Great company to deal with.

Placed an order on Monday, October 28th. Paid to expedite the order for one day delivery. Packages arrived 4 days later on Friday, November 1st . Our job was scheduled for Monday November 4th. The order was missing an very essential component. When we reached out to Bird Barrier, we experienced the worst customer service, by far! Tony, the representative for Bird Barrier began to chastise us on not checking our package, never once apologizing for the incomplete order. Tony then proceeded to talk over us, and hung up the phone on two occasions. I have never, in 20 years in the customer service business experienced any thing like that. Bird Barrier should be embarrassed!!

These guys are the best. They have everything and also have incredible expertise. As a result the pigeons are no longer having their way with my balcony.
