The Appliance Marshall team is first class in every way, completely surpassing the “authorized” service company recommended by the manufacturer. We tried using the support our brand claims to provide and it was NOT successful. Enter Appliance Marshall on referral from a friend. They were quick to get us on their schedule. Brian helped locate and fix an issue with assembly (occurred in factory). His knowledge helped reconnect our broiler and fix the preheat function (was taking 30-40 min to preheat prior to his efforts). He also provided insight/user tips to help prolong the life of the unit. A+, 5 stars.

Our oven wasn’t working, so I reached out to this amazing company. They scheduled me for today between noon and four. The technician called me at 3 saying they would be here in 30 minutes and was perfectly on time. He respected my home by wearing shoes covers, he immediately determined the problem and fixed it with parts he had in his van. They entire process took 30 minutes, and he was nice enough to give me tips about making sure the problem didn’t happen again. I would recommend them completely!!

Our washing machine was leaking water from the bottom and I was prepared for the worse. I called Appliance Marshall. Customer service was super nice. Brian came out in a day or two and diagnosed the problem in 10-15 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgable. Luckily they had the part in store and everything was fixed a couple days later. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

My experience with Appliance Marshall Repair was excellent. I had contacted them to look at my 20 year old Kenmore fridge that was no longer cooling properly. Not only did they get me on the schedule in less than 24 hours but the technician even called the next day and was able to make it out hours before the scheduled time window - which was VERY helpful. The technician they sent out was Dakota. He arrived right on time, he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, personable, professional and a generally speaking, a very nice guy. After looking things over, Dakota thoroughly explained different repair options we could take try to fix the problem, but after much discussion it was concluded it was not worth fixing. While I was not thrilled about having to buy a new fridge, Dakota took the time to talk with me about his experience with different brands and what I should be looking for and what to stay away from in making a new purchase. It was most helpful to get the perspective and the experience of a repair technician before spending the money on a new unit. Dakota was no doubt worth every penny of the hundred bucks I was charged for the visit. I very much appreciated his straight forward and honest approach in guiding my decision process. Rather than trying to run up a repair bill on a failing fridge that would only benefit himself and his employer , he truly acted in MY best interest and gave me honest and good advice. We are incredibly impressed with the service that we get from this company. We often tell Neighbors to be sure to use them when needed. I absolutely adore the person that comes to our house and don’t even wanna share his name because I don’t want him to become too in demand!

I was having issues with my dishwasher (was giving me an error code that the drain was clogged even though I did everything I could to unclog it). Even though it took about a week to get an appointment, when the technician arrived he was both friendly and helpful. Turned out a tiny piece of glass was the culprit. The technician was incredibly informative and taught me a lot about the appliance, including how to maintain it better. After fixing the issue, he ran the dishwasher through and waited to make sure it was working. Definitely above and beyond service, especially considering how busy they must be to book a week out. It’s clear they take the time needed to show value in every customer. Several weeks later, dishwasher is working great!!!

Appliance Marshall, without a doubt, is the one of the best. They can repair all types and brands of ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers and even a Miele coffeemaker. We fully trust Marshall in terms of any required repair work and valued his recommendations when we had to replace some of our appliances.

Marhsall worked on several problems with our 15-year old Meile appliances (ovens, dishwashers, warming oven). He knows these machines inside out and and they were like new when he was finished and good for at least another 15 years. He also addressed issues in our 30 year old sub zero that is now working great, and a 15 year old trash compactor. He is professional, highly responsive, knows exactly what needs to be done, is pleasant to work with and keeps his commitments. He provides five-star service and I highly recommend him.

I talked to Marshall on the phone about my Bosch oven broiler turning on by itself. He explained to me that a new Power Contol board would fix that and he even gave me the Part #.I ordered the part and put it in and it’s all fixed!!!Marshall was so willing to help me out over phone! My Sub-Zero refrigerator is 24 years old. I am very grateful that Dave could fix the refrigerator and the ice maker. Replacing it would have been very expensive. He took the time to diagnose the problems and replacing all the parts. Before completing the job he made sure everything was working properly. I am also very appreciative Kendra scheduled my service call for the next day once the parts came in. I had been without a working fridge for 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company.

Had to make the decision to repair an oven or replace. They were really helpful and I ultimately decided to repair. They received the part quickly and were out to me quickly as well. I’d definitely use them again. Not sure how I didn’t know about them sooner!

Marshall himself did the repair. He repaired my oven a few years back, very pleasant and capable.. He did save us $150 because the circuit board was under warranty but charged us $105 for the heater available online for $60 and $320 for an hour of labor. I don’t think I can afford to call Appliance Marshall again.

Marshall did a fantastic job installing a refrigeration unit to cool my custom beer kegerator cabinet that is built into an full size antique fire engine. The refrigerator will work on AC 120 volts when in the garage, and work on 12 volt DC when on the road or at a remote party.The work was done in a very professional manner, functions perfectly, and looks great.It took me quite a lot of searching to find a professional to take on this unique and custom refrigeration project. Today we received amazing service from Brian of Appliance Marshall. He cleaned out (removed and vacuumed out a huge buildup of 15 years of invisible LINT buildup within our clothes dryer—this is lint that escapes the regular lint screens that everyone cleans after each wash— He returned our clothes dryer back to the way it is supposed to run.Reasonable price for the value and services provided. If we have any other appliance problem, we will definitely be calling Appliance Marshall. Their phone dispatch teams are also efficient and professional. Their service is as about as good as you can ask for. My fridge went down on a Wednesday night and Marshall was at my house early on Friday morning to look at our GE fridge. He diagnosed what was wrong in less than 30 min and he had the part ordered that day. He gave us a realistic timeframe on when the part would be in and he could install. Again he was accurate and we have a working fridge again. I will recommend them to anyone.

Marshall did an amazing repairing our Ariston built in coffee machine! Then he reprogrammed everything to make sure it worked! On the way out checked our ice maker, made a few adjustments and not that works perfect and checked the microwave (that we were going to replace) and told me I only needed an 18.00 part and it was good to go!! We recently had a service call for repair of our freezer. That was done satisfactory but the technician also looked at refrigerator overall and mentioned some possible future issue with refrigerator door, sealing and closing. He suggested an adjustment for an additional $60 which we agreed to. Once finished he pointed out the lower right corner of door was not sealing completely/aligning and we would need to nudge it shut. He said that could be hinge related. Since that service call the door has increasingly caused issue sealing/closing to the point that anyone must physically push it shut to close completely. When we called to report this we were met with accusations and questioning as to what WE had done to the door. We were also told if we wanted it corrected it would cost over $400 for parts and labor for hinges.

My Big Chill range isn’t the easiest to find service and parts for, so I was happy to find Appliance Marshall Repair. Their promptness, expertise and professionalism has our range up and running again.Thanks a million!

DO NOT USE!!! They only temporarily fix problems only to have the problem reappear again.They will not honor there service warranty. They will flat out tell you no after you pay them! The rep that answers the phone is the most rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. She answers phones for a living but yet you would think she is in charge of the free world with her attitude.

Due to Covid, we were unable to get the part in until 3 months after the request was initiated (dishwasher front - cosmetic ) - I was advised and updated throughout the time period to ensure that they “had not forgotten about me” :-)Dakota was our knowledgeable tech - he was very nice and informative. I had Marshall recondition our large commercial 60 Wolf stove, very professionally executed. We have Thermador appliances, but we live in Albuquerque, New Mexico - not Illinois. A local so-called expert repair service here in Albuquerque for high-end appliances (we will call them DS) has been trying to repair my Thermador cook-top. They have been to my home at least 6 times, replaced multiple parts, and they still cant get the middle burner on my cook-top to put out more heat (25 minutes to boil water -- ridiculous as the burner output was FINE before they touched it when they were working on other issues). DS doesnt know what is wrong and then suggested they bore out the gas outlet to allow more gas to be released! What the? No way!!!! When I called Thermador I was unable to speak to a technician b/c Im not a service company, but the customer service rep agreed that making modifications like that was a really bad idea.After getting nowhere, I decided to search for a reputable service company in the area where I grew up b/c I trust the people in my home area. I found Appliance Marshall Repair -- very good ratings; my mother in Barrington confirmed their great reputation.After leaving a message to speak to a tech, Marshall called me back soon afterwards. I explained what has been going on, and he immediately knew my model and had some ideas about what could be going on and told me how to examine the parts myself. The 20 years of experience in repairing Thermadors was evident -- he knows Thermador!! He knew every part as if he was looking at the cook-top in front of him (but the cook-top is 1300 miles away!). It was impressive!!! He also suggested I call the extended warranty company and ask for another service company. I will do that (armed with new information), but he also told me if the other company cannot fix the cook-top I could ship the cook-top to him and he would be happy to evaluate and test it (they have a test workbench in their shop). Wow! Hopefully, I wont have to do that, but its wonderful to know that Marshall is willing to do that!I cant tell you how professional and helpful Marshall was! I am SO happy I called AMR and am SO grateful for Marshalls help!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Appliance Marshall was the third place I had called for my Jenn-Air oven. Two other places couldnt help because it was digital and they thought my problem might be the control panel. Appliance marshall came out, figured out it was a bearing in the blower fan fairly quickly and gave me a good price. He ordered the part and returned as soon as it came in.
