Had to come here because the one by shoprite was closed. This place is absolutely disgusting. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The machines were dusty and the washer I used had mold in the section to pour the detergent. Go here at your own risk.

I had the most disgusting moment in this laundromat, the caucasian lady, she needs to be sent to customer service school, that lady is very rude, you are at that place expending your money, its not to be treated like if you are begging for service, I personally are going to probably start looking another place to do business that treats you the way customers have to be treated, I stared trying this one thinking it might be good, I drove here, having a laundromat right across the street from my house, and I left for the same reason. Please management do something with that lady. Thanks.

Ehh. I deal with it because the other laundromat closed. The washer machines need to be cleaned. Lots of mold. Very little space. Just doesnt give me clean vibes. The Caucasian employee isnt very nice. In fact, shes a bit rude. Not a fan of this place. If I had the time, I drive elsewhere

Clean Laundromat, Staff can be rude. Pizzeria, Micky-Ds and small convince store in the area. Even tho we’re in a COVID pandemic they still have late HRs... which is great!

Judy is awesome she accommodates to your schedule. Very professional and clothes comes out great and folded neatly. Very fair priced and clean location

The laundry clerk was very helpful. This was my first time there.

The two Ladies who have attended us were so friendly and greeted us nicely.. Very spacious place to fold and the times that Ive gone never packed. Twice Ive left my clothes to be washed and they accomedate my schedule, thank you so much !!! And a plus, you can smell the clean downy they use in my clothes!! The only reason Im not giving the 5-Stars is because the last time I was there where you put the detergent and softner it was almost moldy and black,,, which was disgusting.

So much cleaner than the other laundromat in town! Judy is amazing! Shes the only lady in Carteret that I trust to wash mine and my familys clothes. She goes above and beyond every single week when we drop our clothes and we have a ton of laundry. Shes our little laundry fairy!

When this place first opened it was awesome but with time,it fell from glory. The machines are full of mildew in the soap dispensers and the water levels are at the bare minimal smh.

Great place. washing machines work good and they ring the clothes out real good so they dry faster.

Clean, and always hot water not matter when you go. Go in the morning and the Spanish lady that works there is the nicest.

I have Been going to this place for the past year or so never really had an issue till lately my clothes have been smelling like straight dryer noting else it now today me and a friend went to do laundry together early in the morning The dryers had a weird scent like they were not cleaned Tell me why i used a whole bottle of good detergent And my clothes came out smelling awful from the dryer’s To the point that I went to another laundromat outside of town just so my clothes can smell clean

Kind of expensive but very clean and decent sized machines

Its OK cant complain too much only one time i went I took my clothes out of the machine and they were drenched with water other than that the good out weighs the bad in my opinion.
