These guys came through in the clutch when my motorcycle tire blew out and I was afoot.They were pretty quick and muscled my fat bike up on the tilt bed , and beat the competition in price by a lot.Delivered my wife and I to our front door and never left a smudge.

Saturday morning after long day of work had flat on highway. Got tow to our house, they looked for a new tire but were unable to find one as it is an odd size. Patched it for us and brought fixed tire back to our house and helped put it on. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Was far less expensive than prior experiences with other local tow companies. Will absolutely be our go to tow company from now on.

Great service and great people who work there. They were very quick to get the scene of the accident. They let me ride with them to their shop and answered my questions about the process with me on what happens after an accident since it was my first time. I live in Neosho and they were kind enough to give me a ride all the way home. I dont know if other towing companies do that but it was great help and relief for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

He’s not only pulled my car out, but packed the snow in my driveway (where I was stuck, half in driveway and half in road) so that I could get in and out after. Wouldn’t even consider this business simply because the driver was on my tail with two loaded vehicles! Had I needed to stop immediately to avoid something ahead, he would have crushed me for sure. Don’t think I’d want my vehicle in the possession of whoever drove today 10/2/19 around 9:30am.

Driver ran me off road after running stop sign with two wrecked cars loaded. Then proceeded to run a stop light! I also have 3 kids in the car. Find better employees that can actually drive a loaded truck!!

My alternator died on Friday night on the way to Kansas City. Schraders came and got the car and dropped me off at a local motel. The next morning the were able to determine the problem get a replacement part and get me back on the road. The service was friendly and the prices were excellent! I called a day in advanced to schedule a tow in the morning to take my truck to the dealer. They were no call, no show. I finally call them around noon to figure out where they are, it goes straight to voicemail. Then 45minutes later out of the blue, they show up. 5 hours late! Totally unprofessional!

If I could choose a lower rating than 1 I would.I had made arrangements for Copart to pick up my vehicle at the request of my insurance company because it was a subject of a theft claim.When I called to schedule this pick up I was informed I would get a phone call 1 hour prior to them arriving st my home because they could not give me an exact time of the day as to when they would arrive.I received a phone call from Travis stating he would be at my house in 15-20 mins to get the car. I told Travis that I was not at home, that I was in line to pick my daughter up from school and it would be 30-45 minutes before I could be there to meet him. I was then told that he had to call his boss and he would call me back. When he called me back he told me I would just have to call and reschedule the pick up because he couldn’t wait that long, then he asked me if he could just go behind the fence and gate and get the car without me being there and I specifically told him absolutely not and he said ok, then just go ahead and call the same number and get reschuled for another day. I said ok and that was the me of the conversation. I go back to the area my car was this morning and it’s gone! Called Travis and asked him if he went back there after I specifically denied permission and he informed me his boss Eddie Schrader went back there and got it himself. I never one time had contact with this other person, gave SPECIFIC instructions that they were NOT allowed to go back there and he took it upon himself to trespass and take the car without me being there or with my knowledge.VERY sneaky, very unprofessional and complaints are being filed.

Never responded to call

I broke down early afternoon Wednesday round about 830 then at 930-10ish their service truck was there to pick me up! They even let me sleep on there property & didnt know me from a can of paint!! The minute I walked in the shop the next morning they all immediately embraced me with the smiles & good morning, talked with me kept me company! Hell the secretary arranged me a ride to some food & a hotel thanks to her for being concerned about my well-being they made sure I was ok!! Definitely have to stop by & pay my respect to say hey anytime I come through this area lol I like them they are a very good team & family!!! All friendly people!! Preshate yall foreal!
