Really would have liked to give them 5 stars but have been trying now for more than a year. Spoke to everyone from reception, manager, installers to Scott. Everyone promised call return. & installer & owner came to house. Installer fixed the window we couldnt close!!!However, promises and promised the picture window would be replaced. Not in stock.....Order. They say ...... More than a year later........responses have ceased all together.Windows are GREAT. Replacement services, as you can read, are less than appealing/helpful! I would be happy to post if it better support. Buyer Beware!

Rob, our estimate guy was very friendly and explained things well about the window. He said we’d have our windows in 6 weeks from ordering & we had them installed before the six weeks was up. Our house was a big job of 22 windows and wraps. The three man team led by Patrick did it in two days. The old windows were out & new windows installed in one day (in the rain might I add; didn’t bother them at all). Wraps were done the next day because they didn’t want to install with the metal being wet (which I appreciate). The windows look great and they seriously have already saved us on energy bills and haven’t even been in a month! Amazing!Since this is an honest review, I will comment on minor things I didn’t like about the install but it’s just a preference thing. The installers did smoke on the job and left cigarette buds in my yard. The plastic wasn’t secured very tightly on the inside of the window. And lastly, though the installer did clean up his mess after caulking the inside, once he came back in again to recheck and show me the windows, he’d trek more dirt in and not clean up. However, I didn’t fuss at them about it and if I would’ve, I’m sure they would’ve cleaned up.Overall: 5 stars and wonderful job! They’re beautiful windows & you cannot best the price or warranty! (I should know we bid 4 different places). Pictures include old windows with the crossbars in them; new are without-LOVE!

They put several new windows in my mothers house last June or July and the windows are fine but the guys who installed it did the worst job ever and wind blew in side the house all around the windows. We called and asked for someone to come out several times and finally last Friday a guy finally made it and had to recaulk everything and even he said that was poor installation work. And my mother even got the a little bit better window not the cheapest ones and the top windows are sliding down on their own so the guy that came out to repair it had to put set screws in them to help them stay up. Anyway we will see how it goes from here whether there is still air coming in or not.I spoke to the gal at the office several times and she was very nice. But it should not have took that long to get someone out there nor should it have been installed the way it was in the first place. Plus they broke one of the trim boards next to the window and bent the siding below the window. Overall just not very happy about it but hopefully it is fixed now finally almost a year later

Totally in love with our new windows! Our old windows were broken and didnt open, so we knew when we bought this place that wed need to save up to replace them. Although the windows definitely cost quite a bit more than $185, it was still a way better price than anyone else and the quality is great. I can see why theyre so busy that it was a 3 month wait for installation!! Totally worth it and a much better experience than a friend had recently using a different more expensive company.

It took 4 days; we were told it would be done in one. They did come out on a Sunday to finish up. One window was cracked. We are still waiting for the replacement a month later. I can tell a difference with the new Windows. I am mostly happy with the purchase.

Lowest prices, but add-on raise the price higher than $185. Paid for Windows July 1st but still havent seen the installers or Windows here and it is November. Scott is still advertising for Windows for less though. You will just have to get in line and wait on the schedule?

Had windows replaced in my home ordered in May finally recieved them in July one came in broke . Still waiting to get it replaced. Windows are good and look great but response needs to be a faster turn around. I shouldnt have to wait for someone to come my way to have a replacement when it came in the first time broke.

False advertising, I had them come out to give me a quote and they told me the price that they supposedly sell them for went up. Why even have it on TV and your website if you cant sell it for that price

Household repairs tend to be stressful, but Windows for Less made this a easy and pleasant experience. To begin with there was no hard selling tactics like we experienced with other companies we looked at. They were very reasonably priced, and upfront on what they thought our house needed, even when that meant NOT trying to sell us a product. We had 9 windows installed and it was done in one day and quickly. We are also super pleased with our new siding and gutters, which went up quickly as well. It was a pleasant experience from the first call to the office to the experienced salesman to the professional installer. I had 18 windows installed in one day! They came back and finished the trim on outside in less than a day. Very clean and professional crew. I did upgrade the windows from the basic window that they offer and it was worth it. You definitely want the argon filled windows, its worth the little extra cost. Our first cold weather and they have made a huge difference.

Best prices for new and replacement windows and install in the 4 state area! The Salesman is very knowledgeable and willing to work with you, the office manager was very pleasant to deal with over the phone, and the owner seemed willing to make our transaction a pleasant one. It did take a few weeks to schedule the install as I understand it they are very busy right now, but once the crew made it out to do the install they were very quick and professional.

Got a quote today for 13 windows. Was told the advertised price of $188 (bait) was no longer available from the manufacturer but they would happily give me the $387 windows for the cost of $278 (switch). Hate that I have to give even 1 star. Grand total I would be looking at $5000.00.

We just finished getting our windows put in. This is by far one of the best thing we did to the house that we have lived in for 33 years. When I emailed them they called me the very next day, had an appointment set up at our convenience. Rob answered all of our questions and was so knowledgeable. The 2 young man Patrick and Travis did a great job of installing the windows and finishing up all the little details needed to make the job look very neat and professional. This company sells a really low-end product that isnt worth your time, consideration or (most of all) your precious dollars. If you value your time and your investments, this is a good place to skip over. Plenty, plenty of businesses in 417 area that do this job much, much better.

Very dissatisfied. We have ordered windows for our house and paid in full. We have been scheduled twice to have our windows put in and both times they have rescheduled. They have been great up to this point and I know circumstances happen but your Customers need to be top priority. Not very happy.

I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with these guys if i wanted to! We have a 100 yr old house in Joplin that we have been working on for the past 4 years. We had to update electric, plumbing, gutters and then it came time for windows. We dreaded the window shopping process. It can be so expensive. Worst installers/company ever! Theyre currently doing work at a duplex in joplin. They stripped cable and landlines from the buildings without inquiring about actual service. Residents have lost phone and Internet service. Installation is shoddy at best. Terrible about cleaning up at the end of each work day. Slow as molasses. Been doing these duplexes for two months now with siding and windows. Not even 50% complete. Workers cursing and hollering at each other. Leaving nails and screws in drive ways. Driving trucks through rain soaked lawns leaving ruts. Most unprofessional company in all aspects of the business.

A store thats ALL THINGS WINDOWS, like the Walmart of window land. Steady thrifty priceing,( have you SEEN the price of a fancy window ), & if you need more than one, like 8 or something, here is where you want to go & to avoid a bad case of price shock itous!
