Theyre always so polite and professional. There staff as gone above and beyond for me more than once and I will never forget it. Meant so much. Thanks Carthage Postal Service!!! ☺️

We have great employees at our local post office. Most people complaining are complain about things that our local branch has no control over.

The staff there are vary rude and you are lucky if you even get your mail.

Uncommon for a bad review from me but I was sent a threatening letter stating I would not recieve my mail unless I signed a piece of paper agreeing to terms set by them. I will not comply with nonsense intimidation methods that they think are appropriate.

Came to the post office and we could not send our care package to a loved one in Guam. The reasoning was because filling out the customs forms would take too long and they closed in a few minutes. Talk about great customer service.The lady that helped us has always given us a hard time when we are sending packages. She’s the one with the black short hair and accent.

Window clerks were awesome-do doubt. Supervisor came out was loud, and demanding toward her clerks. The one woman clerk was helping with an overseas package (it takes longer-lots of paperwork to tend to), the supervisor demanded she go to lunch NOW-all the while of picking up all the other parcels from the counter and throwing them to where they need to go.It’s sad that management is unprofessional like her. Her boss (the postmaster) is a lot more professional.

I had a certified letter and the manager of the Carthage MO post office brought it to me herself. She was so friendly and nice.

Elisabeth, counter clerk, was rude and threw my package. This is not a one-time encounter with Elisabeth. She has displayed horrible customer service over a long period of time.Carthage clerks, not just Elisabeth, need to learn professionalism and customer service. The clerks are a detriment to the postal service.EVERYONE GO TO JASPER POST OFFICE. YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPERB.

Dont know what the problem was with these people. I have never had any issues. Dealing with the public is difficult at times, which I doubt any of these customers could do any better day to day

I had a package which I tracked and never got!!! They said it was put on front porch! Why? There was someone there! I never got!

Love the historic building. Always immaculately kept. Almost always a waiting line.

I have no problem receiving packages during the week.For some reason Sunday deliveries are going to the wrong street.This was not an issue before.Luckily the wrong address is someone I know and they contact me

They hate united states constitution and the first amendment. I would not be surprise if They would support Hitler. Sorry disgrace of a Post office in United States. They lie to the police about people film them. postal office workers said they harass but they just filming the area. Sadly, this postal office lies and hates the united states constitution.

Be careful of the obese lady with long blond hair as she seems to have an attitude problem and doesnt have a clue what customer service means. No wonder the Post Office is losing billions!

Phone call was a waste of time. Carthage Post Office is sending our mail back to sender. This includes medications.
