Total Animal Control gets the job done! The service is expensive, but it’s also extensive. They were at my home weekly for approximately two months sealing every corner, hole and entryway that an animal could access; they even made custom products to fit the home when needed. All the workers, especially Gus Rodriguez, were professional, courteous and kept me informed of the work being performed. Highly Recommend.

Called based on rec from NextDoor - got a reasonable quote from a helpful guy who initially came out. We set an appointment for 2-4pm window and by 5pm nobody had showed, and nobody called, which was really disappointing and unprofessional. I reached out to the office and was told they had a vehicle issue. I have worked in service contracting for 5 years and the first thing to do is call the customer - either the field guys or the office. I was offered an extended warranty on the work (bat exclusion/cleanup) to make up for it, but I would have rather had like $20 off or something because we are selling the house soon and so the warranty doesnt really help me. Maybe Ill remember to let the new homeowners know. The guys who came to do the work were nice and the work seemed good quality, but its hard to overcome the disappointment of waiting around for hours for people to not show and not be given the courtesy to be called.

I can’t say enough good things about TAC! Even when I was freaking out, Jared was polite, explaining their process in great detail, and I was confident they would take care of things that needed to be done in order to get rid of the critters in the attic. Brandon and his crew are the best! Knowledgeable, thorough and communicated with me directly every step of the way.

I called total animal control Friday morning for a squirrels in my attic. Brandon showed up that after noon and set traps. They came back Sunday and removed traps and sealed my entire house with in unless then 48 hours the problem was solved I couldnt recommend these guys enough they deserve 10 stars! 100% professional and very knowledgeable they walked me through the process and everything was exactly as they said. If you have any wild life problems these are your guys!!

TAC conveyed extreme professionalism through the entire process. I contacted the company concerning a squirrel that had found its way into one of my interior walls. Within 24 hrs their technician Brandon had contacted me and extracted the animal. He was minimally invasive with his cuts and very polite.

I had been battling squirrels in my attic for years and just when I thought they were gone back they came. My pest control service gave me a quote that was so far out of my price range.. but they would do financing. I’m not a financing kind of person. Brandon and team came out, gave me a quote and I was able to do everything needed well under what I was quoted by my pest company. TAC just kept telling me I had to be more persistent than the squirrels. It took a couple of weeks to get them all removed but persistence prevailed and I’m squirrel free. Very professional and reasonably priced. I’ve recommended them on our neighborhood posting as well. Thanks guys.

Brandon was great to work with! He took time to walk me through our attic and show me where critter entry gaps were. Then he and his crew removed limbs close to our house, sealed our attic and roof lines, and made our house critter proof. After initially engaging Total Animal Control to do this work, we found a copperhead snake in our garage and they sent a technician within 10 minutes to corral it. They are honest, professional, provide real value, and we recommend TAC highly!

I had a mother raccoon and her kit underneath my house and called Total Animal Control. They answered quickly and were able to have them removed within 24 hours. Several other animal removal people wanted to charge me an arm and a leg but TAC was the best and at a great price. Now Im kit-free!

During spring cleaning came across a snake, yikes!! Called Brandon of TAC and within an hour he was at our door. We were snake free within minutes. Great job and great price, military friendly too!

T.A.C came out to assess my home the very day I called, which was quite impressive considering this is a busy season for animal/pest control companies. I called Total Animal Control to check for squirrels in our attic - we kept hearing a lot of noises and assumed that is what it was. They came out and set traps and came back to check on them when they said they would. We also had a problem with raccoons in our backyard and they set traps for those as well. They were quick to respond when we called and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to get rid of our unwanted guests. Very professional guys, prompt and courteous! Will definitely use them again in the future if we have the need.

The initial response was quick and efficient, and everything went way downhill after that. I spent weeks trying to get them to come back out to check the traps and set any new ones that were needed, as they had agreed. Each time, I would call for several days. No one would return my emails or voice mails. I would finally get someone on the phone, and we would set up a time. That day would come and go, with no one at my house and no phone call to explain why. After two months of this runaround, I told them how upset I was about my treatment and asked if someone could at least pick up all of the traps they had left. I was told to just do it myself. I insisted, since I had paid them to do this job, and he promised someone would be out two days later. No one came.

I contacted TAC recently about a disturbance in my attic. I spoke with one of their technicians over the phone and he was able to determine it was most likely squirrels. They had a technician out the very next day and was able to fix my squirrel problem. He was very polite and professional throughout the process. It was refreshing to have someone not only fix my problem, but also informed me of everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I highly recommend TAC to anyone who has a wildlife issue. Great service and very affordable.

I called in to get help and I know its a rat or nice in my attic, he just hung up on me when I was trying explain why I know what it is ,it was very rude and unprofessional. Who does that!

I found them on Home Advisor, they called quickly and were out at my house the very next day to assess the situation. They quickly determined I had rats, put out traps and said because I was so close to the office they would come by a few times a week to check traps. They also reviewed the house and had a few suggestions on abatement. I liked their plan, they had a solid warranty so I hired them to rat proof the house.After the abatement work had been done I was still getting rats inside the house. Another tech reviewed my home and found the rodent super highway under my deck leading straight into the external house walls - something pretty obvious, but overlooked. It happens, its cool. I have the warranty right? No. Because they didnt do any work to correct that specific issue to begin with it wasnt covered by the warranty. OK, fair. So I paid them more to correct that issue. While that sub-par work was being done, the tech was trying to sell me on insulation replacement for my attic space. How about we fix the first issue before selling another plan?Everything sucked from there. Getting anyone out to check traps was a joke - theyd call and schedule, then never show or call.Several weeks later I STILL had rats getting in the house so I went to Lowes bought a bag of RatX, some gap filler and some metal mesh fencing. I got into my crawl space and sealed every possible spot under my house with the fencing and gap filler and threw that RatX around like it was confetti. I havent had rats in the house or yard since. There are still 8 snap traps and 1 live catch trap in my house because no one ever showed up to remove them like they had said they would and now they dont return calls.I used them because they had great reviews and I have pets so I didnt want to bait but after several weeks of games with these guys Id had enough. Just put out the bait yall, save your money.Never caught a single rodent with their traps, either.
