I’ve been talking to a therapist here since February of 2020 and it has been such a big help as I navigated a large life change and then of course a pandemic! Easily one of the best experiences I have had and I have been seeking counseling pretty regularly since college. Everyone should be thinking about their mental health even in times not in crises, so here’s a great place to start :)

The therapists here are amazing. Ive been seeing Kelsey for a long time and shes so sweet and helpful! Ive talked to some of the other women here as well and everyone is so friendly.
