Pulled into their driveway with a mechanical issue from a car rented at a different location. Told me they couldn’t swap out cars and that they were completely booked for the day. Even with those circumstances and a steady flow of customers coming in, rental agent Maya stilled made phone calls and tried looking into every option to get us into a vehicle. Working with manager Joel, we were able to address the issue to get me into a car so I could continue with our family vacation. Thank you all!

The only issue I have is that when I got picked up in the shuttle, the driver let a random person in as well- WITHOUT a mask. COVID has taken so much away from me so it would have been nice for the driver to at least ask if I was alright with it before practically putting me at risk. Just because he is vaccinated doesnt mean its all sunshine and rainbows.Other than that theyre a good team with professionalism all around.

The first rental attempt did not work well. I reserved a vehicle at one location and then within a few hours of picking it up, I was called and told that there wouldnt be any vehicles available for 5 days. I went ahead and changed my reservation to a different location and everything worked perfectly and all of the associates were pleasant and helpful.

Always drive Enterprise. Carson City staff are efficient, courteous and smart. Will continue with them as long as they will allow. Good company; Good people.

The Enterprise team was very understanding regarding my specific needs. Even though they did not have a Ford vehicle on the lot that I needed for snow travel they brought one down from Reno to Carson City. I was able to complete my shopping and then pickup the F150 I required. Everyone was polite and professional. I definitely would use them again.

Enterprise and the employees in their Carson City location rock. What was supposed to be an 8-day rental, turned into twice that (own vehicle in shop). Carlos was very understanding and helped me to, four times, extend my rental. I was very appreciative. The car was clean, did what I needed it to do, and was decently comfortable.

I have rented from you 3 different times within the last few months, here are my most recent experiences:Early Jan 2021, reserved the mid-sized sedan. Arrive to pick up the car, agent attempts to upsell me to a small SUV for an extra $28/day. I decline and am brought a car with bald tires, filthy interior including muddy dog prints and pet hair. After pointing out the bald tires am now offered the SUV for an extra $8/day. I have no choice but to accept because of course I am pressed for time and need to get on the road. Exterior of SUV looked as if someone had just brought it back from off-roading, interior floor mat and door sill covered in mud.Late Jan 2021, reserved the small pickup. Arrive to pick it up, and wouldnt you know it, they didnt have that available. I was told that I could get a free upgrade to the full sized dodge pickup. Website says they are the same price/day. Thanks for the free upgrade. When I mention that the gas mileage of the full sized truck is not what I budgeted for, the agent tries to tell me that the small pickup and the full sized Dodge will get the same gas mileage. Again, pressed for time and have to hit the road so I dont care to call the agent on his lies. The Dodge averaged 18mpg and probably cost me an extra $50 in gas during the trip over what something like a Nissan Frontier would have cost to fuel. More pet hair and muddy driver side floor mat/door sill.Mid-Late Feb 2021. I reserved a van. Called ahead to reaffirm that I do need a van, nothing else will work for this trip. I arrive to pick up the van and again have to assert that I do indeed need the van I have reserved. Overheard a discussion between two agents that someone else is not going to get what they reserved. Not surprised but am glad Im not getting shorted this time. I get the van, it is clean but has only 1/2 tank of gas. This was discussed with the agent, was told that I only need to bring it back with 1/2 tank. Agent calls day after returning, begins to tell me that there will be an extra charge because van is returned with 11/16 of a tank! I let him know that I picked it up with 1/2 tank, we discussed it. Agent tells me, OK, I believe you. Believe me? That is what was discussed. Im also asked when I brought it back. I let the agent know that I brought it back at 9pm, one hour later than my original reservation (reserved to drop off at 8pm) and am notified that I am being charged a whole extra day. Whatever.

Understaffed but very nice, free upgrade!@

The customer service reps were very nice and helpful. The car was just washed on the outside. It wasnt vacuumed inside or even wiped down. I wiped the car down and vacuumed it myself. Other than that, my experience was a very pleasant one.

Enterprise in Carson City was an absolute life saver. My car broke down and I had to have transportation. They got me in to a car that afternoon. The rental process was extremely quick and easy. Initially my rental was for a week but I had to extend it numerous times while solving my transportation dilemma, all I had to do was call. Helpful, friendly and fast service.

My company rents exclusively from Enterprise. When I am home I use Enterprise exclusively as well. I am an ER nurse working 14 hour days 1000 miles from my family. I asked the company for an upgrade because of the snow and drove the upgrade for about 6 weeks but was told this week that an SUV is double the cost of a full size. Take the SUV back (I loved the car) to get a full size. Get a Camry with a chip in the windshield, a dent by the front wheel and a big dent on the trunk. It’s a far cry from the cars I am used to driving from Enterprise. No talk of upgrade or even working out keeping the wonderful car I was in. Shame on you Enterprise for not at least offering an upgrade at the same cost or perhaps even keeping the SUV I was in and charging full size price.

Car was not clean. Empty cans under seats and exterior dirty. They did offer to wash but we were in a hurry to get to our destination. Also gas not full it was noted on contract. Finally rented full size said Ford Fusion or similar. Nissan Altima was a disappointment

Excellent service with minor delay in receiving vehicle. Received free upgrade to larger vehicle. Vehicle was excellent for trip enduring snow, ice and fog. Have used Enterprise only for decades and will continue to do so. I recommend the Carson City, NV. office to anyone in the area.

I needed a rental as my car was in the shop and insurance set up enterprise to pick me up from the auto body shop to get my rental. I have young kids so when the guy got there to pick me up I had to grab car seats from the sidewalk, I let him know this and he says okay Ill meet you in the car. So I open the car door on the pick up vehicle and go grab my car seats one by one while he sat and waited. We drive to the office and when we get there he says okay this is your stop. to which I said okay thank you I still need the car seats out of the back. He said okay, just put them on the curb there by the door and again zero help, sat in the car while I again one by one unloaded them. I go inside where the next guy starts helping get my rental together, he walks out with me to the car they are providing to me and the entire car is cold and iced over. He reaches in to start it, does a quick walk around, and has me sign then says okay your all set and dont forget your car seats. Again ZERO help with getting them in the car and now I am sitting in a frozen cold a** car. I cannot leave yet because there is so much ice on EVERY window I cant see a thing and there is no scraper to clear the windows off myself. Now I am not one that thinks I should be doted on hand and foot just for being a female but some help or kindness here would have gone a long way for me. At this point I am so upset about the lack of help and the fact that I was freezing my rump off that I just wanted to go straight home by the time I could see out the windows so I didnt notice until later in the day when I went to run errands how DISGUSTING the inside of the car was. There was sticky god knows what all over the steering wheel, stains ALL OVER the seats (front and back), nasty something in the door handles, something sticky and gross ran all down the driver door and in the speaker, and the vanity mirrors were unusable they were so dirty. I dont normally do reviews but this was an AWFUL experience, my husband was even mortified with the lack of customer service and the conditions of the car. In the future help a lady out and when you have over a weeks notice someone is coming in to pick up a car, WARM IT UP AND CLEAR THE ICE.

Bad experience did not have the Vehicle I asked for and on my trip the truck overheated and had to wait a whole day for them to bring me a new car it was just a horrible experience

Everything was fine until the return when I stood outside for 30 minutes watching 5 employees attending around inside doing nothing. Seems like a poor business model and very rude!

My reservation was made well in advance but when I got there the card was not available. An alternate car was available and met our needs. The service I received was excellent. Rick Lopez was very helpful, professional and considerate. It was necessary to return the car early due to illness. I would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise to others.

Never have the car we order, we even called before hand, and asked if they had our car, and the employee said Yes, its sitting right here. We understand having to juggle cars, but not the lying. Sadly, this place is the only option in Carson City. Next time we will just Uber. Gave 2 stars because the car we got was nice, but really not what we wanted or needed.

After being delivered to the office on their dime, I was greeted and then promptly informed - they dont have any cars that I reserved in my class. Because of this, they promptly upgraded me to a premium vehicle. I didnt even have time to fret over this development. I dumbly handed over my License and CC.I was shown the vehicle, did a walk around. Then I was handed the key, and Oh, by the way, you have some left over time with the Sirius radio - No extra charge. .. Enjoy your trip - here is your license and CC.That was it, wham, bam I was outta there. Took maybe 5 minutes - now that is service.

I reserved a car online, it was quick and easy. From customer service via phone all the way up to the day I dropped the car back off it was amazing. This was the first time I have ever rented a car and enterprise walked me through every step and explain everything, answered all my questions and was fast. The car that I received was beautiful inside and out, ran like a champ and had no issues. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone and I will definitely use them again.

Was helpful on renting a car

Ive gone to this location twice now and both times they dont have the size of car i reserve a week or two in advance. I always get an ok substitute but still not what i reserve. Whats the purpose of reservations if they dont honor it. Other than that they are average. Shout out to the Gardnerville location. I rented a dozen cars from them and never had an issue.

We were treated with respect. Given a great car at a great rate and even though we had to pay a $100 deposit because we used a debit card we got that back in less than 24 hours of returning the car. Really nice guys there.

My truck broke down on a Friday afternoon and by the time I got towed and back home e it was 4:00pm. I called Enterprise and they quickly scheduled a pick up and rental for me last minute. And when I had to extend my rental period they were so accommodating, even adjusting my rate to a weekly price without me asking g for it. They could have easily kept the higher daily rate and I would have had no idea about a discounted weekly price. They are quick, efficient, flexible and so nice! Over the course of the 10 days I had a rental I spoke with several different people and every single one was great to work with.

The staff are professional, courteous and helpful. I have used Enterprise once a month and they always deliver and never disappoint. Thank you!

Picked up rental Friday afternoon. Went home. Packed loaded car, went to bed. Woke up at 5am to drive 500 miles to Los Angeles. Got in car, started it, warning light came on. Passenger front tire was low at 24 lbs. I filled it up and drove to Los Angeles. Checked in to hotel went to sleep. Got up, got in car, started it and again tire pressure low at 17 lbs. Aired it up. Went to visit my terminally ill brother. Every morning was that way. Very sad.SincerelyWilliam Hopkins

I always get great service at the Carson City Enterprise. My recent experience was very good. I was in and out quickly, both renting and returning, and I did not have to wait at all for them to give me a ride home. And they were all very courteous and friendly. All these are reasons I keep using Enterprise to rent a vehicle.

Good little rental place. Glad to have it in Carson City. Ive used it about 10 times. The only reason I didnt give it five stars this time is because rather than giving me another car they made me wait 20 minutes while they washed one even though Id made an appointment to pick up the car well in advance.

They were fast, efficient and friendly. Picking up the car took less than seven minutes, and dropping it off was just as easy. The car was a compact, very clean and well-maintained. Did not come with cruise control, which was my only real issue, but I consider that more my fault for not specifying that I wanted that feature.

The Enterprise people are very friendly and helpful in getting the rental car I need; usually with only a day or 2 of notice. They usually have the vehicle I need. Unfortunately, there are some people who smoke in the rental cars and the smoke smell doesnt go away easily. They do their best to get that smell out of the car.

The Dodge Dart was a comfy little car and when my personal car was in the shop an extra day, all it took was one quick call to extend my rental period. The staff was great, it was easy to rent a car. It has been a while since I last rented a car. I got charged extra for gas, but I just made a call and it was taken care of. I will be renting from them again. I would recommend Carson City office to my friends and family.

I visited in Carson City Nevada. These people are helpful friendly and extremely easy to rent from. I called them a day before to set up my rental. The day I needed the vehicle it took just minutes to drive away and the even picked me up at my location. A definite bonus in my estimation. Also very nice staff to work with.

They were polite but very busy. My experience was average, Id say, & they did pick me up & delivered me which was nice.

Rented from them while my car was at the body shop. Had the car for 27 hours and drove it 50 miles. Had to pay for 2 days of Insurance and $7.00 for 2 gallons of gas. People are nice enough but arent very compassionate. Business is business.

Had a good experience with the service for the most part. Great car, clean and got it picked up and dropped off on time. The only hiccup I had was when I was signing all the e-documents while picking up the car. The lady explained about the additional $25 charge a day for the car to be insured by them, I opted out of it and said Id use my own. Turns out she didnt change that when I signed, so when I went back they were trying to charge me an additional $70 more than I agreed to. The gentleman who helped me out when I returned the car was kind and helped with the situation but you should double check everything before you leave the lot with a car so you dont end up in the irritating situation that I did.

Never rent a car in the dark. You wont be able to tell whether its clean or not. I believe this to be the case in my situation. Plus, the windows were not clean, there was some type of film on them. I had to clean the inside and outside myself when I filled it with gas. I only had the car for three days, but the first day I get a message pop up on the display that says Maintenance required soon. Great. Then on the way home, the message changed to Maintenance Required. Not something a client wants to see/experience while using a rental car. Not sure I will go back to this location, may end up returning to the one in Gardnerville.

It was my first time renting a car and it couldnt have been a better experience. first, we were upgraded to a much roomier car and this just made our day because we had a 10 hour drive ahead of us and didnt know how much stuff we might have to bring back. since we brought back the vehicle two days early, we also got reimbursed for two days of insurance! I will definitely be back!

My experience this last time i rented a car was horrible and doesnt deserve the one star. the treatment i received when i brought the car back was even worse. an hour into my trip the car started to surge and the speedometer kept jumping up and i couldnt get my phone or my laptop or my tablet to hookup with system in the car nothing worked. when i tried to explain to the staff member all he did was grab a clipboard and went out to the car, he walked around it and opened the hood looked in it and then came back. i had requested that i wanted to pay with my debit card and he just ignored me and charged my card, when i looked at the receipt he didnt give me my discount and i asked why, he said i didnt charge you the detailing fee so that equals out . i was told when i picked up the car all i had to worry about was making sure there was a full tank of gas, which the gas tank was fuller than when i picked up the car. i also tried to tell him that the surging was intermittent and may not show up when you put it on a diagnostic machine, his reply was the car has a black box and it will tell us everything where you were how long you stayed and if you were off road, he practically accused me of being at burning man when i asked him what that was he laughed and said ya right you dont know what burning man is, i said no and he laughed again, at that point i was so upset and started walking out the door he shouted at me do need a ride home and my reply was no i dont want to get charged for that too i am fine i will walk. i have rented cars from enterprise on several occasions and never have bee treated like i was treated that day and i have never been charged a detailing fee, never.....or a license plate fee or a government tax fee either. i did buy their full coverage insurance to the tune of $26.95 per day. ENTERPRISE IS IT YOUR POLICY TO ALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BELITTLE THE CUSTOMER OR ASSUME THAT A WOMAN IS STUPID AND DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS OR IF A CUSTOMER HAS GREY HAIR THAT THEY ATRE FEEBLE MINDED OR TO INSULT THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE CUSTOMER OR ASSUME THAT THE CUSTOMER IS LYING WHEN THEY TRY TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND IT RUINED THE GOOD THINGS THAT HAPPENED ON MY TRIP, I WENT TO CALIFORNIA TO SEE MY NEW HOUSE AND SIGN PAPERS. ITS NOT PLACE TO TELL YOU HOW TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF BUT I WILL TELL YOU IS THEY ALL NEED TO TAKE A CLASS IN PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMON COURTESY.

We dropped a car in for service and we were given a rental as a loaner. The people were very helpful and the car was in good shape. I would give 5 🌟 but inspite of being a non smoking car there was a slight scent of smoke inside

I was picking up a vehicle for a trip over a 3 day weekend and It was busy that afternoon in the Enterprise office. In addition they were running short on vehicles so the vehicle i reserved was not available. Needless to say I did not get the vehicle I had booked, but the staff was very courteous and we talked over options and they got me into something reasonable for the weekend at the same price as I had reserved. Thank you for your profesional and friendly service.

I go through Costco to get my rental car, however I am finding out that what Costco benefits they add it isn’t being honored by enterprise as you sign their documents and they list no Costco benefit.I also dislike the the way they can get that extra day rental when you rent on the weekend and drop the car off on a Sunday they still bill you for Monday. Sure there are other ways inconvenient to checking the car in like traveling out of your way, but really?The cars are in good shape.

Picked me up at start of rental, dropped me off after rental. nice car provided. They lost a star for their practice of sending the car our partially full of gas and allowing a partial return. This is much harder for a client to not actually overfill the car and thus lose money on gas, than a full out and full return policy.

I have used Enterprise for years. I have worked with Tim who is in the Carson City office as well as worked with Tim in Lake Tahoe. The customer service is as good as it gets and they always have taken care of me.Also work often with Raphael in Gardnerville, NV and I refer many other customers as once again, Rahael provides the best of customer service! My wife and I wanted to rent a convertible to drive around Lake Tahoe. We contacted Enterprise and when we arrived at Carson City Airport a blue Mustang convertible was waiting for us, The rate was very reasonable, as were other Enterprise rentals on our trip.

Id say the best part about this place was the gentleman who gave me a ride to and from the Ford dealership. The car that I rented was dirty and smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I wasnt able to take even more time out of my day to switch out the vehicle. However I did call the office to let them know of the problem and all I got was Im sorry about that. I also mentioned it as I was paying my expensive 2 day bill upon returning the car and this time I got I smelled that. Im so sorry about that. I told the rep that it was not a pleasant experience and nothing was done about it. I find it odd that there is a sign that says $200 cleaning fee if you smoke in the car is on their front desk yet clearly they dont clean their cars. I will rent elsewhere if possible next time

We called, confirmed a car and they never came to pick us up. When we called to check on the status, they said our location was out of range (even though they initially gave us a confirmation time and place in an email and our hotel is just 25 minutes from their office). When we asked to speak to the manager he was rude, not helpful and actually hung up the phone on my husband. We had the last 2 days of our honeymoon planned and now we cant go anywhere because of Enterprises horrible service. Ill never use them again, they ruined our trip.

I had to rent a car last minute to go to a funeral in southern California. They got me all set up and on the road within 5 minutes. Great staff at this place.

I love Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the cars are always in top shape or they trade it for one that you like more, the customer service is wonderful in the Carson City, Nevada branch I use every time I need a rental car. The only thing I dont like was the stance the company took with the NRA. Which just about drove me away from the company altogether because of my support for the NRA.
