I recently purchased a new house with a metal roof and called several companies that wanted to replace the roof. They came out and repaired the metal roof and fixed all of my leaks. It has been 6 months and plenty of heavy rains with no issues. Would recommend!!

The best of the best. We had a leak 3 other roofers could not find.. these guys found it in no time, quickly repaired it and charged a fair price to do so. Not as cheap as some others but definitely experts in their jobs

David, the owner, is a high integrity guy and a joy to work with. Had some concerns with my weekend house roof, and he came out, spent an hour checking out things. Turned out it was not roof related, but he provided valuable insight into addressing the issue. No high pressure sale to spend money that wasnt needed. Would recommend this business to everyone, and my next roofing needs will be addressed by David and his team.

Signed contract 9/12 for 2nd home. Company showed up 10/14 and removed 1/2 roof and left site. I had to call office to have someone dry in before rain. Its now 11/24 and roof is 40% complete with water damage to loft, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and baseball size hole in deck from workers throwing roofing material. They did put gutters on BEFORE completing roof which are scratched and downspouts are crooked and pieced together. Do not recommend this company. My neighbors, friends are in total shock and I am beyond that

In January The Cool Roofing Company totally replaced our roof. We were concerned about the cold weather but everything went very well. They did an excellent job from start to finish, explained everything, answered all our questions, and the entire staff was wonderful to work with!! We highly recommend them. Truth be told Im still working with the wonderful staff at cool roofing! I am not sure how much Tiffany gets paided but she needs a raise! Im in the ridiculousness of buying a house and to make it worse we are purchasing from Zillow(I beg you to never do!) Tiffany and the amazing folks of cool roofing have done everything and more! Above and beyond is still not enough to describe the efforts. I am so fortunate to have found them! Their knowledge of roofing and code is spot on. In the situation I and my family are in, time is not on our side. They were out there with a day, not even a full day. Helpful, good people I hope all good things for. Thank you is such a small way to show appreciation but my family and I are grateful! And honestly enjoying my phone time with Tiffany.

David and his team at Cool Roofing Company did an excellent job for a single family house in Atlanta. I am the owner and architect for the house which has a very complicated roof form. David worked with me closely and developed all of the details for constructions. Since I was managing the project from a distance, David sent me regular updates of pictures. The craft was perfect! We were very pleased with outcome. A few months after construction we had a tiny leak which would happen during intense storms. David came out, identified the leak, and repaired roof immediately. I am thankful for his craftsmanship and professionalism.
