Son - was my technician and he was amazing. I am thoroughly impressed! I have been to Cartersville nails for years and tried a few places even out in Marietta but now I’m switching! It’s next to wholly grounds coffee so stop and grab a coffee and then go get your nails done by son! He is very detail oriented and I am super happy. I will be returning!

I used to love going here but now u never know when they are going to be open without going there because they never answer the phone. The hours on line are not correct for when they are there!!

I have been to several nail shops in Cartersville over the past 20 years and I have never paid $50 for a Gel Fill-in!!! I didn’t even paid that when I got one there 3-4 weeks ago! I went in and asked for the same thing I got last time a fill-in and picked out my Gel nail polish and paid $33. When she said $50, I said oh no I only got a fill in. She said the gel polish is $20 and it’s $7 more because my nails are long? I said oh no just paint them clear I will go somewhere else! I took a picture of the pricing sign and nowhere on it does it say you are charged for longer nails when getting a fill in! Now I’ve paid more before when getting a full set if I got them longer but never when getting a fill in! I will be going to Evelyn from here on out! She does great nails, got her number from my co-worker.

This is the second time that I’ve been denied service by Luxury Nails and I’m beyond fed up with their lack of professionalism. Friday, May 22nd, I walked into this establishment to get my nails done. As soon as I walked in, I was met with coldness, and not even a greeting. It wasn’t busy. The tech immediately asked what I was there to get done. When I told her, she said she’s not taking clients today. I asked her if it was appointment only and she nodded. She didn’t even offer to have me come back or call to set up an appointment. She just wanted me to leave. I’m never visiting this establishment again.

This place is my go-to for all things nails! Love them! They do a great job and are very thorough. Polish is always perfect and they even give you a bottle of water. One of the best in town for sure!!

They werent busy when I went in and was fine in less than an hour. Went back with my daughter and just as good. 2 weeks later and my nails still look great.

Amy was so patient, spoke good English and was so nice.

Bad Customer Service. Went for a pedicure, 2 others were getting theirs done, well one of them the other lady was sitting there with no water in the foot bowl. I picked out my color and they pointed to the seat where I was to sit down. They didnt even start the water nor acknowledge me after that, the laxy worker just kept conversation with the other two women. At least start the water!! I left and wont be back!

Friendly staff and great service

Highly disappointed. Went in to get a pedicure and was told that it would be a three hour wait, when there were only two people in the entire salon. They obviously dont want any business, so I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Also the time was 3:30 and they were not closing. Horrible Customer Service.
