less than an hour. Great location, the facility is well kept, staff always friendly. Been bringing all my Honda cars to Autopark Honda since I moved to this area over five years ago. Impeccable service. From the time I arrive until I leave Im treated like family. Detailed explanation of whats to be done and what was done are always given. Prices are reasonable, and they look for ways to save you money. Nice, clean waiting area fit for work, reading and separate kids area complete with popcorn machine. They do great work and make for great experience all around.

Actually our appointment online was intended for recalled services but rescheduled as parts were not available. We bought our van from them so oil change was no charge and its optional but charged about $25 for tire rotation. Customer service people are very friendly and nice.

I always have timely and great service. From the time I arrive to drop my vehicle off I am greeted and assisted very promptly and in a friendly manner. Landon is a good service advisor and the clerks are also very nice.At times when I need a ride back home the driver of the van is always very friendly and I always enjoy the conversations no matter whom it may be

Be careful folks, I was quoted $4600 for timing chain replacement and engine piston + rings replacement when my car, which had been burning oil, broke down with MIL flashing. Multiple independent mechanics checked out the car and ran tests concluding each of the diagnoses from Autopark to be false. The main breakdown was later resolved at a different dealer with a simple software update.When the car first broke down, I towed it to a local shop who said there was a technical service bulletin out and it needed a software fix from the dealer. No problem. Off to Autopark it went. Curious what theyd come up with, I didnt mention the service bulletin when making the appointment.When the Autopark advisor finally called, he told me on the phone that the timing chain was stretched, which is why the car broke down, and that this was caused by low oil. He said the burning oil was caused by bad pistons and required replacement of pistons and piston rings. Total cost $4600.Skeptical of this, I towed the car from Autopark and had it looked at by a couple of trusted, experienced mechanics (30+ combined years in the profession, including one Honda mechanic), who concluded the following:- there was virtually no sign of timing chain stretch- compression tests showed no signs of cylinder/piston issues- as mentioned by the first shop, there is a service bulletin out that addresses the exact issue I was having (P0339, P0302, P0303 codes. TSB reference #09-050). My advisor at Autopark of course conveniently failed to even mention thisWith these new mechanics, the first attempt to fix was replacing some worn spark plugs, but the codes came back right away and the car went back to limp mode. From there, the car was taken to a different Honda dealer and the software fix from TSB 09-050 was applied. Sure enough this resolved the MIL issue immediately, and it has been running fine since. The oil burning issue does remain unsolved, however Autoparks suggested repair for fixing it was determined to be incorrect.Aside from this complaint of attempted swindling, it also took a very long time to get a hold of my service advisor after dropping off the car for my appointment. No contact for 2 days even after leaving a couple messages. For what its worth, he was very polite on the phone while he tried to trick me out of several thousand dollars.The biggest disappointment is I still had to pay them $75 for the pleasure of being lied to, plus 2 towing charges.

I bought new Honda last year from here. When I bought they said oil change is free for lifetime and free car wash as well in service time. I went there 5 month ago for service. They did not wash my car. I asked why ? Thay said car wash is not working. And again I went a week ago for service they again did not wash my car. And said that car wash still is not working again. How we believe that the delership cant fix their carwash issue in 5 months ??? This is not fair !!

When you go to buy they treat you super well before when you go to do maintenance they give you another car and a lot of attention. Now you have to spend all your time there even if you go with children.
