Avoid at all costs. Incompetent employees. Terrible management.Our first installer started making excuses for shoddy work the second he got out of his van. The carpet was too large and too heavy to get upstairs, so my wife and I carried it up for him. He then cut the carpet anyways, placing large visible seams in the entryway to the two rooms being carpeted. He did a poor job on the work that was completed, and left the stairway landing incomplete. At that point we were asked to sign off on the completed job.He did not properly install the seams, so they were not repairable. A second installer was sent out, and fixed part of the landing, but when we pushed to have the poor seams fixed, we were eventually told wed need to get a refund and they will rip out the installed carpet.The only person who told us our concerns were valid and needed to be addressed was the second, competent, installer, but management denied his assessment and recommendation, leaving us with no options but a refund.This process has eaten over a month of our lives, and were back at square one. Do not work with this company if you can avoid it.

The 2 installers were friendly, professional and efficient. They were especially patient with our enthusiastic Labrador Retriever. The carpet looks great! We really appreciated the excellent job they did putting our bedroom back together afterwards.

I recently purchased carpet at Home Depot. The carpet was installed by Romanoff Renovations. The crew was prompt, professional and extremely efficient. The arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing the carpet. The were very personable and friendly. I love my new carpet so much I went out and bought a new sofa. The can come back anytime!!!!

I hope you read my review of Jordan S in Yelp! Jordan is an asset to Romanoff Innovations in Carson City. Initially, I was apprehensive of Romanoff Innovations because of the bad reviews. Jordan singlehandedly debunked all these bad reviews. Our floor is beautiful and well done. He arrived at our house, worked and hardly rest. So impressed of him! He gave suggestions and why! I felt like he doesnt just do the task assigned to him but cares that the job is well done and the work spoke highly of himself. We are not just extremely satisfied of our floor but many times over satisfied. Thank you Jordan S. You are the best face of Romanoff Installations! They are lucky to have you!

Mark, the wood floor installer, was actually a custom craftsman. Dion, the carpet installer was a master at his craft. 5***** guys and superb work.
