I had developed an abscess and was in the extreme pain. They were able to fit me in the same day that I called and I was seen quickly. The staff were very kind and very thorough in their assessment of my issue. I appreciated the time that Dr. Paras took to explain what was going on and the plan we set up. Much better experience than what I had had previously.

The staff at Aspen Dental have been nothing less than fantastic! It had been many years since I’d been to see a dentist and so I was a little nervous. They were kind and courteous and very professional. I’m so glad they are who I chose to take care of my dental needs. I give them 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If I could give not zero but negative stars I would. After scheduling an appointment a month in advance I went to have a broken tooth pulled. They were rough with me and even had me wait for 20 minutes in between 3-4 different dentists and assistants before finishing up with me. I was the first one into the building for my 8am appointment only to be told after being there for over an hour and a half that they couldn’t pull my tooth because the dentist was too busy preparing for another surgery to pull my broken tooth when I had an appointment to do so. They then had me reschedule for Monday at 10am to come before work to have it pulled only to call me an hour after I left to change it to Tuesday at 8am again before work to have it pulled. So not only did I wait an entire month to be told ‘sorry can’t do it even though you have an appointment’ I was made to reschedule it at a later date and they were rough with me. The assistant that took images of my mouth was rough with me and even made my gums on the inside lower jaw bleed from the device stabbing into it which hurt and when I pointed out that it hurt and was bleeding she calmly said that a lot of people said that it was uncomfortable when it was way more than uncomfortable. Ive cancelled my appointment and won’t be returning to Aspen ever. Not when they tell me I need $5000 worth of work that needs to be done and that I’m not qualified for their payment care plan that would help me pay for said things. My mother had previously gone to them in a different state to have a broken tooth pulled and they couldn’t even get her mouth to numb before trying to pull it even though she could feel everything. Their website claims they use gas but when she got there they said they don’t use gas and still managed to not be able to pull her tooth leaving it crooked in the socket and causing her to have to go to the hospital then to another dentist who properly pulled the tooth the way it should have been done in the first place. From what I’ve heard and seen, and experienced they overcharge , waste your time, and are rough with their patients.

They try to do unnecessary stuff to make money. After telling you a price an you paid them cash money in full. then you have to wait 5 days to get your money back smh! Guess they dont wanna make customers happy. Ill never refer someone to them.

The care I received was awesome. The technicians, Doctor, and hygienist gave me a very thorough check up. I havent been to the dentist in 2 years. The last time, I went to ask about my gum recession and the Dr. (Who did no x-rays or measurement of my gums at all) took only 10 minutes to look in my mouth and tell me there was nothing wrong with my teeth. He prescribed me toothpaste for sensitive teeth and sent me out feeling crazy and crying. Since that visit, I have been apprehensive to go to another dentist because I was afraid my concerns would not be taken seriously.Aspen Dental put all my fears to rest. They identified the issue causing my gum recession and came up with a treatment to stop it from continuing. They taught me how to properly brush and and floss so that it would limit plaque build up on my gum line. No other dentist has taken that much care and time to help me.The only complaint I have is that I was in there for way longer than I expected and I missed another appointment that I thought I would have plenty of time to make, but I will definitely continue to see this dental practice.

I have not been able to find a Good Dentist anywhere since I moved to Georgia... until now, Aspen Dental!!! Aspen Dental Group was understanding to my problems, I had two teeth that need some attention and they took care of me!! And I am able make payments... what a wonderful team to get Great dental work done right!!!

They were absolutely amazing! The dental hygienist worked through her lunch to get my teeth cleaned because it was the only availability that I had. These people really care about their patients! Highly recommended.

The staff is nice, the place is clean and they are maintaining the Covid guidelines well. But I have had one tooth filled twice now (the first time it cracked and had to go back to get it fixed) and even after fixing it, it STILL causes me pain when I eat and sometimes prevents me from eating on that side. I am at the point where I dont know if I want to go back to them or if I should go to another dentist to see what the issue is now. As I said, I really like the staff; they are super nice and helpful. Im just not loving my experience of getting my tooth filled.

The staff was Amazing! Everyone was well trained in taking every precaution and made me feel safe to be there. From checking in to checking out I knew what my dental plan would be and I was pleased with the fact that I didn’t have to wait very long for my next appointment. This place was absolutely awful if I could save you pain by helping you decide a good place to go this would not be it. This man does not care about his patients or staff. He is extremely rude and unprofessional I truly wish I had never gone here things only got worse from his treatment. So I go in for a deep cleaning and the nurse puts numbing jell on my gums but it takes a little while for him to show up to put the needle numbing medication in my lower gums it hurt alot and without thinking I said a curse word at this time the man should of said sir we cant do that here and Im sorry your in pain do u need anything and please refrain from doing that as we move forward. Instead I get a grown man puffing his chest out and getting extremely angry with me saying they work hard and that I can just leave, wait what when and how did we get here this was wrong this was absolutely unprofessional and does not need to be overlooked. It shows how much he cares and how he decides to handle things which I find out later because of his actions I am not allowed to go to any aspen dental in the future he is privately owned which basically means hes allowed to do what he wants when he wants. He has no patience to deal with these issues that his patients bring and is not a good doctor to see for your issues. So because this man was having a bad day I had to drive home alone with spit dripping out of my mouth from the numbing medication, it was very unpleasant and I truly cant believe I walked in today and was treated like this please do not go here!!!

Dr Paris and staff were very pleasant and kind. They took all the necessary precautions during the coronavirus to ensure patient safety. They made me feel relaxed and talked me through my anxiety. All my questions were answered and the procedure went well. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Cartersville to anyone and I will be returning again to complete my treatment plan.

The front office was kind, carefully going by Covid-19 regulations. I was in so much pain. I had infection in my tooth that was broken, so I had to have 3 days antibiotics. They gave me a 20% discount for being self pay. The only thing negative is they wouldn’t work me in on Monday for the extraction. I had to wait till Tuesday. I appreciate that the worked me in to alleviate my suffering.

Aspen was great...no wait time, constantly checking on my comfort, explained all procedures,also cost with my insurance was just $95 dollars for 8 extractions.overall a wonderful experience.

Not a good visit. The Dentist decided I would need sedating. This was not covered by insurance. I was taken directly to the Office Managers desk, but I was thinking I would get my cleaning. Surprised by turn of events. SO fast. I was not given any other option, leading me to believe they, the dentist simply did not want to deal with me in particular. I believe they could have been more up front. Before even seeing the Dentist I could have been informed if sedation was required they had no one in my insurance network. I could have been informed of what the cost, if I wanted to pay out of pocket for it. I found them to be unprofessional, anything not run of the mill is apparently a waste of time for them and you.

Complete waste of my time. It was time for my 6 month cleaning and I wanted to try a new dental office in Cartersville, my current dentists Covid policies were uncomfortable. I made an appointment at Aspen, expecting to be able to get my routine cleaning. Instead when I got there for my appointment, they wanted to do x-rays and have a consultation to tell me what kind of cleaning I would need, but there would be no cleaning of teeth today. I will be going back to a local dental office, no more chain medical services for me.

Go anywhere else! Took my Girlfriend for a consultation to have some work done, that part went fine. Then it was we need a 50% Deposit I asked why a deposit there was not any out of the ordinary materials needed, No Crowns, Dentures, etc. I was told it is mandatory if you don’t pay a deposit we won’t set the appointment or see you again. Wow makes you wonder if they will be in business by Friday.

Went in Tuesday morning and started antibiotics for tooth extraction. They got me back the next morning and with ease pulled the tooth with no pain at all.Staff was friendly and the environment was calm. Price was great compared to what other places wanted. I will definitely continue using the Cartersville Aspen Dental for all my future dental needs.

Aspen dental in Cartersville Georgia was a really good experience I was seeing a doctor or dentist here in town and I left that office crying two times this office I walked out smiling and knowing what my future will hold thank you Aspen dental

I made appointment to have teeth cleaned. Instead they did a consultation since I was a new customer. They did a bunch of xrays and suggested a deep cleaning treatment and Invisalign. I told them my insurance wouldn’t pay for that and I only wanted a cleaning. They tried to talk me into a payment plan. When I said no I was basically shown the door. They didn’t even try to schedule a regular cleaning. What a waste of time!

Keep in mind I was 19 at the time of service and my teeth are in wonderful condition. If i could give zero stars, I most certainly would. I came in february of 2019 to get two fillings they proceeded to tell me they would take care of them. However, they didnt help the problem. I left the office with no feeling back there. The next couple of days the pain started to re-occur. I came in a week later to get checked out again for (free) they prescribed me antibiotics and sent me away. Two weeks later my prescription was over and the pain still remained. It is now January of 2020 and they have charged me $432 on a calling list claiming I still owe them. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY CARE OR TREATMENT, JUST DRILLED IN MY TEETH FOR MONEY!

This place is a trap. They tell you its a free exam, and that it is. However, I was just wanting a simple extraction of one tooth, and I was quoted $108. By the end of my exam, I was told I had to have root canals and everything else under the sun for a total of $3400... No to aspen dental.

Be aware when you come here.My husband had work down here. The dentist did good by him. We have dental insurance since it was a rush on not verifying our insurance we paid extra. We had a credit $180 and than they said we didn’t and took the money and charged additional.Here comes me. I go in for a cleaning and they did X-rays and everything. I get done sat with the office manager. Ok if you want this and this done you have to do all this. I said ok I just want a rough estimate nothing more and than go from there. This place open a care credit card without my knowledge and put close $3000 on it. Than have the guys back to send me a bill for $1500. Keep in mind they did nothing for my just a teeth cleaning. I still have a 2 cracked teeth in back. Fraud

OMG, I still can’t believe that after 17 years I can finally not be ashamed to go out in public and not keep my hand over my mouth as much as possible. The staff from the front office to the back with the dental staff, where always nice and helpful . The nice looking young man who made my dentures made sure over the course of 3 fittings that I was happy with my dentures. I went to Affordable Dentures over 5 years ago and still have the dentures under my sink. They were rude and unprofessional. Anyone who doesn’t believe me go to Affordable Dentures and then go to Aspen Dental and see for yourself. Thank You Aspen Dental for giving me my smile back!

Their front office staff is very rude. They do not give out information on what to do after a procedure nor do they explain what they will be doing. You have to research everything prior to your appointment so that if you do have questions you will know what to ask. If not, good luck! And even if you do ask questions you will get multiple DIFFERENT responses to your question. When you call their office you get put on hold and then hung up on. DO NOT USE their oral surgeon, if you need surgery GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I have never been to a dental office that was so unorganized and chaotic. Be ready to wait up to an hour before being called back for your appointment and be ready to pay for things that are advertised as FREE throughout the brochures and wall decor. I will be changing my familys dental insurance so that we NEVER have to go back to Aspen Dental. My 5 year old knows more about dental hygiene and care then these people do!! If I could give 0 stars I would and I cannot wait to meet with our Lawyer next week to discuss the multiple infrastructures done to myself and my family.

Dr. Williams and her dental assistant Teresa were incredible. I have had dental phobia since childhood, they made me comfortable, kept me calm, and seemed to genuinly care. They took fantastic care of me from beginning to end.

Was never given any discharge instruction didnt know how to take care of my mouth I was told that my tooth was able to be pulled after I was already cut open and drilled on that all the sudden they said that my tooth couldnt be pulled that it was a rare instance and then I would need an oral surgeon having no insurance I went through Aspen so that I could afford having my tooth pulled now Im being sent somewhere that I cannot afford and I sat and extreme pain for 4 days before their office is opened up after the holiday just to be told that the oral surgeon through them doesnt always go to their store and that I would have to wait very disappointed and upset with this company

Did a poor job of placing my root canal , food get stuck in between my crown and the tooth behind every time I eat making eating painful 😖Update: I paid over $2k out my own pocket for this root canal and went to another dentist and they say it’s infected 🙃 stay far away from this place

Very unprofessional in dealing with Military Insurance, had dental work done on December 22 2016 and received a collection notice 4 years later, called office and informed the last office manager was let go and no longer with company, all of our paperwork is paid in full. Would not recommend this office for any military personnel

I would recommend that anyone who is considering going to Aspen Dental in Cartersville find another dental office. I was very dissatisfied with the level of care I received from this office. I had a filling done here, and during the procedure the dentist and her assistant did not seem confident at all, and it made me feel like I was not receiving a professional or competent level of dental care. I let them know how dissatisfied I was, and that I would not be returning to Aspen. When someone is drilling holes in my teeth, I would prefer that I feel like they are knowledgeable enough to complete the procedure correctly; however, it was later proven to me that this was not the case. Only 6 months later, (at a new dentist) X-rays revealed that the filling they had done was now dislodged, and that the air pocket behind the filling had done additional decay to my tooth. I had to pay to have this filling corrected at the new dentist, (because I was not confident in Aspens ability to do it correctly the second time) and pay for the same filling twice. I was going to let the whole thing go; however, Aspen has now contacted me and wants additional payment for this incorrect filling because my insurance did not pay a small portion. I contacted the local office and they told me tough luck, and did not give me any contact information for someone in corporate. I am very dissatisfied with the way I have been treated, both in and out of the office, during and after the filling. If you want a dentist that knows what they are doing or a company that cares about its customer service, avoid Aspen Dental at all costs!

Last year I went in because of a problem with one specific tooth. Instead of dealing with what I needed done, they focused on a perceived reseeding gum issue and ignored my problem tooth. Gave me an estimate of $6,000 for the gum work. Went elsewhere to get the tooth fixed. Asked about my gums and they said I needed to floss and brush more. Aspen dental is a profit focused corporate dentist that ignores what the customer wants. I hate them, will never return.

It was a really good experience. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist so much so I had not gone to one in over ten years. The hygienist and dentist were both super gentle. The office manager gave us a comprehensive cost of the repairs I would need on my teeth, she laid out prices and how many treatments I would need and calmed us about the price and paying as we go instead of all at once. I am defiantly a fan of Aspen Dental.

Very deceiving. When I called and made my appointment it was for the FREE X-ray and exam. But when I got there I was charged. When I asked about it I was informed that the FREE exam was only if you didnt have insurance. Thats NOT what they sell you on the phone. So now, Im stuck with them or I will have to pay to get another exam from another Dentist. Its sneaky business. Their prices are ridiculously expensive!!!!! Almost $10,000 for lower dentures.

The dentist there didn’t care about how much pain I was in all she cared about is what I didn’t want done! When you’re in a lot of pain u want your teeth extracted PERIOD!!! The payment I was told on the phone wasn’t was told to me over the phone I waisted my time going there and missing work

Did great X-rays and hygienist consult, but found over all visit as a gimmic for money. Went in with a dental emergency and was treated for cosmetic work. Needless to say, I received no help and left in a lot more pain.

I broke my tooth and had to have it removed. I went in on Wednesday for my initial visit and was able to schedule my extraction for Friday morning. The doctor came in and numbed my mouth from my nose to my ear and through my chin and I couldnt even feel it when he actually removed the tooth. It was pretty much painless and Im now on day 3 of recovery and am very happy with my progress. Ive had horrible past experiences with dentist but this office made me feel comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be a returning patient to this facility.

I went in for the free exam or so I thought, I said my tooth was hurting and without so much as even asking me changed the comprehensive exam to whichever exam and put the cost on my credit that is now in collections. I just am noticing a year later, their response was we can see if we can handle it, if not well call and let you know. It has been 2 days and still have not heard. I am looking to resolve this matter but they scam you at the location in Cartersville.

Made appointment to get tooth pulled ,dont have insurance. After waiting 2 weeks get to appointment and everyone was friendly to be told to make another appointment and instead of 88$ rep on phone said for normal extraction it was 190$ instead. Just going to health dept and pay 150 no frills but better then being in pain and waiting for no reason.

I got a bacterial infection after the dental exam. I couldn’t chew my food and my jaw was swollen for three days. They have a couple of unsanitary practices that might have led to the infection. The X-ray technician put a cotton in my mouth then removed it and place it on the table and put back the same cotton into my mouth. There’s also no glass of water with mouthwash to wash my mouth after the dental exam procedures. I came here for cleaning and filling, but didn’t get anything done cuz I was told I’ll have do root canal, crown and deep cleaning for $5,000. The exam is free but not worth it with getting a nasty bacterial infection. The staff are very friendly and professional but have to improve on their sanitary practices.

I feel so much better knowing I’m in the capable hands of Aspen Dentals Cartersville location. The staff are so understanding and concerned with my dental health.I’m not so happy with the telephone operator Matt told me she had no way to help me reschedule my appointment and I only had access to the same phone number I have.

Very kind and professional; my overall experience was pleasant, minus the pain points which is to be somewhat expected, but, thats on me for neglecting my oral hygiene for a decade. Thumbs up to the staff for being patient and for working me in for multiple appointments in one day!

No stars! Went in for tooth pain, well they pulled the tooth and set me up a finance plan, which included three scheduled cleanings. $3100 dollars. It came time for scheduled cleanings, I was told to bring $297 for the cleaning. This was double checked and confirmed. What the heck did I finance? Do not use aspen dental, Theyre very skilled conartist.

This was my first time at Aspen Dental. I showed up early for my appointment and they were able to take me in right away. Everyone was so polite and answered every question I had. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

They were very nice, helpful and professional. I knew what I was going to pay before treatment began. The visits are quick, but informative. Very gentle hands- all of them!
