Our family continues to use Clouds for the honesty, quality and value they provide to us. This is our 4th year and they did not disappoint once again. We had 2 beef and 3 hogs processed and just like always, the cuts are superb, the packaging is fantastic and the smoking/curing is on point. You cant ask for better people either, Dwayne and Mike are great to work with and Cindy makes sure our order is just right. This is truly a family run operation in the sense that you get friendly, personal and honest service.This winter after the big freeze, we had a cow that needed to be processed and Clouds didnt have an opening (not surprising given the circumstances). We found a processor able to get us in and boy is there a difference. The cuts from the competition were off by as much as a half inch! Also the packaging from the competition was not nearly as good as Clouds. Im so glad we found this family owned and operated business, we will always have a standing appointment, if possible, with Clouds!

I love their Hillbilly an Peppered BACON 🥓. DOESNT shrink up like store bought bacon. Never got anything bad from Clouds Meat 🍖

NOT HAPPY! I had my beef processed here and paid extra for extra lean ground beef and NO bones at all! My ground beef is full of fat and I have to debone everything myself. Never again will I use Clouds Meats for processing. Below: what I paid for vs what I got. Nice boneless chuck for the extra charge! And look at the grease from a pound of extra lean hamburger! Nice ‘boneless’ KC strip! RIPOFF

We absolutely love Clouds Meats! Getting to know the staff has been a real pleasure. Without question, the best quality meats you can get in this area. I cant get enough of their jerky and snacks sticks. Plus, the ability to choose a meat bundle, pay for it online, and pick it up in store is amazing!

Ive killed a lot of deer and used several processing plants, but the meat i received today from clouds is the best Ive ever had. The job they did cleaning and cutting the meat is above and beyond what i have had before. Absolutely awesome. I know who will be doing all my deer from now on.

Always fantastic service and great products. I have tried a few of their competitors in the region (1 hour radius of NW Arkansas) and have figured out there is no point in trying anywhere else. Clouds is the best! Their awards show that too.They also have meat in their storefront that I havent seen at other places. Bison, Elk, and their bacon is in a class of its own. No one can make bacon better than Clouds in my opinion.

Bought my first meat bundle yesterday. I was very pleased. Tried sausage first and it was wonderful. I plan to go back frequently!

Great service, friendly staff and the best quality meats you can get in this area. Their jerky and snacks sticks are delicious! Ive had a full rack of ribs from Clouds and it even made my poor BBQ skills look good.

Not a good experience at all. Charged us for dry aging our whole 1/4 cow even though they only dry aged the steaks. I feel like we were shorted on our yield.

WOW. We love the people at CLOUDS. They have catered a few business meetings for us in Carthage and the pulled pork was terrific. Lots of delicious sides available, too. Great selection, fresh and nice folks working there. I believe it is family-owned. Worth the drive.

This is something that you would probably see on a TV series somewhere in the future, Clouds Meats is a family-owned business that dates back for a few decades. Their selection is absolutely fantastic, their prices are very fair and reasonable, and they have all kinds of beef or pork or lamb or specialty items that you will be looking for or might not even know that you looking for. Its well worth the hike outside of the city limits to get to this place, especially because the tax rate is so much lower. The employees are very friendly, and answer any questions kindly.

Great people to deal with. Been taking deer here for years. The jalapeno and cheese summer sausage is awesome. They messed up the processing charges on one of my deer but fixed it right away.

Great meat processing. They did a great job on 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork for me.

What i thought I ordered wasnt what I got..?Ordered smoked sliced brisket and got bbqd sliced brisket. Also ordered smoked chicken and was told that it would be chicken halves cut in half (quartered) but what I got was just chicken breasts. Dont know where the mix up on the meat was made but was very disappointed..!The brisket tips baked beans and the twice baked smash potatoes were both very tasty.

They did a great job processing beef. However, they fail to tell you they charge $5. Per box!!

They do a great job processing our beef and packaging exactly the way we want it. All at a affordable price.

The back door smells like a slaughter house. The front, retail section is clean, staffed by friendly people and is full of wonderful meat related cooking items, and freezer cases of your favorite meal entrees plus snacks.

I have had clouds process both beef and deer. In both instances their performance was spectacular! The deer snack sticks are to die for... once I started eating them.. I couldn not stop myself. So, I ran out too quickly. Excellent meat processing company, highly recommended, if you have a need for processing these guys are the best!

We had a hog done there. Ot was sooooo delicious. Now we are having a wild bore turned into breakfast sausage. Their sausage is so yummy!!!!

Weve always had good service here. They are willing to cut a little differently than usual for this Chicago girl.

This is the absolute worst butcher service I have ever experienced. The cuts on pork are horribly cut and hardly recognizable. The rates are too high, and customer service is minimal. The smoked ham smells worse than a rotting animal on a hot day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dont waste your time, money and livestock coming here.

Totally messed up my meat cutting order. I will never use them again if the they were the last processing plant in a 300 mile radius. I waisted a whole steer. Plus I was missing my tenderloin. They were CUT off every T Bone. Not the way I order it anyway.

Clouds processing in Carthage Missouri threw away my wild boar skull without notifying me it was ready for pickup and without my permission and now they refuse to do anything about it. This was one of the biggest hogs I ever killed with my bow.

I bought beef there , when I got home cut the bag , it smelled really bad !!! I called and tell them about that , but the owner he so rude, he didn’t let us return!!! When I bring them back , one of employees they agreed smell bad but the owner still mad & rude
