I had my duct cleaning done by Legend. Sayed came twice to do Air duct, dryer vent and chimney cleaning. Both times he showed up on time and was very friendly. He wore a face mask the whole time and a shoe cover in every time he stepped inside my house. My air ducts were very dirty and have never been cleaned. I was amazed to see and feel the difference. He did an extremely thorough job, working non-stop for 7 hours, and cleaned every single vent and return in my 2-zone house. He explained everything to me before and after, answered all my questions, cleaned up and sprayed sanitizer that left my house smelling fresh. He used shoe covers every time he entered the home which made my parents comfortable. Syed was amazing. He came over and did everything in 2 hours. Showed pictures how it is now and then compared it with after service. Best part was when he came to do my neighbor he found he did not need the service and said same to him and saved him all money. Syed was absolutely amazing. He helped us get a dead rodent out of our vents and spent 9 hours trying to help us find another in our bathroom. He fixed our ceiling perfectly and then cleaned and deodorized everything. Timely, thorough and an absolute pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about him and Legends’s operation.

Great service! Sayed was our technician who came to do a full cleaning. I really enjoyed that he showed us before and after pictures so I was aware of exactly what was happening. He also pointed out a few issues I needed to get taken care of which I was unaware of, I appreciate him being so thorough! He wore a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings so I wasn’t worried about that aspect at all. Very professional and would definitely recommend.

This was the second time I had Legend to my home. The first time was for a dryer vent cleaning. The technician, Sayed, came to my home at the appointed time and was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about air systems. He did such a good job that I decided to have all air ducts and furnace cleaned and serviced by him the following week. He once again was punctual, courteous and well versed in HVAC systems. I would highly recommend!

They were great! I was very pleased! Ill use again, as well as recommend! They also replaced my duct covers with new that I had supplied as well as replacing a needed new drier hose, they supplied.

Every 2 years my chimney/ dryer vents need to be cleaned and inspected and submitted to my HOA. This is the first time that the servicemen have taken the time to explain and show everything that they were doing. He was thorough, polite, informative, and made sure to clean up any residual mess left behind from the fireplace and/or vents.Wish I would have found company sooner as my past experiences have not been great. Service was bar none... def will be calling again!

About 3 weeks ago, I called Sears Duct Cleaning services and left a message to have my duct cleaned, as I was unable to speak with someone live; however, I did not get a response. A week later, I called them back and managed to speak with someone to set-up an appointment for Thursday, 8/6/20 between the hours of 1pm to 4pm. Obviously, I scheduled the appointment in the afternoon because I work late and usually arrive home about 2am. Nonetheless, on the morning of the scheduled appointment, (Thursday at about 9am), I started receiving several phone calls from Sears telling me that they have a Serviceman by my house door because several other customers cancelled their morning appointments. Although I agreed to allow the Serviceman in my house, he was so obnoxious, thuggish, tried to give me an estimate which was twice the amount quoted to me by his company, and also made me feel like he was doing me a favor by coming to house to service my duct. As such, I respectfully requested him to leave the house and called Sears Customer Service to file a complaint. In fact, it took me over an hour to find someone to speak with, since the company seems to be totally disorganized. With that said and out of desperation, I started calling some of the duct cleaning companies I found online. Needless to say, these companies do not usually answer their phones, but I was lucky to have Sarah with the Legend Air Duct Cleaning company answer my call. Although she was heavily booked that day, she offered to send Sayed to my house very late after hearing my story about Sears; especially, because I took a day off to have the job done. Sarah was terrific and kept updating me about Sayeds arrival time. Upon Sayeds arrival, he immediately won my trust with his warm, kind, honesty, knowledge, patience, and professionalism. Although I felt bad that it was late and asked him to do the best he can and go home to his family, he declined my offer and took the time to perform the task in a very efficient way. Undoubtedly, I was prepared to pay a higher price because of the late hour, but Sayed charged me the same price that was quoted to me by Sarah. As a leader and instructor in the hospitality industry, it takes a lot to impress me with service, but Sarah and Sayed certainly exceeded all my expectations with the integrity and ethics.

Saeed was very patient punctual very thorough about his observations and took his time to do his work to the fullest of his ability. I had a service window from 2 to 3pm today and he showed up 10 minutes to 2.
