Very easy to check in and get out though in row seven very hard to park trailers at night very dark there needs some light over there

Good place to work. But a lot of people waste the time. It litraly takes less then 30min, to load and off load a truck with 30 pallets.

Fast services 1 hours to pick up

My truck was loaded unloaded literaly 7 times because all the time he was overweight. i spent 2 days at this shipper and apprerantly they doesnt know how to load a trailer. Dont waste time going to this place and i hope that the shipping department will be changed because people are hired to a load trailer and they can not do their job... This is crazy and unproffesional from the managment side.

Easy enter & fast service

Appointment is at 9am reached 8am out in an hour but no restrooms . Street has over night parking available.

I arrived at 11:30p for a 11:59 scheduled pick up. I was told that I could take the trailer, but the paperwork was not printed and would not be until 0300 or 0400. I asked if I could hook up to the trailer and wait at the dock for the paperwork. That was approved by the entrance guard. At 0300, I was told 0500. At 0500, I was told that the guy was booting the system and will bring the paperwork to the truck. At 0600, the yard jockey offers to pull the trailer out and take it to the gate because he needed that door and they were still trying to locate the paperwork. Finally, at 0628, a lady comes to the truck and says sign here and here. While the guard at the exit gate was extremely nice and empathetic, the lack of organization and effective communication made this a poor experience.

Rude people...no communication...

A little crazy but easy drop and hook...

The Drop lot leaves some challenges, the agent maybe hard to hear/understand, but security guard was excellent

Horrible place. Over 9 hours to get loaded. They dont believe in first come first served. A dozen trucks to load going to same place, same product. Had us all staged in line. We were first in and last out. They start with the back of the line so guard doesnt have to walk to the front of the line. Had a 2:00 appointment. Apparently appointments dont matter.

Quick,but its a small place. Trucks block you in and out. But its a nice place to load or unload.bring patience.

Good warehouse have plenty of spaces to park in back. Easy in n out
