Drop shade installed 4 motorized shades onto the exterior of our stucco house. They painted the facia of the shade to match our house and they installed them exactly as we had agreed. They did every single thing we had requested and we are pleased with the results.

My experience with Dropshade has been wonderful. I called for a quote and Andrew was able to come out that same day, despite having a flat tire on the other side of Houston when on his way!!! Not only was he very friendly, but very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing the right shades, color, etc. Andrew measured everything that day and got them ordered! When they came to install, Angel was also extremely friendly! Installation took no time snd he took the time to help set up my phone app and showed me everything I needed to know to operate my shades. The shades are beautiful, high quality, and help keep the heat out while not blocking my view completely. Andrew and Angel went above and beyond and made the whole experience such a pleasure. Good product but very limited direction or instructions on usage (WIFI and internet connection in particular)

We had an issue with the shade shifting after a few years....Andy and the guys scheduled us immediately. In no time his team promptly sorted out the issue...like new again! These guys mean what they say about service.

The shades themselves are wonderful. But, the installers were not very professional.

Wonderful experience and excellent product! We just had our 2-n-1 installed, along with a typical shade, on our back west-facing patio. What a difference! I called 4 companies that provide electric drop shades and Drop shade was thousands less. They had to customize my shades because house had some angles. Not only did they built customer trim to square it but they also color matched and painted it. Shades look great, if you ask for quotes from all the others you will se what I’m talking about. They build them locally so no middle men on the take like the others.

I believe it’s a rare thing today when someone exceeds your expectations and under promises and over delivers BY MILES. This was our experience with Andrew and each and every person involved in our experience from the sale to the final install. What an awesome experience from start to finish. Quick to respond to my initial call, very fair/reasonable pricing and the best warranty on the products! They offered many choices and even made suggestions when I wasn’t sure. Their installers are professional and speak highly of their company (genuinely). Definitely recommend DROP SHADE.

Great product. I am in a high wind area and wished Id gone with the full cable system. The track system tends to pop out during high winds.
