Donald had a horrible attitude. And was 3 hours late was trying to explain to him what was wrong with my car and pretty much ignored me. He towed it to the dealership 8/31 and when he dropped my car off he didn’t give the dealership any information just dropped off my keys and left. So the dealership took almost a month to figure out what was wrong. Will never use them again. I would prefer to pay for a different towing company then to use them ever again.

Joshua from Maverick towing is the bomb! He was very communicative, friendly and fast with picking up my vehicle and dropping it off. The whole experience was hassle free, which I really appreciated. Trey came and towed my car after the battery died/terminal corroded. He was extremely informative and tried to find out what the issue was before he towed my car. My Allstate roadside assistance service called this particular towing company for me and I’m glad they did!

We made arrangements for Maverick Towing to pick up our car & tow it to tire repair shop. They called to confirm pickup address and to let us know they were 30 minutes away, we never heard from them again. We called repeatedly, but voicemail box was full.

Yes I used maverick towing 12//9/20 when I was stuck at a convenience store. First I used my OnStar service but he couldn’t get it to start and told me to call a tow truck. I called roadside assistance and they sent out Josh from maverick towing. He ended up using two jumper boxes to get my car started and I’m very appreciative of that. Thank you so much!!

I needed my Jeep towed from a parking garage where it died, so I called around to several places looking for someone that had a wheel lift instead of just flatbed trucks. Maverick was the first place I found that had one. They were about an hour later than I was originally quoted, however the rest of the experience made up for it. Josh did an amazing job maneuvering out of my work parking garage (tight fit and low ceilings), plus he backed it into the bay at the repair shop in a small, tight parking lot. Absolutely impressive. The guys at the repair shop were impressed with his skill. Overall great experience.

I used Maverick when I had an issue with my vehicle that required a tow. The estimated arrival of the tow truck was initially 45 minutes. Josh was there in 15 however which was very much appreciated. He was very friendly and professional. I’d be happy to use them again.

Tire went flat on the tollway during rush hour. Marco came to the rescue. He was friendly, truck was clean, and he had my truck on the flatbed in maybe 15 minutes from when I placed the call. Would definitely use again. For those above complaining about the price... towing fees are pretty much standard and you can get reimbursed by your insurance if you have a decent policy.

Do not use this company!!!! My vehicle needed towed and the driver, Marco (gave his name as Wassef), did not bother to find the manual override for the gears, he jumped the battery and told me after the fact that there was a charge for it. Refused to give change when money was given to him and refused to give a receipt. Dropped my car off and when I pointed out where the gear over ride was located and asked for my money back, he tossed the keys at me and got in his truck. He then backed his tow truck into me...actually hitting me so that he could hurry up and get out of the parking lot. For anyone reading, YES charges were filed for those actions. Found out afterwards that the address they list themselves at is not correct, it belongs to another company/business. This Towing company and its employees...Josh, Marco/Wassef are frauds and thieves.

Everything went quick and smoothly. If you want quality service to be done with your car, better call Maverick Towing!

Towed on 8/4/2019. Big blowout due to nail in sidewall. Trapped on I35 north in narrow shoulder with entrance lane to expressway on passenger side full of traffic and 4 lanes of I35 on left full of traffic. Couldnt begin to change tire myself. Wassif towed me to a nearby Discount Tire (just in case), and saved the day in every way. He was beyond professional and even though over 100 degrees that day, he took care of the tire, and got us on the road again. I have his number saved if ever I have any problem in Dallas. My husband had his car towed home and the driver left the key at the original location. I offered to retrieve the key for him and he said that was fine but please hurry. Its a 10 minute or less drive so I returned quickly and upon arrival I found the car unlocked and sitting in the road, blocking traffic, with no tow truck to be found.I called to speak to the management and he said that it was considered a complete job because the car was taken from point A to point B and that putting the car into a parking spot is just an extra, considerate bonus. I remained polite with him and said I understood, but the driver left the key behind and that is not my fault but I still picked it up for him. At one point during the conversation I had to ask the owner, with whom I was speaking, to please lower his voice, and our conversation ended with him telling me come on! after Id apparently annoyed him asking about his customer service standards.This whole ordeal cost us $95, which he assured us was the cheapest we would be able to find. Id rather pay more and deal with a company that is more professional and efficient in their services.

My experience with maverick towing was great. The dispatcher told me there would be a 25 min. Eta and it was just that. The driver was courteous and did arrive as the dispatcher told me he would, 28 minutes to be exact and the man worked hard to retrieve my car from an awful impound yard in mesquite tx. With no extra charge I was so happy to see him. I offered my assistance to retrieve the vehicle since the impound obviously and intentionally buried my car but mark asked me to please just wait in his air conditioned car hauler while he did all the work. I cant even lie. This was the first time I ever tipped a wrecker driver. If you see this review thanks a lot Mark.

These Guys have a Family Run Business - Mechanic Shop and Towing. If you are standing there face to face you might see a different service. I called for my vehicle to be picked up. The Actual Driver was a problem Child and had to tell how he felt about his situation. After Some Customer Service on my end, to win him over we got it picked up and Delivered to their location 6 mins. away. After 3.5 Hours of waiting the next day, I was able to Convince them to give me total and Deliver my Vehicle to the Toyota Dealership. 9 mins away form their location. After another 2 hours. they were letting know that now they would be getting my vehicle on the way to being there. When I discussed this with the Family Relative at the Ship While. he began telling me about their business and how busy they were. He did apologize for the wait. If you are not right there in Person. I would pick another Towing Service with that cares about their reputation. these guys are just barely getting it done. By the Way for the 6 mins. and 9 mins. ride it was $300 . $95 per trip is the standard rate under 12 mins base location. WOW ! if your from out of town, guess what is coming your direction.Signed, Never bother these folks again. Over Promise and Under Deliver - Ill Call you right Back! You will here that more than once !!

Took 2 hours and 15 minutes but gave me a eta of 90 min

0 stars if it was an option. Twice they gave me an ETA that was 2 hours off-- they kept saying 1.5-2 hours, but they meant 4 hours. They picked up my car after 11pm at night (I was asleep) when they couldnt reach me-- they took my car to some unknown location. I asked if I could have it picked up, but they said they would take it somewhere else if another company came to tow it. Very unprofessional-- there was no apology for any of it. They are also overpriced. I thought the price would mean a tow would come sooner, but all in all I called them at 6:30 pm. My car didnt get delivered until noon the next day.
