Great products and amazing people. I purchased a walker mower for my business and have not been disappointed with the product or the product support I receive fromRob and his staff. After about 130 hours the mower developed a serious issue however Rob never flinched and stood behind the mower. Even loaned me his personal mower for a couple days. Im very glad that I found two tech. Dependable honest folks!!

Amazing customer service! The staff spent a great deal of time helping me locate a hard to find part for my Husqvarna blower. It saved me from having to do a much more expensive repair. I really appreciate them going out of their way to find me a cheaper solution.

These people are the best. I bought a Ferris from them years ago and it was too big for my trailer so Rob loaned me his trailer for a few days to get it home. I took it back after 10 hours and they serviced it for free. I had an issue with the blades and Rob not only fixed it he took the time to explain to me how to prevent it from happening again. He also took the time to explain the correct oil change procedure for my 100 hour mark. The lady who took my call texted Rob when I got there and he came right out. I have never been to any repair shop where I feel like they are friends instead of just a business transaction. Good people and I will never go anywhere else.

Two Techs has a nice shop on a road with several other businesses in a safe, friendly area. And, from the looks of things, enough tools and specialized hardware to run a full service mechanics shop to repair tractor trailers complete with floor to ceiling bay doors and a 6 foot, exterior, steel fence (strong steel bars attached to a 10 foot concrete wall) for safe storage of equipment (in the secured equipment storage building) and test runs of any outdoor equipment, tools, hardware, go carts and/or all terrain vehicles. They were nice and friendly and had several supplies such as oil, mower blades, batteries, new mowers, weed trimmers, edgers, chain saws, yard blowers, blade sharpening services and available hours on Saturdays to assist you with your issues (this is great considering almost all other lawn mower and small engine repair shops are closed on weekends). While I was there, they were upgrading their merchandise wall and had moved most of the blowers and chainsaws off their merchandise wall to the back of the store (temporarily).I thought they were knowledgeable and sincere. And, No, I dont work here and have never met anyone there before. I feel its important to write an honest review.

We took our push lawn mower to Two Techs this past spring as it would not turn over. We then hired a lawn company to care for our lawn while they worked on it. We were called and told the repair costs and said it should be ready within the week...perfect!!Months later, we called asking for an update. We were told that they had to fire a guy that wasn’t doing his job and that they would get it fixed right away; mind you...it was August...4 months later and $700 of lawn service later. We were called an told it was ready about 4 weeks ago; when I went to pick it up, it didn’t turn over, in fact they said “it wasn’t inspected well” and that they needed to install a primer. I was told at that visit last week that “we will not be charging you and we apologize for everything.” Today, my husband went and picked up the mower and they charged him $110 AFTER they messed up, AFTER they said they wouldn’t charge, and AFTER I’ve had to pay over $900 in lawn service because they can’t manage their employees and their work. I called today and inquired about the charge and all they could say is “I’m sorry” and denied stating no charge. I support small businesses, but not this one. I could have purchased a riding mower with the money I spent waiting for them to fix this mower. Drive a little further for your needs; I do not recommend this business!!!

I never and I mean never write reviews nor do we ever complain, but I am hoping this review will help save someone some time and headache. My husband and I dropped off his lawnmower the Monday before Thanksgiving due to it not working. Upon arrival, they had us put it in the back lot and we told them the issue we were having and informed them we also needed a grass shoot ordered and installed. They told us it would be done by the following Monday and they would call us with an update of the problem. On Monday, before heading out to pick it up, my husband called and made sure it was ready because we had heard nothing about the mower, what they discovered, or how much repairs would be. My husband was told the mower was not ready and they didn’t know when it would be ready, and that they would contact us. My husband reminded them again about the grass shoot, which they said they still had not ordered. A week passed again and we called back. Again, mower was not ready and my husband told them it had been two weeks and asked if the grass shoot was the hold up. They totally forgot about the grass shoot and told us they would order it and call us again when ready. 3 weeks have now passed and my husband calls again. They said the mower was ready and that the bill would be over $300. They had never called us and discussed the repairs to see if we wanted to proceed. My husband said okay, and then asked again about the grass shoot. They said oh, you wanted a grass shoot? Those have to be ordered. Sorry, it’s not ready then. At this point, my husband told them that this was ridiculous that we are constantly having to call to remind them and that their customer service was lacking. They said the grass shoot would be ordered and they assured us again they would call us when everything was complete. Yesterday my husband received a call that the lawn mower was ready. He went to pick it up today. He went in and paid the bill. He went around back, got the lawn mower, and proceeded to take it around front to make sure it was running properly. The lawn mower was not running properly, wasn’t aligned, and the grass shoot was not on. My husband went in and talked to a worker with my two young sons. Telling him how the mower was pulling to the right and there was no grass shoot. He asked to speak to a manager. The manager came out accusing my husband of cursing at his other employee, which caused my sons to speak up and assure the manager that he did not. He asked the manager about the issues with the mower and what all was done and the manager told him to take his mower and get his a** off his property in front of my kids. My husband took the high road and did just that. 4 weeks have passed, lawn mower not fixed, no grass shoot, and they have our money and refuse to talk to us. Save yourself some time and headache and go somewhere else! Worst customer service we have ever received.

Pre ordered parts then brought my lawnmower in for service, repair self propel and replace safety shield. Owner said the wrong part was ordered. Two weeks later I was called and asked when was I picking up my parts. I was told my mower was being worked on that day, the next two days was told they were waiting on the correct part. Wasted 3 weeks of my time and did not service my mower!

Started using Two Techs on the recommendation of a friend who owns a landscaping company. Ive taken my mower to them multiple times over two years for repairs. Most were related to the rear wheel self-propelled drive which never seemed to work extremely well. Always grinding and usually only one wheel was driving the mower. On one occasion they lost my mower. It was at the shop, but had been checked in incorrectly as a different brand. Honest mistake, but when I went to pick it up, I had to convince the shop guys which mower was mine. Most recently I dropped it off because the drive mechanism stopped working again. I was told they had about a 1.5 week backlog. After about 2.5 weeks I called to check and they said both rear drive wheels needed to be replaced and it was currently waiting on parts. After a month I called back again and was told the shop had misdiagnosed the issue and my transmission had seized up and was not worth fixing. Then they tried to sell me one of their other mowers. They had it one month and not one phone call with an update, explanation or apology. If theyd led with that before trying to sell me something else I might have considered it. Stay away.

I will give them one star, because I cannot give any less.they replaced a deck belt, and threaded it wrong. After paying them exorbitantly to fix this,l I had to do it myself. Then I find out the idiots placed the wrong belt on there, one too big.How unprofessional. The clowns want me to bring it back, but I thinkl it is their fault, they should send someone to fix it.Maybe they concentrate on the big landscaping accounts, and leave the little guy out.Definitely would not recommend these guys.Cyustomer service reeks.

Carsons Lawn gave them a chainsaw to look at because we were having trouble getting it to crank. They said that they would look into it (which they did) but when Carson went back to pick it up it was given back to him in pieces and with several nuts and bolts in a ziplock bag. They also said it would cost more to have it fixed than it would to buy a new one. They could have at least put it back together for us and explained the problem to us.

They rebuilt the motor on my zero turn and quoted me $800. They told me it would take a week and had it for over a month and then charged me $1180. The first day I got it back, it was blowing out oil and I had to bring it back twice due to improper wiring. Now the machine has less than 50 hours on it since the rebuild. Now the zero turn is not working and TwoTechs refuses to fix their mistakes and make it right.

Took reel mower to be serviced. Said they would look at it within the next week. After a month with no word, I should have known, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called and they said it was next on the list. Few weeks later, called back and they didn’t have record of me at all. 2 1/2 months later, it was ready for pick up. They sharpened the blades; however, the reel wouldn’t engage before and still wouldn’t, it was still leaking gas, and the starter switch was broke and the guy didn’t notice until he was loading it on my truck. So, I don’t think they ever cranked the mower in the 2 1/2 months they had it. All they did was sharpen the blades, supposedly fixed the right bearing (not even on the bill), and “fix” the starter switch on my trailer. After 2 1/2 months and $200 later, all I have is a mower with sharpened blades that leaks gas and the reel won’t engage. Back where I started. AND they wanted to load the mower with a fork lift on the trailer instead of cranking it and driving it on the trailer. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The entire experience was a screwed up mess.
