Only place open on holiday many miles from home

I seem to have problems every time I use the automotive department. They need to train their employees for longer than a week.

The mechanics stand around talking with four guys in there only two cars it took an hour to get a tire patched. There was two different guys drove vehicles out and squeeled the tires. Great way to treat customers vehicles. I will not go back and wont ever recommend them to anyone. I only rate one star because I cant rate it zero.

Worst customer service ever. Walmart should be ashamed to have this tire and lube there. Waited for 20 min. Not one person asked if i needed help. When i did ask i was informed i needed to park my vehicle and go in and tell someone and they would get to me in order. I was told they couldnt find a door greater. So i guess through osmosis we know that.

Waited forever to be waited on and then they could not make the key I needed. Told me to go to Ace Hardware across the street

If you come here don’t expect to get out any earlier than an hour and a half, they’re ridiculously slow.

I sat in my vehicle for 15 minutes after the automotive section opened. He guys saw me I parked right in front of the doors. I went inside the automotive section was dark so I contacted a manager. One of the guys then came asked what I needed, he left and did not return. I know never to stop at this walmart.

Dont know what they are doing for an inspection. The inspection took an hour and a half. Watched them as they talked to each other and didnt work. Just dont.

Does it really need to take two hours for an inspection?
