Eagle Rider NEVER fails!. First time at the Dallas location and expectations were once again exceeded. As always, the staff was super friendly and professional!

First time to start program and rent a bike. The entire process couldn’t have been any easier. Booking was easy, received the bike I requested, and the paperwork was minimal. The value of this program is really unbelievable. We used the bike for two days and it was under $200. It also allows me the ability to try different Harley models so when I do decide to buy in the near future I will know exactly which bike I want to purchase. Highly recommend this program.

Great value for the money! Being a Eaglerider member allows me to travel all over the country and be able to ride everywhere I want, without having to bring my own bike.Today is my birthday and Im about to pick up my Harley Davidson Road King for me free credit, out of Las Vegas. We rented a Streetglide for a weekend bike ran like a champ was well informed on its operation. Was contacted when it became available a little earlier. All an all was great staff was fun would rent from them again!!!

Horrible experience. No eagle employee on site so had to wait for Harley employee waited for bike to get ready they said wash but rcvd dirty. No current maintenance on bike and it was past time also had to add oil once we got to house 20 miles away really we used that much oil in 20 miles. Radio didn’t work and did not get bike wanted. Was not made for passenger to ride especially the 3000 we were traveling.

I have rented from Eagle Rider Dallas (in Carrollton) twice now, about a year apart. Both times were phenomenal experiences. On both occasions I worked with Jess, who is friendly, professional and very helpful. The rental and return processes are quick and painless. The quality and condition of the bikes are exactly what you would hope. An all around enjoyable experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The EagleRider folks in Irving (Dallas, TX area) were wonderful to work with. Professional, attentive, and efficient. My son and I rented a Street Glide and a Heritage Softail and were in and out in less than 25 minutes! See the attached photo of those two bikes in the foreground of the picture. The visit to EagleRider was a great start for our 3-day ride to the Three Twisted Sisters in south Texas. Returning the bikes was a breeze... probably 10 minutes and we were done! Compared to other shops Ive rented from around the country the service level was top-notch! Ive rented from EagleRider - Irving once or twice before. But now that Ive joined the EagleRider Club, I will be back again and again! I recommend EagleRider - Irving to any serious rider who wants a good bike and even better service. A great rental experience with Dallas Eaglerider - I really appreciated how they always went that little bit further to make sure I was going to enjoy the trip. They asked the right questions to make sure the bike was a good fit for both me and my riding intentions; they provided a beautiful machine that ran flawlessly and they were ready to help out if I needed assistance with mapping or arrangements along the route. I liked that they were thorough with setting up the rental agreement and walking through the bike and, on return, it was quick & efficient. Cant wait to return and ride with them again.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. If they cancel on you they will not return your money. I booked a bike for 2 days on open dates. Mind you this was already in the midst of corona so they already knew the situation. Booked bike for Monday & Tuesday 4/27 & 4/28 with reservation being made on 4/20. 4 days before they tell me they are not opening unti 4/28 now. I asked for my money back and they would only offer a credit towards another rental.

A good experience. Its great to be able to rent a Harley in the Dallas area at a convenient location. I rented a very new Street Glide and rode it down to the Hill Country for a few days. Since I am between bikes for awhile, this will allow me to ride with my friends from time to time. The check in process went quickly and the return process was just as easy. I will use this program again down the road.

Rented a nice 2018 Road Glide for a trip to Austin over the weekend. The staff was absolutely outstanding, specifically Jess Taylor. Not only did she have the best attitude, but was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Most pleasurable experience Ive ever had with a rental and will request her again, every time.

My friend and I rented from Eagle Rider and had a great experience. The bikes we rented were newer models, clean and in great shape. They had a great selection to choose from. The salespeople were friendly and even suggested great roads. The service was great, the price was fair and I strongly recommend them for anyone in the Dallas area looking to rent a motorcycle.

We had a great trip - did a 1-way rental out of Dallas to San Antonio. All the Eagle Rider and Harley staff were very friendly and efficient. We got on the road fast and dropped off fast. We really enjoyed the experience on both ends and the trip through TX!

Rented a Road King from the Albuquerque branch and was delighted by the service provided by David Martinez who got me on the road within a few minutes. Thanks David.This is an expensive experience but the bike was nearly new, in good condition and a pleasure to ride. Planning to rent from them again next year.

31-July picked up my rental bike from Dallas Eaglerider. Now I received my second choice of bikes a Street Glide, no big deal thats why you check the box. Was the bike brand new, no its a rental. Sure it had a few marks on it, its a rental. Did the bike run the way it should, hell yes. the bike was set up perfect purred like a kitten. Brakes were perfect stopped arrow straight. And running at highway speeds rock solid. I took the bike to the biker mecca of N.C., the Blue Ridge Parkway, tail of the Dragon and many other rides of the area. The only problem that bike had was the rider on its back, me. Having ridden sport bikes (40+ years) the Harley was a new experience. By the end of the week it was pure joy. I would rent a bike from these guys any day of the week.And the guys at the shop were great to deal with. I give them an A.

I had a great experience hiring a bike from Graham and the team at Eagle Rider in Dallas. The bike was new, clean and well prepared, and as I had never ridden a Harley before, the lady who helped me spent a lot of time with me going through the bike controls, sat nav etc. The whole experience was excellent and Id definitely recommend them!

We had a GREAT experience with EagleRider Dallas! My husband and I are planning a short motorcycle trip around Texas and went to EagleRider Dallas for more information. They were very helpful and since we werent sure of when we want to leave, the guys let us know we could make our reservations online when we were ready as they are not able to take them over the phone - good to know! As we were looking over the 2012 Harley bikes in the shop, a group of 10 guys from Germany came in for their cross country tour. How cool is that?! One of the staff guys told us another group from Spain would be in that same week and then another group from Brazil! I cant wait until we can take our trip if people are coming from around the world to work with these guys!!

Not only were the ride and bike awesomebut the checkout and checkin were both pretty painless. Jess helped with the checkout and when I was shy some tie downs she facilitated some for me. Overall the experience was very good! I also enjoyed the 2019 Ultra that I was able to ride!

Rented an Electra Glide from Eagle Rider, and found everything about the experience to be exactly what I wanted it to be (except it was too damn hot).The motorcycle was clean, ran smoothly, cost what they said it would cost, and was absolutely no problem.The guys at the shop were great to deal with. If I fly back to Dallas again, I wont hesitate to rent again from these guys.

My wife & I just completed a 6 day tour of Texas Hill Country. Upon arrival at Eagle Rider Dallas, we checked our suitcases and Jessica issued us a beautiful 2019 Electra Glide Ultra. The motorcycle was clean and ready when we arrived. Jessica was extremely helpful with the orientation of the new infotainment (GPS) system. She also recommended a safe route that took us away from the heavy traffic in Dallas. When we returned 6 days and 1,020 miles later check in was easy and efficient. We had a great experience on our ride and at Eagle Rider Dallas. Thank You, Jessica!Note: Ive been a Member of EagleRider since 2016 and I have had great experiences with franchises in San Francisco, Las Vegas, Ft. Meyers (Rock Star HD) and now Dallas/Maverick HD. Ive had a membership for 3 years the last 2 times Ive tried to rent a bike it showed on their website that they Were available and when I arrive to get the bike I was told that Eagle rider does not update their website so I was left on 2 vacations with no transportation guess I made a mistake thought this was a good company

On 08/02/14 we rented 3 Street Glides and 1 Heritage from ER Dallas FW and took them on a one way trip to Las Vegas. The check in at ER Dallas was ok. The bikes were clean and we liked that all 4 were black. Although all bikes were not older than 2 years, they all had almost 50.000 miles on the meter. In my opinion way to much to be rented. All of them felt a bit worn out and not well maintained. After a few miles on the road, we found out, that the gas tank of the Heritage was dust dry. The 3 Street Glide did well, but the Heritage was unstable in curves and felt somehow wiggly. Later on the trip, we discovered, that the rear wheel suspension of the Heritage was loose and needed to be fixed by an expert. Moreover one of the Street Glides had a very bad rear tire, which was down to the texture after 3.000 miles on the road. We had to fix that also and lost one complete day of our tour.

So easy to rent from and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Dont rent a bike here! Go to a Harley dealership where newer and properly maintained bikes. I was rented a dangerous/poorly maintained bike here with no brakes/clutch issues. I spent 2 days driving a dangerous bike; 1 day spent of vacation driving to/back Harley Davidson Amarillo where spent the day and $233 out of pocket verse zip lining and hiking at Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Amarillo Harley tech told me we cant let you leave without fixing bike bc not safe to drive due to found that LH brake pads down to metal, damaged rotor and pads, replaced pads on RH side also. Non existent corporate customer service. Local Dallas manager refunded 1 out of 3 day rental (no full refund!) and costs of maintenance. Geez your welcome for spending my vacation fixing your bike and not killing myself on it! Oh! and still having to pay for riding it.
