I use Molly maid in Orange County for my home and rental property. I use Molly Maid in South Bay Palos Verdes and Long Beach for rental properties number one because they are so darn dependable, on time and always get everything dusted, cleaned and sparkling. My property managers give me great reports when they’re finished and they don’t miss a spot. I’ve paid less and end up with a mess. When you consider how effective the cleaning is and how prompt and fast they work and how detailed they are I’m saving money. They were late and The cleaning wasnt thorough. The ladies didnt confer with me before or after the job was done. I had ask them to clean missed spots.

Route #2- They have just cleaned my home today. They are very thorough, my house smells and looks amazing. Every team I have has been amazing and I know I can count on them to do a great job each time.

This was first time using this service and extremely pleased. Kenny and Veronica came and got work right away. There were both very friendly and kind. They did a very efficient job and did it in a timely manner. Great to feel I got what I paid for.

Maricruz and Aracely (Route 2) just cleaned my rental and it looks amazing! Of all the cleaning services I called, Molly Maid was the most friendly over the phone and reaaonably priced. They showed up on time, discussed the scope of work (which was consustent with my initial telephone conversation), and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. I like that they discussed the types of cleaning products available and use eco-friendly products. When they needed additional time to complete the deep cleaning, they called me first to discuss the cost. I appreciated their transparency---no surprises or hidden fees. Its such a relief to have my place looking so clean. Thank you Maricruz and Aracely! Will definitely use Molly Maid again.

Route 1 Team is awesome. The team arrives on time. and are always very cherry and polite. They work fast and effeciently. They are very responsive whenever I ask them to address a certain area or ask a question...and they leave my home spotless!!!

I look forward to my visits from Esther and Ophelia. They are always pleasant. Upon arrival, they get right to work and dont waste any time. My home is clean, dusted and vacuumed in a most efficient manner. Thank you ladies!

This is by far the best house cleaning service we have ever used. I found out long time ago that if you use a service that has independent contractors rather than employees, youre taking a big risk. These companies dont carry workmans comp so if they get hurt in your home, they sue you. Molly Maid has all the proper insurances so if you want peace of mind, this is a great choice. The cleaning will be awesome, too.

Today was my 1st time trying a housekeeper and it was amazing! The ladies I had did an outstanding job...very sweet too. I will definitely continue with this company. Freaking awesome!

Route 2 team (Maricruz) has been our cleaning team for a number of years, we took a break when we moved and remodeled a new home, but we have recently started with them again. They are always on time, do a good job and are very nice. We have never had any issues with Molly Maid and are happy with the service.

Maricruz and Aracely just finished cleaning our home and they did an excellent job! It looks so nice with all the scrubbed floors, clean refrigerator and vacuumed carpets that I’m almost reluctant to cook our Thanksgiving dinner and mess it up! :D. I will certainly be asking for this team again if they’re available. They’re the best!

These girls are fantastic. I have been using then for about two months now and can trust them to do the job even when I am not here. The team that I recommend is Team: RT17 Hortencia, Erva and Korynthia are the best at what they do. I love this treat even though I keep a clean house to begin with they make is sparkle and shine. My hats off to the ladies...so proud of the work that they do!! (Maria who came out to give me an estimate of the service was just fantastic as well.) You cant go wrong with the price and the feeling once they have finished. They are punctual, courteous, respectful and hard working. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Just awesome!!!

This place is one of the horrible place to work checks never have funds if you deposit it to your account it will be on hold of a week and will be charged a overdraft fee, short supervisor is not professional at all she is the worst employee they can have she likes to go from team to team and just gossip about everything smh I would never go back to this place again

Ive used them twice now, for my sister in laws home and my best friends place. Good, consistent service that was reliable. Staff was friendly, too.

Very pleased with their service and integrity of the personnel who clean. Both Maricruz and Aracely are conscientious, friendly and do a great job!

The maids said they no longer wanted to clean my house because it was too dirty and they felt uncomfortable but they cleaned it anyway. The second time a new crew didnt want to come back and clean because the maids talk to each other and no one wanted to come clean again. (But the house was already clean from the first visit so Im confused.)Secondly, they do a minimum of 1.5 hours and the first time they came to clean they charged me for an extra hour. Come to find out they were taking pictures and videos of my house. Had they done more cleaning than taking pictures they might had got done on time. The cherry on top of the story is one of the ladies asked to use my phone charger. Maybe to charge her phone back up to take more pictures and videos. No one had been living at my house for 9 months so yes it was dusty and dirty but isnt that what a cleaning company is for? I guess they only want to clean houses that are already clean. I know others have had positive experiences but mine was really stressful. I definitely DID NOT like them violating my privacy by taking videos and pictures of my house!!! If your house is dirty dont go with them. They want to charge 1.5 hours for a clean house only.

Molly Maid never fails to come through for me when I need my house cleaned. Life can get quite busy and overwhelming sometimes and my apartment can suffer. All I have to do is give them a call and they come through *Same Day* with a quality team of girls. Love them and would definitely recommend them.

Hortencia and Ena have been providing me excellent service for three years now. They are attentive, detail oriented, polite and hard working. My favorite day of the week is the day they come to clean my house! Sometimes Korynbtiha comes too, and she is equally hard working :D
