I am the General Manager of Servpro of Rome and we use PSI to fill our temporary and long term staffing needs.We opened up in July of last year, and since we have started using PSI, only roughly 2 or 3 of our 80+ requests for labor have not been filled. We rarely have had to go to a job without the proper man power, because Shaun and her team simply. get. it. done. Sometimes I need 10 guys in 2 days and somehow she magically pulls it together.They stand out in my mind from other Temp Agency’s because it’s clear they take pride in what they do, and they are willing to go the extra mile because they take ownership of their work, and go out of their way to make sure that whatever our needs have been, they get it done.Shaun and her entire office are all rockstars, and I would recommend anyone to them for their temporary and permanent staffing needs because they are just that good!

Everything about this place is off. The lady there is very rude. She doesn’t take your word for anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ll never work through another temp agency again. Especially not this specific location. Look somewhere else if you want consistent work and not jumping from job to job. And they are not responsive and not informative. Waited almost a whole week to know they dropped me from a job I worked 6 months for! Very poor management the only nice person at this location is Patricia. Will never return to this place every again!

Most of their jobs arent what they say to be expected. Ive had bad encounters in three positions at this staffing co. From having to work for 10/phr cleaning up burnt, flooded & houses where people had just been murdered/committed suicide. Second one being, a facility where I was told a certain position/schedule/pay to just show up and being out on a position where a guy had just had died from a machine I had to operate. Then another one where I was promised benefits, hours since I have a second job. To just show and guess what? None of that was true. Ended up just working there since I had no choice. But if staffing companies were to be. I would t recommend this one. They wont tell you about your position or what youre actually getting into. Youll just find out once you get there and by that time its to late. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The staff was friendly but dismissive with the exception of the receptionist. I felt blown off they sent me an email and that is about all the effort they put in with multiple visits and follow up phone calls. If you are a guy you will probably walk out the door with a job but every female that went inside that I saw had to come back for a follow up where as every guy I saw left with a piece of paper with a job offer unless they were missing something paperwork wise. Very sexist environment from my experience.
