Friendly service. The oil change was a deal. I didnt give 5 stars because of a time consuming mixup that resulted in a lengthy stay at Walmart. Otherwise good!

Show up at 710 to get an oil change. No people no lights on. 730(they are supposed to open at 7) people finally show up , but nobody came out to help me. I finally go in and they inform me an hour to get an oil change. Would be nice if they opened on time. The store in general has gotten worse as well. The worst Walmart I have been too. Will not go back. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Slowest possible service you can get! Never bring your vehicle here unless you have a day to waste. I brought my truck in to have tires mounted and balanced and have been sitting here for an hour and a half. They still haven’t pulled my truck in yet. The new tires are in the back of my truck. Not like they ran out of them.

I always have wonderful service here! And the prices are great. They are up front and honest. My favorite thing about the staff here is that they will usually give me a heads up on issues with my car that they dont service. So I know that I may need to see a mechanic soon.

Timely manor & good customer service experience & quoted price wasnt inflated at end. Overall Ill surprise myself and give THAT experience a 5 of 5. TOTALLY surprised!

That is funny..I also had a bad experience with an African guy like the person that left a review . But Mr. Chris made everything smooth for me. That is the reason why I go to Walmart because of people like Mr. Chris caring about his customers.Thank you again Mr. Chris.

Went in to have a few tires mounted, was told.it would take about 45 minutes.. needed up taking 5+ hours plus which really wouldnt have bothered me, but they could have at least let me know. Very little communication. They had to redo the bill three time due to no one knowing the correct pricing.

STAY AWAY! The girl at the counter brought out the wrong size tires to start and I was told to wait an hour and a half. That was on with me as I had other things to do. So three hours later my truck still hadn’t been brought back. Finally the technician brought my truck and called me a few seconds later saying he didn’t have the right size sockets to change the tires on my truck. I’m a shop that size and being in a Walmart I find it hard to believe they didn’t have the tools to do the job so I suggest staying away you can find cheaper tires and better service at pep boys 2 minutes away off Grassdale rd

A good Walmart not sure if big trucks can still park there. Stay close to Lowes never had any problems

This African Jefferson guy is not very bright and over charges everyone....hey buddy this is not Africa is America we take care of our own!!! Get this guy away from customers!!! In the other hand upper management and supervisors are great !!

Called before going to get price on 2 tires. Get there and Im told they couldnt get to me. I told them I called before coming. They said ok well itll be a 2 hour wait. After 30 minutes they started on my car. But every time I looked out the window from waiting room the guy doing my tires was either gone or playing on his phone. Well no wonder theres a 2 hour wait.

Absolutely ridiculous. Not only were we forced to wait 3 hours after being told it’d be half that (at 7:15am), but the technicians changed my speedometer to kilometers and left the oil pan guard loose, causing it to scrape on the road while driving. I’ve been to this service center plenty of times as it’s the closest and the cheapest, but will not be back.

Spent over a hour and a half there was told they couldnt do an oil change because of some fire damage from over ten years ago the tech completely ignored me twice after being asked to talk with me about it Im never giving them any business again and Im going to tell everyone I know to not go there for any automotive care again. Did I mention they did an oil change about a month and a half ago and it wasnt an issue then?

Worst place to get a oil change. I went up there four different times in the middle of the day and they said they didnt have time. I called the manager and he really didnt care about the situation. On the fourth time taking it up there they did it but it took them four hours.

This Wal-Mart is clean and very organized. Auto area and associates are very helpful.

Great prices and excellent service. I went in for a basic oil change and a headlight bulb replacement. I was in and out in under an hour.

Cheap oil change but customer service could be better.

OMG set 2 hours and then they said it would be about another hour or so then guy goes on brake thats ok but they should had someone take over while he took his brake dont recommend the service center

This is the Slowest place I have ever been to get an oil change. I waited for 3 hours and this was a slow day. I can’t imagine how they handle a busy day. Believe me if you have another place to get your oil changed DOIT. Don’t come here.

Wouldnt sell us a single tire 45 minutes ahead of closing after we had a blow out. Said they were too busy to sell us the tire while we were stranded, not a whole set of tires, a single tire. Jerks.

Cartersville Walmart is horrible why would the tire & lube center be any different?! 4-5 guys walking around, but only 1 car being serviced at a time. Why does no other Walmart have these issues except Cartersville Ga?! Very slow service. 1 hour & a half wait for an oil change & 2 cars ahead of you with 4-5 workers 😟 Do better Cartersville Walmart.

A great place to use if you need fitbit steps. Can rack up a minimum of 40k steps while you watch your car not get serviced.

They dont keep a clear professional tire log. You wont know if they have your tires until theyre done.

Went for an oil change. Checked my tires when I pulled out and found this a screw in my tire. The mechanic who did my oil job argued that I could not prove where it came from. (even though he inspected my tires and made no note of the screw and you could tell it had not been driven on due to the smoothness of the screw)

Broken down on the side of the road. And 3 hour wait. That’s ridiculous
