Let me start by saying what a ridiculous business ethic this person has. The store is supposed to open at 9am and it was still closed at 11.30am when I got there. I called the owner and he told me that he would be there in 20min. He sounded very unprofessional over the phone. I waited 25 minutes and called him back as he was not there yet. He told me he would be there in 5min; I waited 15min and called him twice, but he never showed up and never answered his phone.I can’t speak to his work as I never got to meet him, but his work ethic tells me a lot about his work. I’ll make sure all my friends and family stay away from this business to avoid wasting 45min of their life.

This place is amazing! Great prices and awesome customer service! My key fob had cracked around my key. Im thinking theyre going to just repair it. No, they replaced the whole key fob and the key for $50. My key looks brand new! The place I called before them wanted to charge me $185. Also, we were in and out. Service was quick. Going here took away all the stress. Thank you Metro Keys Locksmith Service! Ill be back for all my locksmith needs.😁

Editing review cause even though I feel one way they explained everything. So I would advise to ask prices before getting copy’s made. Was fast at making them. in and out right away. The reset are personal feelings so just verify or post prices.

The employee didn’t even let me in. He was too busy on the phone laughing.EDIT: The business owner also seems to lack professionalism saying I fit a BOLO description (not knowing what I look like) just to cover for his employees wrong doing. I arrived at the business at 1:00 p.m. (bright and cloudy day, business still open) this is quite disappointing.

Absolutely happy! I was in a hurry and couldn’t find a place ANYWHERE To repair my key ‘cause if we are realistic the only option I though I had was to change the whole locker. I locked my keys in my car with my baby inside. I called these guys and I’m sure they could hear the panic in my voice. They rushed right over to help. The technician showed up about 10 or 15 minutes later and reassured me that everything would be ok. It took him less then 5 minutes to open my car door. He was prompt, polite and courteous. Hopefully I won’t have another crisis like this but if I do they will be the first people I call.
