Although the are good at communication, I can’t say the same about service or the pesticides they use. Because it’s never effective, after every service I still see bugs and spiders (picture attached after 3 weeks of service). It’s not a scenario when they are flushing out, it’s like they aren’t affected by the chemicals sprayed.

We LOVE White Knight!! We found a bug no homeowner ever wants to find that hitched a ride on one of our kid’s backpacks. We called and White Knight literally came out to our rescue!! They are always so prompt to take care of all of our issues and concerns and to do a THOROUGH job every time!! Can’t recommend them enough! We are forever grateful!!

White Knight Pest Control has been great to work with. They make everything so easy and do a super job of communicating. Blake has been our technician and he has been fabulous! We had some sugar ants start to be a problem in the kitchen and office in between services and he came out and was very thorough and meticulous in making sure they would not be bothering us any more. He just came back to do our regular treatment and again was so friendly, polite and helpful. Blake gets an A+ for excellent customer service and getting the job done right!

My house is constantly covered in wasp no matter how much I have them out and I asked just to cancel my service. but since I agreed to a 5 service minimum (that was not mentioned by the rep that came to my door) they cant do that without me paying a $300 dollar fee. The lady on the phone was so unapologetic and just kept telling me that i agreed and should have payed better attention. when I asked if they could just stop spraying and that I would still pay they said they couldnt do that either. So now I am stuck with useless Poison sprayed around my house that I have to keep paying for.

Travis was extremely accommodating with my needs. He scheduled me for an appointment only 2days after I signed up for service. We just moved into a newly constructed home, where there is land being developed behind me. I needed to keep the bugs away from my family & house. I asked in advance that the exterminator spray inside because I’ve seen a few large water bugs, spiders, earwigs and other insects inside along with some type of army worms outside that’s turning into moths. The guy didn’t come in, in fact he said hold on a sec then drove off.. I hope this isn’t the type of customer service that you condone.. I need a re-service immediately and by Chris!!

Great service...inspect and pest control.Clean off cob webs and dirt dauber houses around the eves.Sprayed garage, yard..front and back.Will spray inside if needed.Have had this service for 2 1/2 years and am very satisfied.Will come out between quarterly service if you have an issue that comes up.Very reasonable cost for pest control with termite stations to detect activity.

A representative came to my door to explain their service provided. I was in the process of elimination of the previous company & was willing to listen. I was offered a lower price & more services. The next day the technician showed up, explained what they would do & was very thorough in the process. He spent much more time at my house than the previous company I was using. Had a great experience. Thys, the salesman, offered a great deal and told me about the PLANT-BASED natural ingredient thats used to repel pests. Service was done promptly and efficiently the next day by Brock, who made sure to treat all nooks and crannies. Cortney called to make sure I was taken care of and informed me that paying for a full year up front allowed for a 10% discount, which made my decision to go with White Knight even better. Overall, stellar experience by a great team.

We were approached by a guy going door to door. He was very professional and respectful. The company had a great deal going on so we thought why not try it out. I was scheduled for a tech to come the next day. The tech called before his appt to ask if I would be there and even waited when I was running behind. He was very professional and kind. He informed me on what he was doing, walked me around my house, he was kind to my kids and played with my dogs. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

Technician made initial contact 30 minutes prior to appt to advise he would be late. After 2 hours I reached out and he said he was almost here. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable, but seemed rushed and was not very cognitive of the new home and items he was working around. The customer service is great. I’ve never had an issue with anyone showing up or even scheduling a re-spray.The problem is I don’t feel like they spray all the areas that they list. Also I don’t feel like the product they use is very effective. I constantly have issues with insects still showing up and I’m always having to schedule a re-spray. So I don’t feel like it’s worth the money, I won’t be renewing my contract.

For pest control, they are fine, guy that comes is really nice. their customer service is subpar, ive had to call to cancel twice and they keep charging my account and now they will just partially credit my account for a service i tried to cancel for 2 weeks. service is good but customer service / account management is poor.

White knight pest control only cares about collecting money. They don’t care about you as a customer, they don’t care about what you have to say, and have no integrity in their customers. I’ve had them for a year and i was misinformed about 1) their yearly bi-monthly treatment and 2) their mosquito treatment. I was told that the yearly bi-monthly automatically renews and i can cancel at anytime, no fees. Today, when i requested to cancel they said “it was ok since my year was up.” I was told i would pay half for the mosquito service and i was billed in full for the service. They agreed over the phone to charge me less, but because they have contracts, they said the contract said otherwise. Multiple times on days technicians were scheduled to come and they did not knock on my door or informed me they were here. Finally, they sent a technician to me at 9:30 PM. When i called about these issues and canceled, they said i had to pay for a free service per contract. Didn’t care about what I had to say, did not honor the half price for the treatment. I will never use them and do not recommend them to anybody. Finally, when i requested to speak with a manager to overturn me pay for the free service, they stated “no one can over turn it” therefore refusing to let me speak to someone. They also didn’t let me speak to the sales person who sold me the mosquito service, saying they weren’t allowed to give out numbers and i would have to wait for customer service to contact them and then reach out to me. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

This company has not helped my problem at all! They consistently insisted on spraying the outside of my household. I understand but they are in side! After spraying my house twice they finally offered to do a flush with I have to wait a week or so. We could have just did this from the beginning

I wish I would have listened to my initial gut instinct and not signed up… I did it bc the deal presented on the initial treatment. I was told within thirty days they’d come back and do a follow up treatment, break up the egg sacks. Nobody came within 30 days, and flies just got worse and worse… I want to cancel but I’ve read online there’s some hidden cancellation fee of like $300… that’s just ridiculous

While working from home I noticed the technician Peter Garcia spraying at the home across the street. He was so thorough that he inspected a hanging flower pot, for pests I’m sure, and continued spraying the exterior in the same manner. I was so impressed that I went out to get his information, called White Knight right away, requested Peter and he visited our home the next day, today in fact.He did not disappoint. He exterminated our inside and outside with the the same thoroughness and care. He made sure we understood our service plan, terms and when he would return.Thanks Peter, we’re glad you’re our guy!

Horrible experience with this company. I normally dont review but with the mess this company makes I want to make sure more people know before they try to make a contract with them.They charge $200 for service, but if you make a 1 year contract with them, you only pay $100 for each service, sound good, right? WRONG, the first service I got they didnt even called me, I was billed while I was at work.I try to call them and was put on hold for almost an hour, no one could explain why the service was done the way it was done.Im trying to cancel the contract, since I have 3 days to cancel, but they want to charge me the $200 service fee and a cancelation fee on the first day.

Beware. I used this service strictly for the cleaning of spider webs around my house and yardarm fence. First day they didn’t get a lol the webs down. I called the sells rep that told me all this would get done, he even told me he would tell the tech coming out to my house to take extra good care of me. Smh. When the second tech came out he said I got mislead by the sales rep. The don’t clean the web on the 8” concrete slab. Long story short they tried to charge me 349$ for the one thing they didn’t do or want to do. Worst experience ever.

I typically dont leave reviews but people should know what a terrible experience they will have should they choose this company. This is the absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. First, they half did a job that they were suppose to do. Spider webs were still there when they left and their product is ineffective. Then they told me the rat traps that were set were set incorrectly which was set by their previous coworker. Then Steven Sullivan (the technician) broke my vase that had my dead grandmothers ashes in it while spraying. He told me he noted it in his charting but after I reported it they told me he didnt list it and told me I was lying. After that they said they would send out a manager, Mike Wissman, who would reservice the house and refund me for my broken vase (How can one really replace my grandmas ashes though) in the amount of $45. When I called about the refund they reduced price to $35 and said they couldnt find anywhere where Mike told me $45. Then after that they canceled my services and charged me again. This is literally the worst company ever. Choose ANYONE OTHER THAN whiteknight for your services!!

We had our first service today and it was done by Peter Garcia. He went above and beyond while servicing our home. He answered all of our questions and was very patient and understanding of our young child who was home. He was accommodating of our dog who barks at strangers and just overall made it a great experience. If our service is done by techs like Peter going forward we will be customers for a long time.

He went above and beyond and even moved our dog bowls out of the way of spraying . The schedulers are great too in the office. They worked with transitioning our service to our new home. Was excited the first service I had. The tech was very friendly. I learned that was not the case with the others. I do not feel that the price I pay is worth being locked into this service. Service techs that I have had have been spotty. Once you sign up you will be on the hook for the payments. If you don’t like the service you are on the hook for payments.Customer service rep said I could pass on my existing service to a friend or family member as I would continue to pay for service as contracted or have to pay the difference plus the promo discount.I don’t like the service I have been getting and am at a loss. I wish I turned the salesman away at the door and did not sign up for this endeavor.

This company refused to cancel service as I requested in writing after the 12 contractual months of service expired. Instead of following their own contract, they ignored my written cancellation notice as prescribed in the contract, and unilaterally scheduled service in the first month following the contract expiration and cancelation. The field representative came to my property to perform a (unwanted and unauthorized) pest control visit when I was not present. Despite being unable to perform any pest control activities inside and a majority of the home exterior was not accessible, I received an invoice for a pest control service.

I was actually online on Amazon, looking for products to buy to do my own spider in infestation myself. Blake gestes knocked on my door about white knight service. A professionally explain what the services would all include and the pricing with a believably.😁 He explained that there was a technician in the area, that may be able to get to me before I head to work within the hour? So Mr. Matt came by 20mins later he super professional as well. I think both these guys need a pay increase. I was like look at God...lol Thanks white knight for your support and service.

I warned them I cancelled my last pest control because the tech continued to drag their hose across my flower beds and damaged my plants. They promised this would not happen but their tech did the same thing! I tried to cancel the service but they are claim I would have to pay them nearly $400. Now they are sending me letters I owe them for breach of contract and I feel they didnt hold up to their promises. And they didnt offer any money for the damages to my broken plants.

Terrible experience. These people are a complete SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The good reviews must be fake accounts... whatever they use doesnt get rid of bugs, they dont show up for appointments, they take forver to answer the phone and are rude or hang up on you. They get you into a ninja contract when you think youre just giving them permission to spray your home, then charge you to get out of it once you realize they spray with snake oil. This company has been charging my account for a residence I do not live at anymore. When I calledto pay my last balance I was told I needed to pay for 2 services and that my account was sent to collections because I never called to cancel the service. When I asked the lady if you havent received a payment for the last service why would you continue to service the house? Then I asked how could you send an account to collections but yet you are still servicing the house? When asked could I speak to someone else she told me I could only talk to her and then when I asked to speak to someone other than her she then tell me Veronica is on lunch. David is the real MVP. We were desperate for help after moving into a new place with a pre existing pest problem that we were ill informed of. David showed up to save the day even though he was technically scheduled to be off for the day. He was very informative and transparent with me. He told me the problem would not go away over night but since he’s been to our home plus the treatment we had two days later our problem has significantly decreased. For the first time after moving in I feel at ease being at home. Thank you so much going above and beyond.

Horrible service they did nothin to control the ants or spiders that were constantly on our property. I switched to a different provider and they told me my account was canceled and that I had a remaining payment. 2 months later they are still charging me each month. When you call to cancel they give you the run around and tell you that you’re still paying for service that was performed over 2 months ago. They don’t explain their billing nor do they tell you that even when you cancel they will continue to charge you as they see fit.

White Knight Pest Control were grade A from my initial customer service experience with Bethany who gave me great customer awareness about the services that best fit the needs for my family in our new home leaving no question unanswered.The tech Daniel sealed the deal for me. Aside from being prompt, he dispelled any concerns I had about what I’d thought to be a bug issue. He was friendly and walked us through each step of his process, giving us feedback after completing each step and inspecting to ensure there were no underlying issues. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone in the DFW area as they won’t take up much of your time and you’ll always have peace of mind knowing that your home will be well guarded from any unwanted bugs and insects.

LONG REVIEW THAT COULD SAVE YOU!If I could I would give them zero stars. The manager for the area came to my door in the evening and approached me about using this company. I explained we ready had a pest control provider. The man asked who I told him our providers name. He stated that White Knight provided services our provider does not and that White Knight would buy us out of our current contract if we wanted to switch.I told him I wasnt sure as my husband was the one to set up our current provider and I would speak to him about it. The sales men asked to speak to my husband, I informed him he was in the shower. The salesmen asked if he was going to be finished soon. My husband came to speak to him, he gave him the same talk, stating the services our current provider didnt give. We were hesitant to sign anything but relented because we thought White Knight provided better service and since they were willing to buy us out of our contract we figured it would be a good move. Who doesnt want better coverage? Needless to say I called to cancel our previous provider, and learned that I had been lied to. The salesmen lied when he stated the company did not provide the same services. I called White Knight to cancel our so called agreement as it was founded on misinformation and lies. I was told well to bad youve already signed the new agreement you have to pay the fee. They said it would be $265 to cancel services, I disagreed that I should pay this since it was their salesmen who approached my home and lied to me. The fee was dropped to $165, mind you Ive already paid $90.00 for the first service. Though I watched the man who sprayed only do half of my living room, I had planned to call and ask about that later had this whole situation not occurred. Just shut your door and do not speak with them if they come to your door, I hope to save someone my frustrations with this company. They will lie to get your business then gouge you with fees. They are happy as long as they can scrape some money from you.Update - now Im not being charged 165 to cancel this nonsense, now its back to the 265...after I spoke to an incredibly rude female. Save yourself and slam the door.Response to owner yes you give a copy after your sales rep has already pushed ppl into the deal. The rep that came by was very knowledgeable!! Gave me a good deal and was able to schedule my appointment for the next day. Not only was the sales rep knowledgeable but the tech that came out was as well. He did everything that he was supposed to do. I will say that the spider web clean up couldve been done better. But I do understand it was the initial treatment and it was really hot and late in the afternoon. Overall I am very pleased with the service. Plan on paying up for the year.

Very disappointed in the service I got...cobwebs still everywhere, wasp nest still there... I slipped on the spray he sprayed on the inside of the door way which was in the middle of the floor. Then when you cancel your service they charge you a service charge of and additional $75. If you are sent to do a job and it is not done right I dont expect to have to pay more...that is just wrong.

We are very unsatisfied with this company. A salesman came to our house and offered $1 to pay for this month and $79 after. I called to cancel our services and they told me we are under a 12 month contract and that we had to pay $150 to break the contract. i told them we never signed and agreed to a contract. They said that they have a signed agreement. i told them the only paper my husband signed was the receipt. We been using them since June and ever since we have been getting ants inside our house. we lived in our house for 6 years and never had any ant problems inside the house until we used their products. I have called several times to speak to a manager today and they have yet to get back to me to resolve the issue because i am not paying $150 to break a contract we never agreeed to.This company lies to their customers and so I do not recommend this company at all. Be careful when they come knocking on your door because they will lie to your face. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

*We had recently moved to our new home and in 7/11/20 a guy came in and offer a FREE no commitment service (we had an issue with ants and spiders coming in from the outside in our new home), but needed to fill a form so he could prove his boss the service, if we liked the service, then we would sign up for an annual contract.*Then, we received a 70 dlls bill for service performed, called, talked to a rude girl who wouldnt hear what we had to say, asked to talk to the manager, he was busy, promised to call that same day before 5pm- never called. They asked for 350 dlls to cancel a contract we never agreed to, because we never liked the service in the first place.*Received a letter from a collection agency, asking for 404.85 dlls. -Will never happen!***This company uses deceiving strategies to allure the customer into getting into their company. They promise FREE NO OBLIGATION FREEBIES, that are promised by their employees (which are the company), to then surprise you with RIDICULOUS BILLS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES- BE AWARE.enclosed,images of a hamper in my home with a colony of ants on top! too much for a good product/service. this happen 10 days after their treatment

David was my technician he arrived ahead of time and was setting up for treatment when we connected. He was professional, courtesy and very knowledgeable of pest control. He thoroughly explained the treatment areas he would be addressing and the results I should see. I would differently recommend White Knight Pest Control because they differently work hard to earn your business. Excellence customer service skills.
