Horrible service, keep increasing the bill without any reason, they keep calling to force additional services, we tried cancelling because we found a company that charges half of Shred-its prices and I was told our contract is for FIVE years, this was not explained to us at the time of signing the contract. NOW we are stock with BAD service and and increasing bill for no reason. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!! There are better and more affordable companies out there.

First impression are very favorable from the first e-mail, to setting up account to receiving our consoles. Service tech who bought the consoles went above and beyond. Very friendly and professional. Shred-Its customer service is rather poor and disorganized. The sales person in the area is also equally diminished in his attentiveness and customer service role. His name is Bob Graham. The reason we ceased service with Shred it is because a new service became available in the area, and they unsurprisingly filled in all the gaps that Shred It failed in. The new service we are using is URM.

They email bill and schedule, collect after coming out and are on time. Couldnt ask for better service.

We have a pick up once a month. The driver that does the pick up is amazing. Any business would be happy to have employees like Gabriel
