The tech, Jack, was awesome. He went above and beyond to solve a difficult issue with our Samsung made refrigerator. Samsung tech support told him to put the cover back on and walk away...that the fridge was toast. Thank you Jack for not walking away and for having the knowledge and the integrity to make the situation right. Four stars because it took 2 full weeks to get a schedule day for tech to arrive. That seems very not necessary to me for a company as successful as Bowers. Bowers, find and hire another tech or two.

Good honest reliable service. I dropped a dryer off for repair but they do make house calls.

I have been happy in the past with a washer and refrigerator repair. I called Bowers for a dishwasher repair and they came out and said nothing was wrong with it. When I called to have someone come back out, it was going to be more than a week. So I called another repair company and they fixed it the same day. I called Bowers to get a refund and they wouldn’t refund my money. Won’t use them again.

We’ve used Bowers Service company twice recently. Once to install a new appliance and once to repair older one. We couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism. The repair technician was on time, in a spotless uniform and took care of our appliances in a timely manner. Bowers is who we will call if we ever need someone again.

Bowers provided excellent service and pricing for repair of our refrigerator. Jerome, the technician they sent to do the service call was very polite and knowledgeable. He walked us through what he was doing to diagnose the problem and explained to us what was going on and what was needed to fix the issue. I would not hesitate to use Bowers again in the future.

On 8-23-2019 Bowers service co sent out a technician to repair my GE Profile dishwasher that is roughly two years old. I will start with saying my home is new and we have a lot of home building going on which means trucks, trailers, and machinery up and down my street. I had to put a cone up to keep vehicles off my driveway because of damage to the yard and driveway. Strike I, the tech just drove around the cone and on to my driveway not knowing why the cone had been placed there, he did not care. He could have easily parked on the street. Strike II, my wife is very clean so I asked him to remove shoes, and he refused saying we dont do that at Bowers, company policy is that shoes always stay on regardless. Luckily I had some booties from our home build. Strike III, he came in and basically did the exact same trouble shooting that we had already performed. I come from an aviation back ground so Im very familiar with electronics and mechanics. He then told me he would have to throw parts at it until its fixed, could get very expensive. When he said that I realized he just wasted my time and money. I told him I would purchase another dishwasher and he left, but not before taking my $59.00 for doing absolutely nothing. Later that afternoon I removed the dishwasher for troubleshooting. I found a bad control panel and I ordered the part. Basically I donated $59.00 dollars to the Bowers Christmas party. (LESSON LEARNED)

Robert diagnosed the problem with our washing machine within 5 minutes, ordered new part come back 3 days later replaced part in 30 minutes and we were up and running again. Excellent communication and customer service. I refer them to anyone who needs service.

The quality of service this company performs is so outstanding. The company I work for, Christian County Courthouse, has a fridge that needed service. The owner took it upon himself to come after hours when it was convenient for the courthouse personnel & completed the job! Such amazing work ethic!!!!

We have used Bowers for years. When my LG refrigerator stopped working, the technician knew within minutes what was wrong. He changed the compressor and had us up and running in no time. He has fixed my dryer several times as well! Its wonderful to still have someone these days that we trust to leave in our home. As well, trust to treat us right.

We have called on Bowers several times for appliance repair. They are expedient and treat you right. They do not charge you just because they can. One one occasion, our repair was minor and simple and the serviceman discounted the call fee; on another occasion they diagnosed my problem over the phone and just avoided the service call all together. Because of these experiences, we continue to call Bowers for all our appliance repair needs.
