I originally called as my APU was not charging my batteries. After waiting almost 6 hours, the tech showed up and diagnosed a faulty bus fuse and holder as the problem. Since it was now late at night, I was told there was no where to get the part at that time. I would be charged for a road call and two hours labor(minimum). I agreed with the understanding that the tech would return the next day with the needed parts and finish the repair.The next day, I waited until after noon to call and find out where the tech was and when I could expect him. The office never answered, and never returned my text messages. After 2pm the tech himself called me and explained that his morning repairs were getting the best of him and he didn’t think he would be able to come to make my repairs. Lesson learned, I will never ever pay again until the work is completed, period. I only gave one star as the tech seemed professional and at least he was trying to be honest, even if his employer wasn’t. I would not recommend this company, and tell anyone to avoid them at all costs.

Worked for them for a couple weeks and the owners got divorced or broke up or something. Never got paid and they will not return phone calls

This company has turned into a scam! Beware look at other peoples reviews!!! They are trying to get people to pay upfront and then they never show up! Number comes back to someone named itchy crotchy.

Opening claim on them. Came out for road side, said its not job they can do. Charged us for diagnostic which is fine and 2 hours of labor, which is crazy when they told us its job they cant do. Called to find out why got hang up on, but charged over $300. Unreal. AVOID!!!!

Excellent communication during repair. English speaking dispatcher that sounded well versed in my specified needs.Would of preferred a paper receipt rather than email but not a big deal. Nice equipment, mechanic didnt look like a 50 yo Grease monkey carried himself well appearance wise.

After having another service cancel I called to schedule service and it was a very easy secure process. They kept me updated after leaving for parts. The lady on the phone and manager were very pleasant and welcoming. They really set me at ease with the whole process. I always try to keep a company available at our busiest drop locations and sometimes a busy schedule prevents the same providers service but finding a backup as good as your prior is just great for business.

About one month ago, I have this repair service replaced my starter. Their technician DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON REPLACING THE STARTER.THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN $400.00 FOR LABOR. BUT THE WORST PART WAS THAT THEIR REPAIR WORKS CAUSED MORE PROBLEMS AND MUCH MORE MONEY. AFTER THEY REPAIRED MY TRUCK FOR ONLY ONY WEEK LATER, THE SAME STARTER THEY REPLACED GOT BLOWN OUT AGAIN. So I took my truck in for more repair works on this starter at different repair shop. And this repair shop told me that the technician that replaced the original starter DID NOT RECONNECT TWO CABLES, ground cable and one other cable.Since these two cables were NOT RECONNECTED BACK TO THE STARTER, MY STARTER GOT BLOWN OUT AGAIN BECAUSE THE GROUND CABLE WASNT RECONNECTED BACK by them.So, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS 24/7 TRUCK REPAIR TO ANYBODY.THEIR REPAIR WORKS ON MY STARTER ENDED UP COST ME MUCH MUCH MORE MONEY AND TIME DOWN THE ROAD.

Doesnt seem like many options in the area but I feel like they are absolutely the best. Trying to locate parts was turning into a wild goose hunt for a very common part albeit after hours, seems like every company should have a few on each service truck. Called and to my surprise got a live person instead of a voicemail. Also to my surprise the part I needed. I guess it really comes down to having employees that want to work! I do know this much the two truck stops I called in Cartersville were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!

Good Sams insurance provided this wonderful company to help repair motorhome.

I got in contact with them after I couldnt find a local company to change a 10.00x 20 split rim tire. they said no problem came out swapped the tire tube and had me back up and going I was on the out skirts or Cartersville ga and there location said Atlanta Georgia so it took every minute of the 45 minute e.t.a for them to get there but it was better than any I was quoted. would most deff use again!

Apparently the only place around Cartersville Ga that will change a 17.5 inch tire. Loves will not do anything other than a standard truck tire for future reference

They told us a price, when they finish was too high, and take like 13 hrs to change 8 tires, and the service guy have the GF on his truck and every 20 min go with his GF and take other 20 min with her, and the total amount was 1,000 dlls for the service, please never call this guys the service is bad and take all day to do the job and the air compressor on the road service truck, run out of gas 3 times, jajajajaja this is amazing this company is bad as hell i never recommend this company if you are around here call other road service.

Dont know if they were busy or what but I took a friend there because all he needed was a valve stem repair on his truck tire the helper or whatever he was told us no he couldnt do it because he didnt have the equipment not knowing of work going to tire shop before and I was standing there clearly looking at the equipment were just going so I guess if youre not happy in your work you should find another job?

Was told on there way never showed up!
