I was treated Nicely from the time I got there at the time I left

The person assigned to do our taxes could not speak fluent English. She was very nice but did not understand our needs. Our return got put on an Emrald card when it was supposed to be direct deposit and we filled out direct deposit form. We wanted cash advance and she did not put application through. She smiled when we Tod our needs like she understood. I had to write down a lot for her.Very unsatisfied!

The price is a little steep, and has increased every year I have used your service. If this trend continues, I will no longer be able to afford to utilize your expertise. Perhaps you could consider giving some sort of loyalty discount for repeat customers of five years or more? Everything else about my visit was outstanding, including some financial advice from Allen, my tax preparer.
