Rented from Valley Realty for 5 years. After normal wear and tear on the house they refused to help us paint the walls and always made a big deal about trying to help around the home. If you are thinking about renting or buying from Valley Realty go somewhere else. The whole staff is terrible and just want to make a pay check. They won’t help you with your needs what so ever. They will steal your security deposit. Go to Coldwell Banker! Much better over there.

Every person that I have had to do business with here is absolutely disgusting. Nasty attitudes and very unprofessional for seemingly no reason. Not capable of appropriately handling tenant concerns and incompetent of having adult conversations to resolve issues. The office has a lack of communication between each other and nobody can take accountability for internal errors. They have no regard for other clients privacy or financials and will come into your home and gossip about other clients financials. The “property managers” have no issue harassing you over text message and being outright distasteful. If you’re thinking of using Valley Realty and Management as your property management company, keep looking. They shouldn’t be trusted with your home management.

Called them up because they are managing a property I was interested in purchasing and the lady on the phone blatantly told me that even if her clients wanted to sell, she would actively encourage them not to, because she would lose money for her business.When I confronted her and asked wait a minute, isnt your job to be helpful to your clients? she told me that she would never help me buy one of the properties because her interests are more important than her clients. (Mind you she wouldnt even give her name to me to introduce herself, she was that rude).Very unfortunate phone call and considering I purchased several properties in Carson City alone last year and have some more coming in this year, I will NEVER use them for my rental properties or recommend them to anyone I know.

We have been renting through Valley for a year now and it has been the most pleasant rental experience. They are so responsive and enjoyable to work with and really on top of any repairs that need to be taken care of!

Valley has good people working and trying to do the right things for everyone involved, which can be difficult at times. For dealing with them over years, I like the ones Ive talked to and trust with important operations and decisions.

Hearing about the thorough vetting process that Valley Realty use put my mind at ease after a bad experience with a previous tenant. I contacted them and after a brief chat, was looking forward to working with them. The best bit is they had a tenant in property within weeks.

So disappointed in this place. Valley Realty has been by far the worst experience with attempting to find a rental that I have ever had. Joy was very rude and unprofessional. They will take your money ($35 each adult)for a background/credit check and then deny your application for student loan debt that I was assured wouldnt be counted against me. To top it off they run a hard inquiry on your credit so after being denied it effects your credit score. Upon being denied they stop answering phone calls or even returning the calls to inform of anything. Got a letter in the mail a week later. Extremely inconsiderate. Complete waste of my time and my money. Joy reprimanded me for mistakes that were made by other employees in their office like I was her employee or something. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service skills. 👎👎👎👎Words of advice: Avoid this place if at all possible!!!!

Id recommend them to my family and friends. Professional, friendly, and always there to answer any questions that I had. If I buy another home in the future, Ill do it with Valley Realty.

I have a home in Carson City being managed by Valley Realty. They have proven to be the best investment ever to make sure my home is rented and well maintained. I just lost a renter which TRASHED my home while managed by a different company. Joy and Samantha are working with me to get it cleaned, repaired and upgraded. I couldnt manage all of the work needed without their help and attention to detail. Thanks for all of your help.

Valley Realty helped me find a property that was in my budget and in the area I wanted. Id recommend this company to everyone I know because of how easy they made the entire process.

After an unpleasant experience renting off a friend, I decided to contact Valley Realty. The staffs there were so sympathetic and really made me comfortable that renting with them would be a totally stress-free experience - and it is.

If you can help it dont rent from them. They took over this property and its miserable for everyone ever since. My roof has been leaking all winter long, cant plug anything in the front room. They are FINALLY doing something about it. I called them back in October. Ive recently hit a financial spot and they refuse to work with me. But its ok that my apartment has been leaking for this long. They will take their sweet time fixing that. So me and my kids are about to be homeless.

My dealings with Mike Enright were wonderful, and I am a very difficult person to work with and make satisfied. His performance of his duties and responsibilities were consistent with the highest levels of professionalism. I highly recommend him as a man of experience, expertise and integrity.

I have never dealt with worse people in my life. They made 0 attempts to work with me, refused to give my security deposit back without any notice or any kind of reason (which I think is illegal), they were completely rude and incompetent, and I have never dealt with this level of bad service. I have never left a bad review, and that includes mechanics who have broken my cars. Would completely not recommend EVER going here, better people in Carson City to deal with.

This office and the current personnel are completely distasteful. I am not sure if the markets turning to limited availability of homes to rent has this office on a power trip or if these are those snotty, uppity people that infect our small community with that whole class separation, that whole Im a better human that you... Uuuugh, I will definitely be staying out of anything that Valley Realty puts its claws into.

Horribly deceptive company that forces tenants out once they start handling problems the proper way. With a manager like Joy it will be a very short time before theyve sued themselves into a corner for unlawful and unethical business tactics.

My house had been on the market for a while with another realtor and there had been virtually no interest. I contacted Valley Realty and Management and they had it sold within a couple of months.

Every time we have had a maintenance issue, VRAM has been exceptionally fast in getting things fixed and the situation rectified. We are very pleased with our rental and the excellent service provided by Valley Realty!!

Ive lived in my house for almost 2 years now with tweaker nests door. Pay my rent every month on time or early. While talking to my property manager and explaining my problem. She hung up on me. All they told me was call the police and its not there job. So Basicly we just have to deal with the tweakers she said. Oh and I said if the tweaker breaks into my house I would protect my home. And I guess thats a threat

Valley Realty Management is the most unprofessional management company I have ever worked with. Once you sign the contract you will never hear from them again unless you make the attempt to call and advocate for your home. Some of staff is very unprofessional and rude. After ending my contract with them, under distress, I might add, I am unfortunately left with a home that was not in the same condition as when I started. Make sure you have a list of what you want from a property management co, interview them well.

Don’t rent from them. Poor customer service and unprofessional.
