Beautiful salon! All of the staff was very polite and accommodating, including the owner herself! I truly felt like a queen. My nail tech is a wonderful technician. She explained everything she was doing, products she was using, and why they were beneficial to me compared to what standard salons use. The salon is so unique and aesthetically pleasing, its one of a kind! Highly recommend! Ill definitely be going back on a regular basis.I will definitely keep coming back.

Ive had lots of manicures and pedicures in Carthage. I went to one place here in Carthage before finding California Nails and have been going about every 2 - 3 weeks for several months now. Ive gotten the very best manicures ever. My nails are extremely thin and brittle, but theyre able to strengthen them so that my nails are much less likely to break and the polish lasts from appointment to appointment.The staff is polite and professional. Everyone speaks English which is also nice. Because of their stellar performance, they have a large clientele and you usually have to book appointments a couple of weeks in advance.

I went in for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be going back. I got a deluxe pedicure and a take-off with a full pink and white set. The pedicure was AMAZING, and I am a girl who loves to get at least one pedicure a month.I had a guy do all of the services and he was very talented. Usually when I get a pedicure the person working tends to not spend time on the massage portion (which is my favorite part) but he spent 15+ minutes just on the massage! It was heaven.The nail take-off is something that I always dread, but the way that they let them soak off was painless and actually very fast. The full pink and white set looks amazing and was done in a good amount of time. He listened to everything that I wanted and I am so so so happy with the way that everything turned out.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to be pampered.

Michale is amazing, super patient with my worries. I didn’t leave with bloody cuticles, my nails didn’t hurt afterwards, and he doesn’t sand your nail beds down to where it becomes painful. Best nail experience by FAR, especially when I was expecting at least some sort of nail discomfort the next day. I will definitely be coming back! ❤️❤️❤️

California Nails is my go-to nail salon! I always go in knowing exactly what I want done with my nails and they give me exactly what I ask for. I love semi-long coffin shaped and stiletto shaped nails. I love nude colors. I love gold glitter and linings. Theyre there to hear you out and see what your sense of style is when it comes to your nails!

I had such a great experience getting my nails done here! It was a fun atmosphere, everything was clean, I was greeted immediately, and I didnt have to wait at all. Also the price is extremely reasonable and less than I was expecting. I will absolutely be back!

Phenomenal experience with my gel man and spa pedicure! Both nail artists took their time to make sure everything was just right. I came in as a walk-in on a busy Saturday, but I felt very well taken care.of while I waited.

Not only that but they will let you know if you’re spending money you don’t need to, like if you try and get a soak off and set when you just need a refill - and they will be right. Love this place!!! Just got a gel mani and pedi here for my wedding and they did an awesome job. Really clean, bright salon with friendly staff. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, advised me of the higher charge ahead of time for my design and then did a really lovely job! Going to make this salon my go-to from now on.

Service was awesome. Even though I was 30 mins late, they are still ok with it and still keep my appointment for me and my friend. The technician was really good for doing my long extension gel nail. I like how she recommend some things that be added to my nail instead copying the exact design that I picked from nail art pictures from her tablet. She even fully explain what will happen next when doing my nails and making sure I understood of what she is planning to do. Love her service. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place

I made the right choice of nail techs while travelling through Carthage, Mo. The owner, Michael gave me a fantastic pedicure and gel nails and also helped select the color. Michael also has a great sense of humor which I enjoyed. I would highly recommend.

Its a small shop with, I think three folks working there, including the owner. The owner seems nice and the two gals are nice too. The gel colors are needing a refresh but overall it is a pleasant place to get your nails done. Prices seem reasonable.

Waited an eternity. He finally gets to me and just starts chopping off my nails.....I told him just a manicure and new polish. Then they charged me for the manicure...no apology... nothing... Nails are down to nub..... Do NOT go there

The most disgraceful salon in the area and that I ever encountered in my whole life. First they told me they only wanted CASH, so I brought cash and when I paid they were not happy with the amount although a tip was added. Then I was back for my nails done and the Vietnamese guy drilled my nail beds so badly that it was painful and he stuck the plastic tips at the end of the nail bed so they would not last long or break. They did not know I was a nail technician in the past and they thought I did not know what they were doing. I asked them why he did not stick the tip at the top or middle of the nail bed and he ignored my question. These people have problems with who they judge can receive good or bad care from themselves although they are paid to give a proper service with no discrimination i think. I am not sure what their reasons were to act with such hate but it cost me a long time to recover as my nail beds were pretty damagedThis salon is unethical and they have no integrity in their work.This salon should be watched and closed down.Shameful. They should get minus 5
