Chris went above and beyond for us today, went in for upgrades and cases and he hooked us up with all the latest and coolest stuff, found us discount and got monthly bill down . Highly recommend him and this store, he even stayed after hours to finish with us, and never rushed us.

Store manager Christopher Buchanan was extremely helpful. I went to upgrade my phone, and the process went very smoothly. I bought some great accessories with his help as well. I appreciated his attentiveness and all the information he gave me, switching from Android to IPhone. Great customer service!

Nice to your face, very nice. Will take advantage of you though and they do not follow up when they tell you they will. Ive been a Verizon customer for several years, and have never been treated like this with any other Verizon store. They said they were giving me a discount (bad on me for trusting), then that discount disapeared and Im getting charged full price for an out of date device. I was patient, understanding, and trusted. Never again with this store!!! Be aware they are nice...but will take advantage of you so do your research, double check, and dont trust what they say...just get it in writing. My bad...I trusted.

We had the best shopping experience that we have ever had!! Shopping for new phones and switching phone plans can be such a headache. Alexis was so patient with us and helped us get the best plan, phones and savings!! It was amazing!!

I had a bad experience at this location in Mid February. I shared my concerns and was contacted by “Sally” who oversees several locations. Sally went above and beyond to apologize for the previous issues and to resolve my complaint. Sally showed that she truly understands customer relationships and values customers! If it weren’t for Sally’s enthusiastic efforts to fix the problem, I would be leaving Verizon altogether.Thanks to her, I can honestly give positive feedback on their operations. If you receive poor service, or have a problem in one of the locations Sally oversees, you should contact her directly. I know she cares, I know she wants to hear the good and the bad and I know she will do all she can to take care of her customers.People with Sally’s commitment to customer service are getting harder and harder to find. Verizon is fortunate to have her representing their team.

Carmen is very knowledgeable about the Verizon products and services. She is courteous, honest and an ultimate professional. Carmen made sure my new phone had all my information transferred to it and the product was functioning to my satisfaction. She has in-depth technical knowledge and provided some helpful tutoring on how to use new features and functionality of the device while executing the phone transfer and upgrade simultaneously. Carmen has a great personality and is truly an excellent Verizon resource. She made what I expected to be a dreadful ordeal based on past experience a pleasant experience.

Kennith was great his personality made the phone buying process a lot less painful! He worked to get me the best deal possible. Very attentive and sees the job through til the end. I would definitely refer people to this location especially if you’re bribing children with you they are all nice and patient with children.

They seem like a good team but I feel that they charge fees that could be waved but choose not to. I wanted to return my phone for a different model an hour after I let the store but they wanted to charge me a $50 restocking fee. I asked if that fee can be waved and the person the phone said she would check with her manager. She decided not to wave the fee even though the phone is brand new and given to me open box. (was previously used as customer demo device). Just do not feel like I was taken care of and more like a cog in their business.

I’m not sure if it was just the people/person/group/whatever my spouse and I dealt with, but we had a very uncomfortable experience. We went in looking to switch from TMobile to Verizon, since AT&T wouldn’t work with us.A gentleman who reeked of cigarette smoke seemed disinterested in providing any information about their plans. We were promptly handed off to this big black girl who was being hovered over by the skinny white ashtray who “helped us” originally. She was a little more informative, but as soon as she started speaking, the lies just fell out of her mouth like melting butter.Almost right off the bat, before even getting much into plan discussions, we were hit with promotional offers that we never asked about nor were we interested in. Then, we were told that we wouldn’t owe anything today, when we inquired about upfront costs. Meanwhile, the ashtray tossed his embers to the wind, and decided to intermittently interrupt Big Momma as she gushed over her precious promotions.By this point, we didn’t know who we were dealing with, or if they understood what we were there to do. When they could clearly tell we weren’t buying it, they stopped talking about promos, and then turn around and said that now we’ll owe this and that! Then after my spouse and I stepped outside briefly to discuss the confusion, we came back in and were told we won’t owe anything or owe less than previously mentioned! By this point, Big Momma lost her Hattie Mae Pierce persona, and was getting upset because she thought we took crazy pills, and wouldn’t notice their constantly changing story.We told her we were leaving and I could tell Diary of a Mad Black Woman Madea was trying to come out of her. Because she knew she still wanted her job, she just dismissed us with barely a goodbye!Moral of the story here is I understand you make commission. If you really value your clients, then you’ll tell them the unfiltered truth, even if it means you don’t benefit as much as you’d like. As the old saying goes, honesty is the best policy.

4 months later & I’m STILL dealing with a problem that should have never happened thanks to this store.When I called Verizon to fix it the gentleman who was on the phone “took care of it” but that never happened.Don’t waste your time going to this lack luster location & go to a real shop with competent workers.

My boyfriend and I were ridiculous enough to show up 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night. He really wanted me to get a new phone and it was really time for my 6 SE to go the way of the dodo, so there we went. Luckily, I already knew I wanted the Samsung S10E, so that saved a small amount of time.Quentin was alone in the store and incredibly helpful from the get go. He worked with my old phone as it finished backing up photos, helped us find a screen protector, and even chatted about Game of Thrones.We really wanted to order him pizza because he just went above and beyond helping us out until we left close to 10:00 p.m.. You wont find better service than Quentin at the Carrollton Verizon!

Visisted the store a week go. Customer service oriented. Friendly. Provides snacks for you while you wait. Ensures of your wellbeing. Thanks for fixing the returned items and refunding the entire balance due to the mix up. Ms. Martinez is amazing and should be working at the corporate level or at least receiving 80K plus. Amber Souza made my day! I work in construction and needed my phone number switched from a temp phone to my new iPhone. I arrived at Verizon near closing time yesterday and I forgot to bring the SIM card. When she told me the store opens at 10am I told her I have to be at work at 8am. She said come at 7am Ill be here for a district meeting and can help you before the store opens. I arrived at 7:15 am and the meeting already began. When she saw me outside she ran out the meeting and assisted me very quickly as promised! Thank you Amber Souza! Best customer service ever! You make feel like a valued Verizon customer! I went to the verizon wirless store and upgraded my iphone. I was told with the upgrade as long as I turn in my current iPhone I did not have to pay them remaining balance owed. The representative Manuel Martinez told me not to worry about shipping the iPhone that they would get it taken care off. I started to receive messages saying if I do not turn the phone in I would be billed. I called verizon wireless customer service 07/08 & explained to them that I did not have the phone that it was left at the store they told me not to worry that the store has already prob shipped it. I called back 08/03 and they still had not recieved the phone. The customer service rep called the store and I was promised a call back from a manager named SALLY and Nobody ever called me back. I called again 08/20 and the customer service rep did a 3 way to the store and we spoke w ARRIE who was extremely extremely unprofessional and said there is nothing they can do bc they do not have the phone and cannot find it. I asked to review the camera to see what the rep did w the phone that was left at the store and she said they could not do that.. The store representative kept talking over me and the customer service rep that was helping out... ARRIE the store representative was stating that I have the phone and that I was lying bc they do not train their reps to keep the phone. The way I was spoken to and treated by ARRIE the verizon store representative was UNACCEPTABLE and DISGUSTING. I refuse to continue to do business w Verizon if this is the way I get treated. ARRIE needs to loose her job or needs some serious coaching and training I am at lost of words for the way she spoke to me and the customer service rep.ARRIE also stated the manager had her own schedule and showed up to the store when she wants she was unable to provide me w a time or date that the manager would be available to speak to personally nor was she able to provide me w a contact ph number for said manager that did not call me back.

My phone was barely functioning, so I was quickly going to stop by Verizon on my way to work. I walked up to the door right as Kasei, the only associate on the floor that day had left the building and locked the door for her lunch break. She immediately unlocked the door, went back inside, and got me set up with a new phone. She could have just left, but she didnt, and she was super friendly and had a great attitude. Thanks Kasei!
