We have used this service for over one year, once a month. The staff is always pleasant and very professional. They are great with bathrooms, kitchens and floors (both carpet and laminate). They are quick, too and arrive on time. Katrina is usually the lead person and she runs a tight ship. They clean very well and clean the things that I dont like too (floors, baths). You will be glad to try this service.

I hired american housekeeping because my daughter is allergic to our pets and its triggering asthma attacks. I paid extra for the deep clean on their first clean with the white glove service and when I came home I found a mess. They didnt clean behind the movable furniture, the air vent thats near my daughters room thats covered in dust wasnt touched same with my ceiling fan. The floors were mopped but everything they moved off the floor wasnt put back, including our garbage cans that was left on my bed in my room and on my daughters food tray in her room touching her nebulizer mask. I asked for my daughters room to be focused on for clean and they put her boots on her pillow to mop the floor and left them there and didnt even make the bed. Worst housekeeping service ever
