Kelsey (not sure of the spelling we spoke over the phone) was very helpful and took great consideration in making sure I received my package which contained a live animal. Taking the time to coordinate with the driver and myself the best pick up place as the FedEx closest to me would not accept the package. Thank you!

This fed ex Branch was the first location where I was greated with a smile when I walked in, helped right away and showed they cared to make sure I was happy and taken care of before I left.

Small counter in single office. Busy for a Saturday morning. One worked multi tasking well answering phones and helping all 3 of us at once. I was in and out quickly with no problems. This is the FedEx to go for no hassling shipping! Way more efficient than the US Hwy50 location in Carson City. Very helpful and friendly here!

Do not ship from this location.. The woman seem very lost and make sure you keep the tracking number..They lost my Express package..and without it you areloose the tracking number you are Sol!!!

Carson location has no idea what they are doing they always miss deliveries lie about attempting to deliver when people really count on there services.

They left a door tag on the fence two days in a row saying I wasnt home when in fact I was there all day both days. Evidently the driver is too lazy to walk through the gate and 20 yards down to the house. They dont list a local phone number, they only provide a toll free 800 number at which you never get an actual person to talk to.

My package gets on a truck every day, then returns to the warehouse every day for three days now. They do not care. No one can help me get my package. I was actually told by a representative that I should drive 2 hours and get it myself if I really wanted it.
