Very satisfied with haircut and friendly staff. I had appointment and arrived early and got in quickly. Nita is fantastic!!

My length was supposed to be cut to between my shoulders and middle of my back. My stylist cut it to lay on the top of my shoulders. I didnt know how short it was until she started cutting the sides, she had started cutting it in the back so I wasnt able to see it until it was too late. I was supposed to have Layers and what I ended up with is a the same length all the way around. No layers. My hair is 4 inches at least shorter then I asked for. I even showed a photo so there was no misunderstanding. She clearly did what she wanted and not what I wanted. Absolutely heartbroken that my hair that took years to grow is gone. Its even too short and blunt for extensions. I am so disgusted!!!

Has greatly improved since Blair has left, can get a really nice new hair style. Highlights put in right and a great spring haircut thats easy to take care of. I would highly recommend this place now.

Went a bit down hill after Blair stopped working there. I first got my haircut with her and she did a marvelous job, asking what I wanted in a haircut and performing exactly that. I came back a second time only to find out she was gone and a very gossipy team of women took over, even mentioning how many callers were asking for Blair (wonder why.) The stylist I got did a very poor job with communicating until the very end when you could tell she wanted a tip. She cut my bangs horribly thick, without even measuring correctly. She also didnt ask how I wanted my hair parted and also gave me a smirk when I was trying to explain the look I was going for. I hope Blair returns.

Always get a good haircut here. Sometimes the wait is long.
