Very fast service. I brought my pressure washer in on Thursday to be repaired and to my astonishment it was ready on Friday less than 24 hours later. Louie, the technician doing the repairs, was very knowledgeable about all things pertaining to power washing equipment and even gave me a tour of the shop which was extensive and well equipped to fix just about anything with a motor.

I will not be using their services ever again. I paid good money to repair my power washer and it still did not work properly. When I called to explain displeasure, the manger just started saying that I must of broke it on the way, even though he was the one to loaded it up for me and even strapped it down for me. Totally unprofessional.

Tough Stuff is the best all around cleaning product for your heavy cleaning needs, degrees an engine, dilute it to clean the outside of your truck, use it with one of their pressure washers to make your driveway look great and then just a little Tough Stuff in the laundry to get the grease out of your coveralls and jeans.

Nice people. They sell a great product. Tough stuff cleans everything i have tried it on, it doesnt have a potent smell like most other similar products. I even heard a story from a friend that someone accidentally drank some and didnt even get a little bit sick.
