This is a horrible company with an angry, threatening owner Robert Lopez. He did a job at my house in August but didn’t finish it. My husband called him 10 times to finish the job and he never called him back. So when we received the invoice in the mail we did not pay it. At no point in time over the last 8 months has Lopez or his company called us to collect the bill or ask why we have not paid. Then today (a Sunday) at 8 am Lopez shows up on my doorstep screaming and cussing me out demanding payment. My husband wasn’t home and I was holding my 1 year old son at the time. After a heated exchange I slammed the door in his face and he proceeded to pound on the door before he left. I have never felt so physically threatened in my own home. Needless to say his bill will NOT be paid in full (despite his early morning threats against myself and my children) and I will be going to the contractors board and anybody else who will listen to me. I am an attorney and he threatened the WRONG customer.

I have two very large elm trees in my backyard that needed a serious trim. When Robert came to provide me with an estimate, I was very impressed with how he took his time to evaluate the trees as well as answer all my questions. He quoted me a very reasonable price, and stuck to his estimate once the job was complete. Robert and his crew did a fantastic job on my trees and they look beautiful now. I will continue to use Stay Green Tree Service for future maintenance and I would definitely recommend them.
