I came here for a car wash. I paid $23 for my front seats to be vacuumed and a car wash. They did not vacuum the back half of my car, there was trash left inside, and in between my seats. My inside panels on the doors were dirty, no car freshener or anything. They left the old air freshener cans. Whoever was inside left my beige car mat black, and my passenger mat was just thrown inside. I had to clean my car after paying $23 at a car wash for it to be done. Never again.
I have been going here for 5yrs. But never again. A guy was vacuuming cars & decided that was all he was doing. When he finished vacuuming a car hed drive into the line to wait for the wash. The problem is that some cars were being hand washed. This means the person hand washing cars had to back up the the vaccummed cars or wait for someone to move them back.It took about 3hrs to get my car completely detailed. There were a lot of cars and i have a SUV that was being hand washed. But this was much longer than necessary.They somehow broke the chargers in my center console. My phone was literally charging when I pulled into the car wash, but not when i plugged it up to leave; after 3hrs waiting & with only my phone for entertainment, the battery was low. Luckily my rear chargers worked & my cable can reach to the front.To top it off, someone got water in my center console screen. There is literally a water bubble hanging out annoying me every time I look at the screen.Needless to say Im never returning to that car wash. I dont know how much it will cost me to fix this mess. But I do know I will never return to this car wash & i highly recommend you get your car washed somewhere else.
Great car wash! I went in for a detail today and was greatly surprised to see my car looking as new as the day I got it. Interior detailing job was outstanding with much attention to the little things. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good detail. The manager Douglas made my experience amazing and made me a long term customer! Great job!

Took my car here for the first time. I purchased the $60 detailed service and I was happy with it. My car looked really good from the outside it had a few water spots in some places and the headlights werent cleaned that well. The inside was cleaned really good and vacuum but did not vacuumed the trunk really good and there was some dust on the door panels. Overall it was a good car wash for trying it the first time. Also not that it bothers me that much but they forgot to apply the car freshener.
Took my 2021 Tahoe to be detailed after driving from Texas. They did an excellent job. I should have no trouble at the VPC when I ship vehicle tomorrow to Hawaii.
Got here at 10pm. Car was vacuumed by 10:15. I then watched cars who were behind me and waiting for vacuuming while my car was ready. I was told that I would be the last in the front after they vacuumed those cars and put them through the wash. I waited over 40 minutes before my car was put in the wash. This is the poorest service I have ever seen in the years I have been coming here
The team are always professional. Their nice, always do a great job on my car. If I asked them to go over and clean a spot or add more car fresher, there is never any problem. This is my go to car wash 5 to 6 years now. Very happy with Dominguez A car wash.

Charged me $50, didn’t even clean my truck right. Terrible experience. Definitely not worth $50, couldn’t even vacuum the inside or dry my truck correctly. Left with dust on my truck. Had to re clean it myself.
They did a good job detailing my car but they didnt dry the flooring on the drivers side which resulted in electrical damage to my car. Also, my parking placard for work was lost/thrown away.
I pass by this place often and decided to give it a chance and I am extremely glad that I did. My car was left sparkling clean, the detail was well worth it. Outstanding job on the interior and the exterior. You definitely get your money’s worth on the details, will definitely return! I really could not believe how my car looks after I brought it here! I had one of the best experiences today and my car definitely looks amazing now. The workers were so helpful and understanding when I let them know what I wanted. The manager Douglas even made sure my car was looking good, I will regularly come here after this amazing service!

I can honestly say this is one of the best car wash services I have received! I got a detail for the exterior and interior of my challenger and it looked like a completely different car when I got it back. They do some amazing work here no wonder it’s always busy when I pass by. Highly recommend this car wash especially their detailing jobs
It wasnt busy when I went. They did a very poor job washing the outside and definitely cleaning the inside. I will not go back.
They did a good job with exterior wash, but the interior armor all application was rather sloppy and not worth it.
They stold my Bluetooth and my car charger.Cause I checked my truck and Was missing my Bluetooth and car charger. I always go there to get my truck wash but this time somebody took it or forgot to put it back like they forgot to put my mat back in my truck.

The experience Is like buying a used car they have a shyster salesman that increases the price on every car washes are not even posted when they buff and wax a vehicles they dont put the black or darker vehicles underneath the tent and leave them in the sun which is a No-No with black cars it leaves a lot of wax residue in the crevices and because theyre rushing trying to push detail cars through like the car Wash side the cars come out looking horrible I dont mind spending the money just give me the service.
Paid $250 for a car detail that was overpriced and underwhelming. They were in a rush so there were spots that were missed. I have had better detail for around the same price.
It was vastly improved from Carson car I would never recommend at this point Carson I had a detail joband I could have paid it kid on my street half the amount of $350 plus tip to do the job and get the same quality of work so if I had to have a car washdone I will continue to go to Dominguez until they disappointand I expect all people that want quality and a perceived value and what theyre getting to do the same avoid Carson car Wash like the plague

Dont know if its cus of the hot weather but the guys were a bit slow today. Considering it wasnt that many cars there this morning, I dont see why it took the better part of an hour to get my van back. Sparkling clean, but the wait was a little long and thats not typical of them even when its really busy.

Too notch hand wash that is totally worth the 40 dollars.Ive only ever used self-serve coin washs or drive throughs, so I was reluctant to spend what is the most I ever have for a single car wash. However I was on a tight schedule and the attendant assured me my car would be done by the time I needed. Not only was my car finished earlier than promised, it was spotless inside and out. Ive gone back twice now and while the price is more than Id *like* to spend for a car wash, you really do get what you pay for. Also, theyre willing to negotiate for some of their detail services just FYI.

GREAT hand-wash car wash!! Helpful workers that greet you when you drive up and friendly cashiers to help you with all the little extra stuff you may need in their small convenient store.The outside waiting area can from time to time be a bit cool while waiting for your car, but the employees drying the cars are hardworking and mindful of all details on the inside and outside of your car!They also offer an early bird special.

Been going here for years... But the workmanship is not what it used to be. They miss obvious water spots and I see too many other customers as well pointing things out for correction. Might be looking for a more... Attentive carwash very soon.
I think this car wash does a great job, they leave my 2006 FX35 looking new. 20 bucks for the biggest package makes it affordable plus the staff work their asses off on those cars! I would give 5 stars, but their detailing skills are not on that level, still a superb car wash for a great price.

You know what, after coming to this car wash for 3 years. Ive had my fair share of being robbed. Though the items are essential to my everyday life. Just recently one of the workers took my wireless remote, I wasnt able to get in my house and I had to wait for someone to open the gate. As well with my Raybans that Ive purchased recently. The receipt was inside the case! Thats inconvenient, yet I went back and asked for it the guys were laughing like if I was making something up.Another reason why I bought a dashcam (thats a different topic). Aside from slow service and average cleaning. Its not worth coming to a place where you have your items robbed yet you pay them for the service.Whenever you guys go to this place, make sure you check your items. Im not the last not the first who experience this. This will be my last time coming to this spot, peace!
Beware. Stay with your car and watch as it gets cleaned. I got my car back today and it had a scratch along the front fender portion.I questioned the employees and manager about this as to whether there was an incident here and they denied anything occurring. I did not see it when I brought it here earlier nor did I notice it when exiting my car at the car wash so something had to have happened while it was here.Also, yeah the detail price was $80 but you also have to choose a car wash option so I ended up paying $95 so beware of the pricing as well as its deceptive.Will not be returning and will be discouraging others from coming here.
Nice had car washed walk across street ate at Penera Bread, finish eating cat was done 35 minutes. Great lunch hour.

Not the best car wash. The attendant did an okay job on the outside but it missed some of the dash on the inside including the navigation screen and around the console. It was fairly quick but given the lack of detail I can see why.

Last Sunday I took my newly purchased Van to be initially cleaned before stocking it with our merchandise and it literally wasnt even washed.I complained twice to the manager and three times to the receptionist. $55.00 for the same caked up dirt and spider webs in the grill smhI to the Van to the Carson Sheriffs Department and a deputy even came outside to inspect and is now my witness. They said not to let this go eeither and are assisting me in this public complaint process.Calling the customers profane words in Spanish... just utterly disrespectful. Buy American people and spend your money where its appreciated.
Very unpleasant experience today Saturday, 8/11/18 at about 9:30am. I frequent this Dominguez carwash in Carson but not after today. Everything was ok until I went inside to pay. I had requested a VIP (Managerial special)wash which was 29.99 on the banner outside. Once inside I was charged $40.00. This was not a problem but for clarification purposes I asked the young lady at the register was it a 40 because I have a SUV? She said yes the managerial special is 40. A young Hispanic Male slender build was standing behind her because it appeared they were conversing before I walked up to pay. He looked puzzled about what was going on so the young lady said something in spanish about the managerial special. This is how I was certain that they were talking about what had just occurred. He then said some words in Spanish and ended with punta looked up at me and began to chuckle under his breath. I then informed both of them that I may not be fluent in Spanish but i know enough!! They both stood there looking like deers in headlights! I demanded my money back and left. It was not until I was outside and other customers were able to hear me complaining about what was going that he came outside trying to do damage control. Suddenly then he wanted to explain what he didnt explain when I was inside, trying to assure me that what I heard was not what he said and that they respect all customers. This was a blatant lie obviously so I got in my car and left. To say I am disgusted would be a understatement! Under no circumstances will I give my hard earned money to an establishment where I am being disrespected.
This place is horrible! I decided to give them a chance again (after a few years) and I remembered why I didnt go there to begin with. Although my car looked OK from the outside, the interior was still dusty, had some areas they didnt touch, and most importantly they didnt have the back vacuumed (apparently you need to tell them to vacuum the back if not they wont do it), which really pissed me off. The last time I went there I had to drive to a gasoline station and vaccum it myself, after I just left the carwash. I do have to say that the guy that was drying off my car was nice. Overall, I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there, based on my experience.

DOMINGUEZ CAR WASH is on the area the most horrible places to wash you vehicle. I pay for THE ULTIMATE T5 and I got a bunch of water marks all around, my windows wasnt clean and my van now have a kind of scratches everywhere.Im no kidding, this was the first and the LAST!Now I need to go to another place to fix all the B-Sht these guys did.

Slow service.Windows from the inside werent clean, I shouldnt have to inspect my vehicle after a wash. The guy who inquires the kind of wash you want when you initially arrive is rather pushy, to get a wax. I DONT WANT A WAX! Did I mention slow service.
This place is so ridiculous. I took my car here to get washed and they cleaned all but one rim, didnt put the air freshener, and didnt clean the windows right. I took it back the next day and they told me I had oxidize on my rim but when I showed him it was actual dirt he still insisted it was oxidizeand wanted to charge me $10 each rim. So ridiculous Ill never bring my car back!
