I cannot recommend this towing company enough, you are going to be especially lucky is Dennis S is your driver. I was driving with my mom down the New Jersey turnpike and our rental car (thrifty) broke down. We were unable to contact Thrifty customer service but Dennis was able communicate with us directly. He arrived and got us out of the car safety, then drove us to a great location where we could attempt to connect with Thrifty’s assistance. Mark from B&L Towing saved us when our car hit a pothole on the NJ Turnpike, leaving us stuck on the side of the road. He arrived timely and his expertise in his field kept us calm as he safely got us and our car off the busy road. He even had us laughing during a stressful and undesirable situation. Being from out of state and three hours from home, and that it was nearly 7pm on a Saturday night, Mark was able to suggest and take us to an area that had not only a tire shop that could help us first thing Sunday morning, but also a hotel to stay at for the night within walking distance to the tire shop. I broke down on the Parkway today so needless to say it wasn’t a good day for me! However the one silver lining of that otherwise bad experience was running into Dennis S of B and L towing! Dennis S was not only extremely professional but he was also a great gentleman and a scholar of all things automotive. Had a car accident on NJ Turnpike, was really bad that the car can no longer be driven. The cop call the tow company and Mark came quickly. He checked on us, gave us options of where the car can be towed to and let me know what to do. I want to take the car to a body shop in Queens NY and he had no problem at all and delivered in less than 2 hours. Service was professional and high quality.

Keep away, this towing company is a rip off. I was charged $540 to tow just my tractor with no trailer, from my yard to repair shop and it was only 8 miles. Got the same tow to the same place 2 days earlier and all they charged me was $350 from another tow company. They treat you like youre pulling a trailer and fully loaded stuck in the middle of the NJTP going 50 miles to your destination. Never again I use or recommend this company

You cant love the experience cause, well, youre being towed.Still Bill knew his stuff and got my 20 year old beast of a truck to the yard. They started working in it first thing in the morning. The mechanic inspired confidence. The tow charge was reasonable. Well see about the repair cost.Still waiting to get back on the road, so watch for an update.

Just tried to pick up my vehicle that was towed due to a breakdown on turnpike. The total cost seemed high so I asked to see the bill before I paid it. The guy, Jimmy, refused to let me see what I was paying for. Even though the printed bill was right in front of him, he repeatedly told me I could not see it until it was paid. This was right before the place closed on Saturday. The yard is not open again for me to get the vehicle until Monday. Once I told him I wouldnt pay until I saw why I was paying for, he pushed me out the door, knowing I would now have to pay for an additional 2 days of storage.This is in addition to lots of other conflicting information I was told from worker to worker. I know that was all hearsay and I would therefore have to deal with what I was being told t that point in time, but not letting me see my bill was beyond shady.I was advised to report the incident to the NJTC, and the NJ Dept. of Consumer Affairs. But theres nothing else to do. I will still have to pay. If possible stay far away from these guys
