Brought my Mom in for a cut so I didnt arrive with huge anticipation to be WOWED, the lady didnt disappoint. Her OPPORTUNITY to shine.But no just mediocre such a bummer

Showed them a picture and got something completely different. Wanted my hair longish and they shaved the sides to nothing and left a mop on the top. Now theirs no way to fix it besides shaving it all.

Rude staff, I understand youre busy but to treat someone with such disrespect all for walking in without an appointment is beyond appalling. I hope the owner takes a good long look at the security cameras and sees that the stylists are treating their business like its there own little playground. I dont recommend this business at all.

It had been since before covid that Id risked going for a hair cut until today. After calling a number of upscale salons in the area, looking for a covid safe environment, I was pretty discouraged. Salons I have used in the past were offended that I would inquire about their safety measures. As a last resort, I called Supercuts and not only was the information offered with courtesy. I got a great quick haircut for a fraction of the price of the other salons. Everyone in the salon was both vaxxed and masked. Id like to thank the manager again for running this great little shop and caring for the health and safety of her staff as well as the customers.

Saturday at 1130 i went in for a haircut. Big mistake!This girl had never given a mans haircut before or shes in the wrong field.I walked out of there embarrassed and couldnt wait to put a hat on. I tried to fix it at home with no luck. I had to go somewhere else.What a horrible experience.I will never go there again nor should anyone else.Shop was plain white with 0 decor and dirty walls.A wast of 20 bucks and another 20 to get it fixed.

Had my grandsons get their monthly haircut here. They do a nice job but way to quiet. Need to talk at least,make the clients feel comfortable.

Alondra did a wonderful job cutting my long thick hair just the way I wanted. I have had my hair cut at many high dollar salons. They never cut my hair the way I want and always straightened it. I love my new hair cut it shows off the body and curls. Thank you so much Alondra my husband also loves it.

The haircut was fine; a Supercuts haircut. But like so many other places during this Covid nonsense, they have really slipped on cleanliness. There are hairs literally sticking to the sides of the work stations. Everything needs cleaned. I hope the management see this and makes corrections.

My daughter went in for a haircut today. My daughter looks beautiful with short hair and wanted a pixie cut. The stylist argued with her and wouldnt do it. My daughter being young didnt know what to do so she just told her to do it short. It wasnt near short enough and was terribly uneven. I had to take the scissors to it myself. Im not a stylist so I wasnt confident to give her the style she wanted, but I evened it up. I mean we are talking strands that were 2 inches longer than everything else. You had to be drunk to miss it. Now I have to go pay for another person to redo the cut my daughter wants.

I would give them a zero if I could, I made an appointment on May 8 for my husbands haircut, the guy who answered took his name and phone number and told me his appointment was for Sunday may 10 at 12:30, when my husband got there, he was told by a lady that there was not appointment under his name, unacceptable, my husband left early from our mothers lunch to be there and for what? Just to realize that because the inept who took my call and didnt do his work,my husband missed half of our celebration.Go somewhere else for your haircut

Went to get a cut with the wife, she went first and I was told I had to wait outside. When it was finally my turn and sat down, I was told they do not do beard trims at this time. Please, lets get over all the panic. Your cutting my hair, where is the social distancing?

Go elsewhere. This didnt just happen once but multiple times. I wanted my haircut like a gentlemans haircuy. Everytime I go in I come out having to clean up especially around the ears. My hair was really long before now I look like a Karen. They always cut my bangs short as if they are trying to promote balding. A lot of unevenness. First time it was a Blonde haired women second time a darker skinned woman third time a woman with short blue hair. Thought the Short blue hair woman was a woman named Jessica at first. If this is done intentionalyl leave your issues with me at home. However the short haired woman was polite so a nice Gold star for that.

I took my 2 sons in today at 3 for a cut. My first impression of the two young ladies (I think one was Ashley) was that they werent friendly at all, I had to be the one to say Hi how are you? I felt a bit awkward. My sons asked for something specific and I tried to explain to her, then he explained to her, and she completely ignored him. My other son did get what he asked for but was left with uneven hair and patches that were longer. They didnt want to take their time. They didnt clean the hair off their neck or put product in it to see what the final cut looks like. Again when we left, they were very dry with us, they didnt seem to enjoy working. We were maybe there 10 minutes for both cuts.

Got a cut by Ashley. She was friendly and personable. Great haircut from a great purple haired girl. Seems like a lot of turnover there but I hope she sticks around.

If Im to rate a supercuts, it would be on what I expect from them, not against their competitors. You should know what to expect, the basics done competently, and quickly. This location lives up to its name and the employees were skilled, respectful, good sense of style. Usually not overly busy, always be wise to call an hour ahead of time so you can guarantee no wait. I left very pleased, and Im always nervous that Im going to be disappointed in my cut. Honestly it came out better than my old barber who specialized in mens cuts. It can be a crapshoot tho, employees at these kinda places are working their way into a better position by trading their time for experience at these spots.

My first impression of Supercuts? The stylist in review, Stephanie, was personable, attentive to detail, and successfully completed my haircut as requested.To those responsible for ensuring the salon is properly staffed, hire a Receptionist, will you?Without a Receptionist, one stylist performs half the cuts in double the time due to interruptions, customers walk away due to wait times, and the phone at the front desk is thrown in the trash if management really believes that hiring someone to answer it just isnt in the budget.

Will not be taking my partner back here and will definitely not refer anyone! I cant recall her name but she didnt listen to what he wanted, cut his hair way too short and IT WAS UNEVEN. I had to fix it at home! The sides and back were uneven and I noticed when we left. I didnt want to go back in because I knew it would be messed up some more.I can understand a few missed hairs and such but for as much that was missed it is unacceptable and someone probably needs practice cutting mens hair.

I love the haircuts I get here, which is what keeps me coming back. But their customer service is consistently terrible. Posted hours dont match those posted on the internet, and neither match what they are actually open. Have had stylists announce they are taking their break while the waiting room is full. Yesterday, I arrived at 4:15 and the only stylist said I would have to come back in an hour as she was taking her lunch. I came back an hour and a half later and they were closed for the night.

Got a haircut with Kelly and it was way better than the last 3 different places I went. I will go back again for sure!

The most horrible cut I have ever in my life received, courtesy of Rene!!! I could not believe what this stylist did. Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. As a past loyal supercuts person, I will never go there again. I am actually appalled that someone could botch a simple cut. It is frightening!!!

My son and I waited for over an hour and was told ahead of time that there was only 2 people in front of us, then out of nowhere told we had to wait even longer when it was our turn. Someone walked in and was told he was after us, but then they decided to take him and tell us to wait even longer. Horrible customer service. I feel sorry for anyone that has to use their services for any reason. Customer before us was upset with the haircut her daughter just received, but was told owell when she asked to have it fixed.

My boys got haircuts there...eeeekkk!!! My 10 year old is crushed and has been crying for hours...my 6 year old doesnt even look like he got a hair cut except for all of the random strays sticking out the back. Two seperate people cut their hair. The guy who cut my 10 year olds hair didnt do what was asked at all and the woman who cut my 6 year olds hair rushed, half assed it and was impatient for s ticklish child flinching and seemed irritated and like she just wanted it over.
