I think Cyber Tech Cafe is great. Very convenient for people in the Cartersville area. Sure beats a drive out of town to get good service. The weekly emails are very informative and let you know what to be on the look out for when it comes to attacks on computer systems.I dont know whom sends out the emails but keep up the great work.

They told me they would have my computer ready this morning. I was leaving town and I needed to take it with me for business. They never even worked on it because they had an emergency ticket. Now I have a computer that is not working and I have to delay leaving town. We have used them a number of times in the past and they were great. This time was a horrible customer service experience. Guess their other customer was more important.
