Took my iPhone 7 there, and charged me 100$ that was the price I couldve got a new phone but they charged me and put a new very cheap screen and I come home to realize they PUT ME A BROKEN SCREEN I was very furious and the screen was acting weird I tried to go back and called and they said they were open but I saw they were closed!! And I finally went and they said my name wasnt in the system
Horrible customer experience.. They had iPad for almost a month, said part they sent for did not work, then gave back to me still broken and charged me 35$ for nothing. Took to another place in Carson and they fixed within 5 minutes, an did not charge me..
Brought in an iPad with a blocked port. After 3 1/2 weeks and having to make 2 calls to find out the status of my repair, I was told that it couldnt be fixed. I was told that I would be charged for the$35 service fee.I took the iPad home to discover the seals were still intact, meaning NOTHING was ever done.Today I took the iPad in to Phone Fix Center and, in less than 5 minutes she had the port cleared and ready for charging. No charge!The only reason I am giving Tech Shield 1 star is because I have to in order to post my comment.
Great customer service, and they produce what they say they can produce. Definitely recommend.!
They advertised they sell phones but didnt have any when I called.
